La Osteria - Italian restaurant in Cusco, Peru
Dinner was delicious! We had the pepperoni pizza and the tiramisu. Coming back for the tiramisu tomorrow as it was the most amazing thing we’ve had. Our waitress was 11/10. Highly recommend this little treasure 🥰
Great food, nice ambiance - was very impressed!
Very good taste like in real italian trattoria, very kind stuff
Cute little resturant with delicious Italian food! Well worth a visit while in Cusco.
After a long hike, we craved some comfort food and ordered the spaghetti bolognese. The food is excellent. Also enjoyed Peruvian wine. The servers are very friendly and helpful. Though the space is small, you may be able to order while drinking a cocktail at Black Cat next door.
Really tasty dishes with generous portions! Our party both had pasta (fettuccine ai funghi and gnocchi amatriciana), which were delicious and we also saw large pizzas come out while we were there. The staff is really attentive and kind, we felt very welcome.
Delicious food, and great service! Portions are decent size. Its a small room, only 4 tables which I like because it feels intimate and more personalized.
Huge portions! We had a pasta and a pizza and both were delicious, great service too. Definitely recommend.
We ordered four pastas and two appetizers. The two pastas were cold and all of our plates were overcooked. The appetizers were ok. The service was good and the glasses of wine were more than generous. The biggest throw for us was the price. Extremely pricy for Peru standards.
Very good service a kind waitress. The food is delicious for Peru’s standard
Awesome spot! Hidden gem in Cuzco, if like to try authentic italian food. Highly recommend!
So good! Every part of the pizza was perfect. Thin and crispy crest, tasty homemade tomato sauce and the ingredients were well balanced. Also exceptional service!
The food was delicious!Service is great and the staff is very nice (:
The food was delicious, the portions were generous and the ambiente nice and cosy. We especially recommend the ossobuco! 100% would come again.
Really cozy! Pasta and lasagne were amazing. Good service.
Best Italian food I’ve had in Cusco! Great service and quaint environment! Highly recommend
Food and pleasantries 5 starThe place is cozy and the food is that of 5 star restaurant.Pappardelle Al fungi and spaghetti A la carbonara
A very small place, the food was good and the waitress was really nice and helpful, she also spoke english 👍🏻
The food was delicious, great portion sizes and Esly was absolutely wonderful in her customer service.
Food was really good and the service was just as good. Come early to get a spot. Had the spaghetti carbonara and would recommend.
Great food in a reasonable tourist price. The service was great and kind. Order the pizza margarita!
Food was delicious! We shared a soup- Crema Del Día. Best soup Ive had in my 3 weeks in Peru!Love Canada
This is an intimate restaurant in the heart of Cusco. The food is very good and the service as well.
Small, cosy, authentic Italian restaurant. Friendly staff and really delicious food. We definitely would recommend!
Very good classical Italian pasta!Small restaurant, recommend coming early to make sure you have a place!
The food was exquisite. I would definitely recommend it Id you want good Italian!
Very tasty food (best Italien in Cusco!& super friendly staff! Totally recommend it!
Small and cozy place with the best pizza in Peru (so far)! Crunchy and good ingredients:)
We had a great Italian dinner at this place. Great service and very good food! Highly recommended!
The pasta was delicious! Highly recommend this place if you want to have a great dinner.
A small restaurant that specializes in pasta and pizza. Ordered the carnivore pizza which was huge and tasty. The pizza was thin crust based. Ordered the tiramisu but it was not to my preference (too creamy which makes it too rich and covers the alcohol taste and texture of the overall).
We stopped in the night before our Inca trek for some hearty pasta. The past was delicious! It was such a nice personal restaurant. The service was great! We would come back for sure!!
Honestly better than some of the Italian food I’ve had in Italy. Highly recommend if you’re craving some Italian in Cuzco!!
Little cute place with good italian food. And the prices are good too. Very friendly service
This restaurant was highly recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. My 3 friends and I spent our last evening of our Conquer Peru vacation in Cusco here and enjoyed our dinning experience.
The food was just okay. The restaurant was quaint and comfortable and the staff were friendly. The food was nothing to write home about, okay but nothing special.
Disappointing pasta and pizza. I ordered the pappardelle with mushrooms and the pasta was very overcooked and not very warm. The food took 10 minutes to come out which made me think that the pasta and sauce were already pre cooked. For the sort of prices that this restaurant offers (compared to other restaurants in Cuscothe quality does not match the price. I expected fresh pasta and sauce. The pizza was disappointing - very oily and it was not cooked in a pizza oven. The service was attentive.
The food here is incredible! On a 10 day trip my husband and I went multiple times (and we love trying new places so that says a lot). The environment is intimate and is a great space for conversation with your partner or group of friends!
Ate here many times during my stay in Cusco. Very delicious and fresh, staff are super friendly. I only ate 3 dishes here, the bolognese pasta, pesto pasta and the salad. Came back many time, also for take out and it was great!
The food was not tasty and it took a very long time before we got served. Even in a almost empty restaurant. The food was fresh, but we cannot give it more than 3/5 stars. Also because of the prices, which were quite high.
It would have given it 4 stars, but I actually don’t expect italian food to be as tasty here as in Europe. We had the Americana pizza and a lasagna. I would recommend the pizza more😁. The only thing weird for me was that the pizza had a lot of olive oil on top if it. I used a napkin to absorb some of it, but quite tasty otherwise.I would recommend this place if you are in Cusco and it the mood for italian food, but just adapt the expectations to the continent😁The pisco sour clasic was very good!
My son and I really enjoyed our time here. I am gluten free so I called ahead and was told if I bring the pasta the chef will cook it so we bought on the way and had a great mushroom sauce and my son loved his pasta with red sauce. It is a small sweet place that is authentic. Had fun talking Italian with the owner who is super friendly. Highly recommend.
Very cosy little Italian restaurant. We visited twice and enjoyed superb crunchy pizza and delicious lasagna. The staff is very polite and we had a nice chat with the Italian owner.
When you enter La Osteria you get awe-stuck by the delightful merge of local art and amazing Italian food smell with elegant and cozy lighting leaving you relaxed. The food here is breathtaking and I’m so sad because it’s the probably best pasta I’ll ever taste.
Unbelievable food here. Was here during Good Friday, and the owner served us himself. This restaurant is really a hidden gem and was the best food highlight of my trip to Peru. Best Italian food I’ve had. The owner was very kind and happy to answer all our questions. I can only dream of ever coming back!
We were looking for comfort food and we came to the right place. We got pizzas(carnivora and vegetarian), pasta bolognese, mushroom chicken and the daily soup. It takes a little while to get the food but it was worth it. Its a little small, in case you come with a big group you might end up waiting for a table.
Very good restaurant, small and cosy! The owner kindly cooked my gluten-free pasta with one of his sauces (I bought the gluten-free pasta in a supermarket). Thanks again!
Gnocchi amatriciana was absolutely delicious and fettuccini was amazing as well. We had the luxury to meet the owner, he is such a nice guy! I absolutely recommend this place is wonderful!
Tasty Italian food, good service and good ingredients. Although is a small place it has very good sits and nice ambience. The staff is very friendly and the owner is always there to help you with anything.
My god - that was delicious! The gnocchi were so creamy and had the perfect consistency. Both sauces were amazing. We had a tiramisu for dessert which was delicious as well!
