La Nonina Pizzeria - Pizza restaurant in Beirut, Lebanon
Honestly this place surprised me. Its probably one the best pizzerias in Beirut. The pizzas are great and as a bonus they are really thin so you dont feel bloated afterwards.Service was fantastic and the places ambiance was lovely. Its a bit small and was packed when I was there so you might need to wait but the wait was definitely worth it.Ill come back for sure.Their menu is very easy to read but I recommend the following dishes from the ones we tried:FoccaciaTruffle Mac and CheeseThe MelanzannePesto Al GenoveseDue FunghiAlso their chilli oil is great. You can actually taste the chilly.
A hidden gem in Beirut. Great food, ambiance and friendly staff. Chili oil was one of the best I’ve ever had.
Very overratedNot good quality pizza , barely cheese on it
A nice italien restaurantVery fresh food
Delicious pizza romanian style crispy thin dough and fresh ingrediants
Excellent food cozy atmosphere n our waitress Tamara was v friendly. To be recommended
great thin pizza, very good
Very tasty thin crust pizza in a great neighborhood
Amazing pizza great staff
Very good service, very friendly especially towards children. We took pasta, pizza and parmigiana, everything excellent. Just a warning for Italian visitors: their pizza, as usually the case in Lebanon, is very thin and crusty, probably to adapt to the local taste (reminiscent of saj). Nevertheless, here I liked it a lot.
Better quality than the average Lebanese Pizza places. A bit on the expensive side
I am very sorry to say that i got sick from the food today. The salmon bruchetta was good but the eggplant and the pizza had a funny taste and maybe thats why i got sick..the service was great and the place is clean but sorry will not visit again although the friend who referred me to you loves your place..So sorry for my bad review but thats what i got..your crust is perfect but the ingredients are not..
Very good location - specialized in pizza and pasta
La Nonnia Pizzeria never fails to satisty my craving for italian thin Romana Pizza. Hands down the best pizza in Beirut.Keep Up The Great Job!!
Lovely Pizza & AmbianceReally Recommend!!
Great service; good pizza
This place never fails to satisfy my craving for Italian pizza and pasta.Best Italian place !
Consistently one of the best pizzas in Beirut. Great general ambience and beautiful decor. A must try for anyone living or visiting Beirut!!
Over priced for a less than medium italian taste... 18$ for a 7cm burrata that has no cream inside... pizza worth 5$ not 14$... no need to taste the wine because the the waiter might be sure about the taste.... no ice bucket for the white wine just throw it on the table.... the starter bread is baked... I didnt like at all... not worth visiting!
Really nice ambience...however the fried calamari were very oily and the nutella crepe was burnt.
Very delicious pizza, the crust is as it should be. There is quite a good variety in the pizza selection. The tiramisu is the best in town so far. Cheers!
Great food, amazing taste, authentic Italian cuisine. Definitely recommended
Pizzas & more. Recommend it.
Good food and experience. Had pizza and salad and everything was delicious.
Nonna Pizza is one of the best Italian restaurants in Beirut. Food and service quality was really good and fast. Also, its really nice and cozy place have lunch and dinner at Nonna Pizza.
Discrete ingredients. The dough of the pizza was very slim and crunchy though. Not Italian but okay
Great cozy place amazing for couples quiet romantic dinners and travelers
Nice cozy place. The place doesnt have many seating options but that doest matter much. The pizza is delicious! They have a unique crust that is perfect. It is a great place to go to enjoy a light pizza.
Excellent thin pizzas (among the best in townand good salads in this relatively small restaurant with large windows overlooking the heart of a restaurants area. Friendly atmosphere and reasonable prices.
A great place for lunch or dinner. My visits are usually during lunch breaks. Excellent pizzas. Cosy and warm.
Its the best healthy pizza restaurant. I loved the special way that they use it to make pizza. The waters are very nice and friendly. You feel like youre having it at home! Chill and cozy atmosphere..the menu is full of variation you could choose you favorite pizza or you can make it just like you want. I hope they will add brown dough to their menu because its now healthier than the white one.
Delicious pizzas, crusty dough with authentic italian taste.Great place to have business lunch or dine with friends. We had a lot of pizzas at a business lunch, i dont remember what they were, but we were fighting for every remaining piece. The host Jacques was very helpful and sharp in his advices, he is so chill too.
Food is still very good but the service is dropping!
Pizza was good and nice parmigiana. I only give it 3 stars as there are really exceptional Italian restaurants in Beirut...but it was very nice!
Menu should be detailed more, however good food but a little bit overpricedGood atmosphere
small and cozy place. staff are friendly. yummiest pizza. great overall experience.
The waiters are very friendly and kind, pizzas are delicious but the place is a bit old (deteriorated tables, worn flooring).
Very good food and it shares its restaurant with Charlotte an also very good restaurant.
Very nice pizza, good service
Good pizza quick service, friendly and warm.
Cozy place to have a nice dinner. The food tastes quite good and the pizza is light. Fair prices.
Cosy, friendly, good atmosphere, tasty and Casual. Pizza, pasta, fries and salad.
Cozy place, not very spacious but accommodating. Pizzas are delicioua and the waiters are very friendly
Tasty Margarita pizza, and Nutella dessert. Worth a visit.
Good pizzas and food, loved the salad.. good portions.. and the special dessert at the end.. the nutella pizza my favourite!!
Best pizza place in town at an affordable budget
Great pizza but the ultra thin kind. Basically only does pizzas. Wood oven baked!
Cozy place, friendly staff, and an amazingly tasty and authentic Italian pizza!
Best pizza in the heart of ashrafieh in Beirut. Good atmosphere great service
Usually pizza is great but expensive. Now it seems like they are not maintaining their quality. When you ask for a pizza "due funghi", you do not expect to be given a pizza with only "one funghi" because they ran out. And we had to wait double the time because they accidentally burned the pizza!
