Simple best of best!!! Quality, service, food and ambiente...Eat here!!!Thats a place of the heart
MoreIf you are not Spanish, don’t go there. Bartender was rude
Great tapas, drinks and people!
Ordered the 1/2 combination cheese board absolutely perfect for a shared snack with a glass of wine 👍🏻great bar very traditional
MoreVery good food, we had Tortilla and Rabo de toro. We had a short stop, food came very quickly. Very kind waiter.
MoreMuy bien ! We ordered 2 beers, and the chef brought us tortillas, they were tasty, i wanted to have some more food so I ordrerd jamon, muy bonito. Servicio perfecto
MoreGreat bar after visiting the Alahambra, friendly staff, good food at good prices
Great little joint! Pleasant, hard-working staff. Tapas and drinks good too.
Fabulous authentic localFriendly staffDelicious TapasLocal wine & beerHighly recommended
MoreVery nice place, the staff is very friendly and they have a lot or beers options. Nice place to tapas and beers
MoreJust went in for a couple of beers and the waiter said in Spanish "He dose not want any Germans in his resturant"
MoreExtremely authentic place. Very nice owner that served an additional delicious Tapas on the house. Definitely worth a visit! Estrella de Levante has become one of my favourite beers... Dankeschön:-)
MoreGreat drinks and tapas as usual
Great local spot. Tapas is solid and the drinks are on point. Gives a more authentic experience than a lot of places in Plaza Nuevo. We came here 3x during our 4 days. So we liked it obviously.
MorePiquillo Bacalao was overcooked. Omelette tapa was okay. Much better options in Granada.
MoreFair price, fair taste, response of waiters was a bit slow for spanish standards
Very cheap for the area but quality is spot on.Complimentary Tapas with every drink, as most do around here.Use barcode dotted around the the place to download menu - English included.
MoreAmazing! Tapas con queso y jamón- they are really good. Wonderful service, would recommend 10/10
MoreCosy place for very good tapas. Well recommended
Great place for tapas. Service is fast and waiters very nice. Tapas are good as and not expensive. Very cozy atmosphere.
MoreAlways our favourite bar in Granada, the staff are great fun, people watching is high on the agenda, great for a variety of tapas, good beers and wines a plenty anytime of day if you want it, good for a hot strong Cafe-con-leche and tostados for breakfast.
MoreOutstanding! Typical bar restaurant in the centre, very close to the walk down of Alhambra. Great ham, cheese and nice local beers. Have a tabla of embutidos here is a must! Absolutely recommend this place.
MoreWe were not offered our free tapas with our second beer probably because the place was too busy. I asked them but no positive response. Come on, we are in Granada, give me my gratis tapas con cerveza. Otherwise, good experience.
MoreGreat bar for free tapas in city center. Friendly staff and theyre NOT stingy with the portion of their free tapas and each round you get something different.
MoreAuthentic Spanish tapas bar in the middle of the tourist area, full of friendly locals excellent food and wine at great prices.
MoreAnother great bar with free Tapas. Highly recommend. Staff were very friendly and the drinks were a fair price.
MoreGood place to try typical food, delicious and reasonable price
Went in too early and told we couldnt order, companion finished beer and we were getting ready to leave, were told the tomato salad we wanted is available. Had that and it was very good.
MoreTraditional tapas bar. Tried several dishes and all were delicious. Service was friendly and the waiter even stopped us when he thought we were ordering too much food. The main floor has high seats and a bar while the upper floor has tables. Centrally located in Plaza Nueva.
MoreAwful waiter, actually screamed at us for no reason several times because we were unsure of what to order and asked for suggestions. Unacceptable. Food was only decent.
MoreClosest to a British pub we found. It has a bar you can sit at too. Great Tapas.
We enter here to have a beer and figure what to do in our first afternoon in Granada and end up having dinner and more than one beer. With each "caña" they bring you a tapa, and not the usual peanuts or chips, a proper plate of food, "callos" , bread with chorizo and olives and we also order a salad and something else, all good. The waiter was a bit of a sour character but he grow on us.
MoreGood free tapas and different. Small ham and herb omelette on bread. The food from the main menu looked good as well. A definite if your on your own Route de Tapas !!
More1 am on a cool autumnal evening in Granada and somehow wed neglected to eat. La Gran Taberna stepped up to the plate. We needed cheese; tomatoes; bread and wine, in that order, and these fellows delivered. Our host warned us we would not be able to finish the cheese selection, and he was right (though perhaps because we ate too much of the accompanying bread). €37 to eat our fill.
MoreIts not a quintessential Spanish restaurant, but its in a great location. Beer is cheap, wine is expensive, and tapas are complimentary.
MorePrice is great. Service is super fast. Like others mentioned, theyre not the people that smile the most, but the efficiency tops it. And the omelet served free with your drink is excellent.
MoreI like Sangria here the most so far after 2 weeks in Spain from Madrid, Toledo, Segovia, Salamanca, Ávila, Córdoba, Sevilla here now Granada 😊😊 it comes with free tapas. Worth a shot 🇪🇸🍷
MoreOverpriced for the kind of food you get. Also, you are charged extra for sitting upstairs, even if thats the only table available! Not friendly or helpful staff
MoreFriendly and convenient. Usually busy ay night
Service was ok.... efficient but average when it came to friendliness; we felt a bit like we were intruders in a local pub in the middle of Granada’s busiest tourist zone! Be prepared to have plates of food practically thrown at you. Food was good. Rating just above ok.
MoreFantastic place with very friendly staff and extremely good value. Excellent free tapas and very tasty local dishes served with a smile. Highly recommended!
MoreLovely staff. Free tapas when you purchase beer. A cheap and humble meal out in Granada.
MoreThis is a great bar. The food is wonderful. The free tapas are great. The beer is very cold. The staff are polite and hard working, no waiting even when very busy. The bar is situated next to the bus stop for the bus to the historic Sacromonte and Albaicin areas of this wonderul city. Dont wait for a bus without trying this bar.
MoreA great location by Plaza Nuevo at foot of the hill from the Alhambra and a good stop after the night visit to the monument. Delicious tapas and a good choice of beer and wines. Can be busy with stand up areas. The staff are really friendly and aim to please.
MoreDelicious tapas and a very good salad. Very kind waiter, good service, and at a good price. English menu available, staff does not speak Spanish but makes an effort to come to an understanding. Id definitely recommend this place.
MoreGreat place. Have eaten here 3 times during my stay. Each tapa is better than the previous.Good value and friendly staff
MoreLa Gran Taberna,As you walk down Questa De Gomerez, and youre emerging onto Plaza Nueva. This place is right on the corner. They have a fabulous wine menu and the tapas, are fantastic. Given its position, you may expect it to be very pricey. Go in, have a beer, youre tapa may be a fabulous omelet on a piece of bread and some olives. Trust me, that omlete wile be a real treat and it will cost a couple of euros.A great bar, with staff working their socks off to do a fabulous job of keeping their customers well served with food and drink. We went back there three nights running, and again the following weekend. Its one of those place that will keep you coming back for more.If youve time for more than Tapas. Theve got a great restraunt menu too!
MoreBest tapas bar in Granada! Hands down best service, tapas quality, selection, and pricing. And the house wine isnt too bad either.
