I’ve been there more than 3 times, one of them before the lockdown, and they haven’t changed their philosophy! Delicious meals, extra expensive, and they’re served in ver tiny portion’s. If you’re hungry you mustn’t go there!

A bit pricey for my priorities, but it was an invitation. I ordered some pork ribs which were very good. Service was very friendly and fast. I had some purple potato chips on the side, just as good! Warm and upbeat atmosphere

Very good food and a nice atmosphere.

Nice meals. Delicious place... But some ugly people.Very important the reservation for the weekend, because is very visited. Sometimes people spent a lot of time in the line waiting for table.

DELICIOUS, the meet was perfectly cooked and tender, the salada so different but spectacular, not to mention the tropical juice, Ill certainly come back!!!

Have you ever got excited about a place based on the menu and the ambiance but the meals failed to live to the hype? Well thats what I felt. Dont get me wrong its okay however I was expecting more. The sides were great though both in their presentation and flavor. The star of the day was the chicharrón, be sure to try it. They sell one of my favorite sodas: Corelia, so it was a plus. There are close parking basements so thats one thing less to care about.

Had a wonderful anniversary dinner with pastrami sandwich for entrance and then the recommended dish to share for two people. Wine, and a lovely dessert on the house which was delicious.

This place is delicious beef with incredible taste and familiar ambience, you should reserve if do not want to wait.

delivery experience: none stars.never had a worse pulled pork sandwich in my life. pork was so old it was like beef jerky. never again. this pulled pork really was an embarrassment to all pulled pork around the world.wings were so old and chewy we threw them out.this photo is of the sándwich… thats.. coleslaw? with dry pork no sauce and 2 old pickles. no. that jerky on top is the pork.

Brisket and pulled pork were dry and chalky. Ribs were like old shoe leather. I think they send old food to Rappi. Never again.

The brisket nachos that I had here will be the sole reason I fly back to Bogota.

Sides are better than the actual meat! For an authentic Texas bbq place meat should be the star... also portions are quite small

Well, this is the closest you can get to an original TX bbq, during the weekend is crowded, but food is always good

The food was delicious and it is a nice place. When I arrive the service said it just 2 tablets avaliable. All the rest are reserved.

Came for take out out it really is a very good barbeque they had very nice sauce and doe you peooke who know about franks well it the only hot sauce here. Its great they were great servers always attentive never had too ask for anything and it was expensive for Bogota but if your from anywhere else in the world it just is special good price good service great smiles. I had a great time here on a rainy tuesday so amazing experience would reccomend if your feeling like bbq come to la fama it is everything i thought it would be. A good place to eat ribs and brisket in town but the quantity is not worth the price you are paying for. The place is very welcoming, the service is very agile, food is served fast but wouldnt recommend it due to the value.

My conclusion: Totally overrated. Or maybe in order to fit service response times they sacrificed quality... I usually trust Tulios reviews but recently or either the place has a menu for him, another for clients... or the review was sponsored... anyway his reviews moves a lot of people i saw people waiting in the rain....Stopping with speculations... Pork skins are well achieved and a must to order, but the sauce is quite unbalanced, a lot of cummin there...Its weird that one of their insignia dishes (a pork chest rack), is not recommended by the service... Asked for it anyway and cant be further away from the description, is dry and doesnt fill as slow cooked meet or they really screwed the process this day ..Never offer a garnish you dont know well; i came.today from Medellín, and get excited to let my friends taste corn bread... seriously go to Medellín and ask in LeCoq for a damn well cooked corn bread; for the price is a shame to have such a bad achieved breadI payed a lot, got disappointed..., i can only say taste the pork skin starter and enjoy tasteful drinks, this is the only thing i cant complain, they were quite tasty, refreshing, balanced in sweet and not stacked with ice, maybe the chef was tired and did the beverages that day.

Brisket was not up to expectations, bit dry but the ribs, Mac and cheese and nachos were delishhhhh!! Def a taste of home. Was told to try the chicharrón next time. Well be back to give it another go. Bit pricey for portion size.

Its an incredible restaurant even though sometimes you have to wait a lot to be seated its better to make a reservation

The food is awesome, the BBQ is excellent the flavor is wonderful, it remember s me the flavor in US.the signature beverages pretty nice. I strongly recommend this place if you have a BBQ crave.

Best meat cuts in Bogota. They have a big barrel where the meat from different cuts are cooked in firewood. It is unbelievable the taste it gets!!!Besides they serve super fast, well done, the salads and chips are highly recommended.The place is so beautiful, modern, it has a big bar, heaters. Loved the decoration!!!It also has the possibility of reserved a baby pork cooked in firewood for friends and family.The place is very recommended. And it also have valet parking at a affordable price.

In overall is a good place to enjoy an American bbq in Bogota. Prices are reasonable and the place is welcoming, but not fancy. The brisket wasnt tender enough.

La Fama is a restaurant that offers something for everyone. You can go as a couple or as a group and have a great time. The food is delicious, especially the ribs in any form (for me). The price/value ratio seems appropriate to me. The attention is very good, the people are very kind. Its definitely a place to come back.

I have been there 2 times, the first one was excellent, the ribs were juicy and soft, but in my second visit the quality of the ribs werent as good as expected, it looked like cook time were not enough because it was red inside and a bit hard to eat.

Decent barbecue food but portions were very small and quite pricey - I could get more food in Toronto for that price. Staffs were friendly.

Highly overpriced; Great taste for pork ribs however the beef cuts are miserable and despite it pass through a seemingly long cooking process, the final cut is not only disappointing (100 g in thin, histology cutit is dry and without any juice.
