Local amplio. Excelente producto. Gran variedad de tapas y raciones. Buen servicio. Recomendable
Some of the best seafood ive ever had
Kind staff and delicious food. I came here 2 times while I stayed Granada. Perfect place for everyone :)
The best seafood in Granada and possibly the best I have ever had. I have been here a couple of times with my friend who loves this place and they have a lot of options to choose from and even have dishes for people who don’t like seafood or are vegetarian. I really recommend tempura de verduras, tomate aliñado, calamares fritos and gambas al pil pil. The service from the waiters are top, they are very friendly, welcoming, attentive and helpful… and the prices wow. A treasure in Granada.
My favorite lunch place for seafood in the area. It has a good selection of food, both seafood and non-seafood. I notice a lot of seafood places around Granada have a lot more fried seafood options, but La Esquinita de Javi has a good balance of fresh and fried options. Additionally, the check usually comes with a small ice cream and/or granizado, which is a fantastic treat to top the meal.
Our first meal in Granada and it was excellent!
Great food, very friendly service, so happy we went there. The tuna steak is great. There is free tapas with your first order of drinks!
A great seafood place! Popular with locals. It gets busy during lunchtime and the service slows down a bit, but overall I highly recommend it. Pulpo a la brasa was really good!
Really awesome seafood tapas with every drink! Great vibe inside and outside.
Good food but very very slow service and relatively high prices
Tapas to die for. Affordable and casual.
Horrible service. This was the worst experience I had in Granada. Looking back, I would have been better off just enjoying a coffee and dessert from the Futbol Cafe right next door.
The food was ok, but the service was horrible. Though I’m not from Granada and I doubt that I’ll ever return to this city, I’ll make sure to tell anyone I know to avoid this place. There were at least six waiters and none of them came to us even once. The two instances we got their attention were because we literally pulled them to us. Meanwhile, the table behind us and the one to our side were served at least four times each. My wife and I are Latinos From the United States and the other clients were clearly Europeans. Maybe it was that or maybe it wasn’t. I don’t know but I do know that the owners of this place need to teach their waiting staff manners.
Volveremos!
We found it on a Sunday, when not a lot was open in the city and it just made our day. Delicious food, really good drinks, friendly staff. Its a must stop
There is a reason why this place is so busy, one of the best Spanish restaurants in town, great service perfect location
If you love fry food this is the place you want to be in. Great food, great staff !
Late meal. There were 5 of us. Server wa super. Large menu.Tapas brought with beer. Fish selection excellent. Ordered 5 1/2Meals and shared. Server timed the courses perfectly. Food excellent.
Decent food. Busy place.
Arrive early! This restaurant is always packed full every day of the week - not one seat available - for a good reason. The food is fresh, delicious and well priced.
Good meal for a correct price. A luttle bit to crowdy
Nice
Nice Tuna beef
Top ten fresh sea-food, fish... With a very reasonable price. Everything is really nice!! Its always busy because of its quality. Always worthy to go!!
Immejorable
The place was crowded and a bit noisy, it is recommendable to call beforehand and reserve a table. They had a good offering of sea food, we just tried a couple of tapas and it was nice, we plan to go back to try more elaborated dishes. In any case, avoid rush hours if you want to have a quiet meal.
THE place to have your lunch or afternoon tapas or mariscos. Packed full with locals, they know...
Arrived early. No problems . Great service and the best seafood in 3 weeks southern Spain. Razor clams simple and perfect.
One of the must best places for tapas in Granada. Excellent fish and seafood among other Granada regional specialities. Friendly, nice and chatty staff. Youll need to go early to get a good site as it gets crowded rapidly. Not so expensive either. Lovely terrace in spring time to apenas time with friends. Highly recommended!
Very slow service and not nice waiters.
Tremendous selection of fresh fish and seafood. Soooo fresh! Service was excellent. Tapas with your drink orders are actually great. The paella rice tapa was delicious. This is an the best. Go Enjoy
A great restaurant. Wonderful service.Worth every penny.
Friendly staff and delicious, enough said.
We used to love La Esquinita since they opened their first in Plaza Mariana Pineda but our last visit left us with mixed feelings. First of all, we made a reservation for 6 adults, a kid and a baby, making sure we were going to be a total of 8 needing a high chair. We arrived and they gave us a table for 4 with 6 chairs. When we inquired about it, we were told several times by 3 different servers that it was our mistake since we said 6. But there was not even enough space for 6 in a table for 4! So rude, that is not an acceptable way to treat customers. Even if they were right and if was our mistake, they should apologize and provide solutions like seating outside. But they just continued telling us that we said 6, even servers that never talked with us on the phone so how would they know. Anyway, the kids were tired and it was hot so we decided to stay and squeeze there. First round of drinks, rice was delicious as usual. Second round of drinks, no tapa. It was very difficult to get a hold of a server so we did not ask for it. We ordered tomate aliñado (really good with sea salt and high quality olive oil), ensaladilla rusa (tasteless), boquerones (opened and with vinegar, which is a no-no for good fish and it is not even specified in the menu), calamares (too salty, oily, undercooked and missing most of the tempuraand vegetales en tempura (so-so, plus we found an onion with the boquerones so they are probably fried in the same oil). It took us a while to find a server to ask for the bill and they brought it with complimentary mango sherbets and bite size chocolate covered ice creams, a very nice touch. Some members of our party were commenting that their other establishment has a better cook. This one is bigger and nicer looking but it has a lot of room for improvement, mostly in customer service but also in how they cook their food. Good luck!
Brilliant food, highly recommend.
If you want seafood this place has got your back
