La Churrasqueria Del Gordo in Paterson

This restaurant used to be good with one of the most flavorful Peruvian food around the area. I really dont know what happened, but it is not the same as before. Shame on them for letting a place like this fall down. I know the pandemic hit hard all the business but I feel that they needed to pay more attention to this business. I know that they can get it back into place. 🙂

Excelente atencion, sabrosa comida y bien servido.Recomiendo la parrilla 7 sabores.Se tiene que buscar parqueo.

Los anticuchos y el chaufa especial siempre son para empezar. Buena atención y muy buena sazón.

These people cook with Quality ingredients, and are cooking them perfectly. Had a wonderful evening dining in. Very family friendly environment, great for birthdays and get togethes. This place, arguably, has the most authentic Peruvian cuisine on the Union Ave. strip!

Me trajeron la cuenta y page assuming q estaba la propina incluida sali para irme cuando la señora del mostrador me paro para decirme q no deje propina ESO FUE TAN ANTIPROFECIONAL, q nunca más volveria a comer ahi..

Deliciosos anticuchos,y pollo a la parrilla,muy buena chicha morada,la atención también es buena.La parrilla deliciosa.

Excelente todo muy buena atencion visito en familia 1 vez por semana ceviche filete de pollo parte pierna al grill caldo de gallina 7 saboree uffff recomendadoo.

Siempre fui cliente por mucho tiempo y el dia de hoy me decepcionaron con su mala atencion al cliente y su comida.pesima quemada.no lo recomiendo.que pena que hayga bajado su categoria.a buscar otro lugar mejor.sobre Todo por su mala atencion del personal.no saben reconocer lo que dan al publico.y todavia se enojan.

I’ve been here before but it’s my first time in a while. It’s always great quality food. Even though it’s only open Thursday-Sunday it’s definitely worth saving this place for the weekend. The service is exceptional! They were prepared to help us quickly and make accommodations for my two year old nephew. The Churrasco (Sabanawas juicy and delicious. The papá a la huancaina had its own kick to it but enjoyed eating it. The green hot sauce is so good, definitely recommend to trying it. Also, they have diet Inca Kola which is a plus.

Great food especially la entraña steak😋😋😋😋... they take a little long but its its worthy.

La churrasqueria el gordo riquisimo la verdad es el unico sitio donde me a gustado todo lo que tiene que ver con la parrilla muy delicioso lo recomiendo de verdad las carnes frescas, jugosas con ese olor que tiene ahumado hummm, que rico☺😘👍👏👏👏👏

This place was good. Not any more the service is bad they take forever to bring your food the table are very small no enough space for 4 people to eat at the same time. Pricey for what you get. Like I said I eat here before and was a good experience but the las 2 time was very disappointed. the prices was the same but the fod wasnt today we order the sabana that is a big stake the comes with salad and baked potatoes tha I have ordered before and a spaghetti in green sauce with a small steak the big stake was half the size it us to be. And the spaghetti did not look or taste good. We call and complain to the owner ho is always there and he did no care at all. I will post the picture I took of the food we bought is nothing like the picture they showed you online. Very disappointed they have lost me as a customer. One more thing is a only cash restaurant no credit cards 🤔🤔🤔 .

La orden sabana (carne un cuarto de Plato de grasa, Carne dura, carne pequena no como antes que rebalsaba El Plato, nuevas meseras Mal trato con clientes, sé olvidan de traer cosas y uno tiene q llamarlas.

No me gustó, no se sentía el gusto a la parrilla y super salada la comida, la ensalada también con mucha sal y demasiado aliño.

WORST RESTAURANT EVER ! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR PERUVIAN FOOD DONT COME HERE . My family ordered a tray of steaks that “supposedly comes with potatos” but I cannot believe the mess that they gave us today. They gave us one piece of steak and IT WAS MOSTLY MADE OF BONES AND NOT EVEN A INCH OF STEAK IN THIS TRAY WITH NO POTATOS never ordering again.

This Peruvian restaurant is r good in price and flavor . Everything is cooked right at the moment and there is always full of customers. There only have 6 tables bc the place is very small . . But the food is really good specially the meat and anticuchos .

I ordered their skirt steak with salad and potatoes and my husband salmon with salad and rice and it was very delicious. Perfectly seasonsed with a right hint of lime juice. I definitely recommend this place!

Lovely Peruvian cuisine. I highly the mixed rice with beef and chicken. The grilled steak and potatoes are a must try! Very easy laid-back place
