This restaurant is great for a cozy evening. A very tender Rib-eye Steak and delicious wines.

This is one of the best stale houses in chihuahua hands down. My waiter is just the best you can find anywhere in Mexico 🇲🇽. I’m a Mexican American and I can definitely appreciate the service and hospitality. Please come and visit.

This place reminds of Monterrey style carne asada and with excellent flavors!! This place doesnt disappoint at all. My new favorite place to eat out.

I had high hopes for this restaurant after a friend of mine said it was delicious and i read the reviews. The food was good but the service was absolutely terrible. Since the moment we got to the door the hostess didn’t want to let us in because they where going to be closing in 2 hours and she warned us that we had to be out 30 min before closing. Seemed to me like they didn’t even want us to come in however we wanted to try it so we accepted. The cooks got all of our orders wrong they gave us basically whatever they wanted. My husband ordered a steak and they brought him something completely different so we told the waiter and he went to let the cooks know. In this restaurant u can see the cooks through a glass so we could see their faces. They were super mad. The waiter was really nice but there is only so much he can do when the cooks dont want to correct what they did wrong. It was a horrible experience that completely ruined our afternoon. As i mentioned the food was good but we are absolutely not going back there.

Real good steak! It was cooked perfectly as I ordered. There was a good level of seasoning on it. The side of veggies wasnt great - Id go for the potato next time. The chips and salsa were good. I also had the delicious queso fundido appetizer. And whatever the soup was tasted good. The service was excellent. The bathroom was very clean. The space is not like a classic steakhouse - its more open and modern. Id go back.

Great place to have dinner with your couple. Just be prepared to wait a few minutes for a table.

It was a great experience! Awesome and delicious food definitely will go back. The atmosphere was great, they had a duet and OMG THEY WERE SPECTACULAR!!! For those of you that like real and true Mexican artist like Jose Jose, Juan Gabriel, El Buki to name a few it is a place to go no doubt about it! Oh yeah and the service was awesome as well!!!!!

If you have to make a U turn to access this place, youre going to have a bad time. Parking space is limited and shared to other places. La Carbonería is a place to have grilled food, specially steaks. A must try if youre a meat lover. I ordered a 2 person order of ribs and ribeye and was delicious, not very expensive. Ill totally come back someday.

Good service, food has great flavor, you can tell it is genuinely cooked in charcoal. Fast and they gave us the right timing between appetizer and the main dish. Musician was too loud, I would change that.

Good meat, nice ribs, great ambience at reasonable prices

Place was nice, but they over cook my steak. Plus my steak had too much seasoning on it. They took a very long time to serve us. Brought our food out at different times. So some of us where eating while the rest of us where watching and waiting for our food.
