La Buena Vida - Tapas bar in Granada, Spain
They had a few vegan tapas that we much appreciated with Tinto de verano. The humus was really good and also the gazpacho.
Drinks and food was so delicious. Nice bar with low prices. Mega!
Great service despite our limited Spanish, staff were happy to help. Food was incredibly well-priced, as you get a free tapas included with every drink purchased. The main meal we ordered was large enough for two so it was easy to keep the cost low and enjoy the delicious food!
Literally the beste Tapasbar I have been in in my whole Holiday.Awesome drinks and food. The waiters are hard working and kind.Perfection.
Loved the drinks & tapas. Sometimes it is a little crowded and you have to be patience, but the price is good and the tapas are delicious!
Very nice staff very friendlyNice combination of on the go chill out snacks and foodFastNice experience
Excellent tapas. Lots of choice
The waitress was unfriendly. Super rude and she had no patience for us reading a card in a different language. We also saw the bartending girl putting wine from a glass back in the bottle. It was a shock, because we ordered sangria.
Very much recommended place! Great drinks and tapas at very reasonable prices, every drink comes with a free small tapas.
We waited a while before someone came out to serve us. There was no one on the terrace. When i went to use the toilet i mentioned that we were sitting their. She said she knew.We ordered beers and different tapas. I ordered an hamburger of course. All 3 came on the same plate with a side of chips. My friends falafel was quite small and ended in 2 bites. My other friends mini wrap was also 2 bites. I.felt honoured. It took 5 bites for my hamburger. It was tasty and minimal
Had a soft drink here on a day when Grenada’s mercury was pushing 40 and it came with tapas which was lovely. The waitress who served us was really friendly as well! Would recommend ☺️
Amazing tapas with even more amazing customer service! Free taps with drink.
Amazing value. Great selection of beers and the tapas were impressive.
Very cheap and that’s pretty much the only qualityPoor service, fair food
Very good! Best prices Ive seen for tapas. Sangria and salmorejo were especially good
Great little tapas place within a stones throw from the cathedral (but please no throwing really 😁)Every drink earns you a tapa of your choice and boy there is a wide range. We had bread with cream cheese with guac, delicious and a bit zesty! The meat tortilla and goats cheese with apple sandwich were a real treat and bread with manchego cheese with quince jelly was very fresh! Top it off with a glass of tinto verano on a hot (36°C+day and youre set!The staff are super friendly and the place has a nice young vibe with cool music playing. Definitely worth your try!
Very unfriendly waitet, did not provide free Tapas but wanted to sell from the card, not to be recommended - there are much bettet places in the area
Good value, friendly, and vegan/vegetarian friendly. Big portions too, definitely recommended for brunch.
Perfect place for having local food. Prices are reasonable and everything is tasty
I was here a few years ago and still remember the place for its lively atmosphere and the tapaA must go place when in the city
Nice tapas at great prices. Way better than the majority
After eating here and paying cash the staff wouldn’t give change for the bus. Terrible tapas too you can do better!
No service for 45 min. I went inside and told them if we could order they said we will come outside and then still didnt. Insane
Food was very good, bit of an issue with the tapas - ordered drinks but had to go and ask the waitress for tapas as she’d forgotten
Worst service I have ever had. 2 young girls working, 1 inside and 1 outside. Ordered 2 beers as soon as we sat down and were not offered any tapas or menus. Waited awhile then went over to another empty table to grab a menu ourselves. Waited another while and waitress never came by, had finished our beers by now. She was not busy, just standing by the bar ignoring us. Had enough of this poor service and asked for the bill which she acknowledged but still did not bring over to us after waiting another while. Had to go to the bar ourselves and was still kept waiting although no one else was at the bar. Will not recommend.
Great experience, good and cheap tapas!
It was my first tapas bar in Granada in 2010, and still the best!
Accidentally sat here thinking we were going to place next door. What a happy accident. Great tapas. The goat cheese and onion was my favorite. Hummus was pretty good too. My fiancé loved his ham and cheese dishes.Only complaint is that sangria was very sweet.Sugar was in the glass that you poured the sangria into. If not used to a sugary sangria, I would skip.
Great place in one of the small streets of Granada. Fair prices and complementary tapas with every drink. The meals were, however, served slightly cold.
Avoid. Easy to mistake with the Bodega next door. No tapas with the drinks and expensive prices. Worst Service on our entire trip
Very good and different tapas with some good vegetarian choices (not so common in Granada...)
You have a drink and then you choose a tapa from their menu. Just amazing. Besides, every tapa has some fries. Ill come back.Nevertheless, I would go to have some tapas, but i think it is not the place for having a main meal.
We both got very bad food poisoning from eating tappas in this place!Additional the service was not good and the sangria tasted like the cheapest one you can find in the supermarket!Dont go there!
Delicious and cheap! They give you a free tapa and some potatoes on the side. Loved it.
A really lively bar with a tapa of your choice included with every drink. Despite being so busy the staff are very efficient and a great atmosphere surrounded the whole area.
Unbelievable value for money! Good staff good food. My recommendations!
We went there because they have a couple of vegan tapas. The service was VERY slow. We waited a lot for the food to come, then, the salmorejo had some egg on it so the waitress took it back and we waited around 10 minutes more... On top of that, they tried to charge me twice what I had, the waitress did not believe me and had to confirm with another one.
We stumbled upon this gem nestled in between a bunch of over priced restaurants. It was delicious and prices cant be beat. Only problem we had was the car park directly across from the place meant cars came dangerously close to our table. We had to get up and move out of the way more than once. But the we loved the food and the service was fabulous!
This has been one of our favourite places in Granada for a long time. Choice of tapa with each drink from a good list including vegetarian choices. The staff are always nice and we love it!
For each drink, you can choose from a list of free tapas. Would recommend the baguette with goat cheese and caramelised onions!
The tapas are delicious. You get a drink and you can choose a free tapa with fries. The service is good and the place is great. The prices are very good too 👏🏻
Good price-quality. The best bar Ive been in Granada.
The best tapas in Granada. And so chep.. amazing!
White wine (medium sweettastes great as recommended! The server is super nice too ÷)
There are many tapas to choose from , they are delicious and have a vegetarian option. The portions are fair and the drinks are normal size ! Small inside but there are seats outside! Highly recommend !
Based on the reviews we expected a worse experience, but we got free tapas (of our choicewith every drink and they were really tasteful. Friendly staff!
Great little spot to grab a drink and tapa. Friendly service, tasty tapas, and great location. We will come back here!
Fantastic tapas bar! Classic buy a drink and choose a free tapas from the menu. Customer service was 10/10 and the whole experience itself was very enjoyable. Food was delicious and the drinks are amazing. Highly recommended!
The waitress was really kind, she spoke English and brought us our drinks and tapas quickly. The atmosphere was nice too, would recommend it.
**UPDATE: After it closed down for some time in the end of 2013. The bar has reopened again with different owners and a different atmosphere. This review below was for the previous bar**Very small little bar with a nice (and differentvariety of tapas + 2 extra "tapas of the day" that are not on the menu.Wine is excellent and the owner is very friendly (also speaks good English). Just make sure you come early as it gets crowded fast.
