La Boite à Malt in Lévis

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We stopped here on a road trip for good beer and eats, and got that and then some. Theres a decent variety of beers and we tried a couple, along with the beef tartare. It was a delicious meal, and the bonus was the service was great. A pleasing atmosphere with lots to look at. We even left with some merch! A hat and 2 beer glasses. Will be by again when we take that route in the future.

I put 1 star but it does not deserve even 1, we arrive they did not gave us a table because we had no reservation, we made the reservation they said had problems with the system, it felt as a racist treatment, visiting from Mexico worst service ever, never will come back, worst place!!......... Then fix you reservation system, you ask for a reservation wich I had, even with that you could not gave us a table.

Friendly staff, but food is aweful, tasted the poutine with chicken, it was so chewy that it was like having a chewing gum in my mouth. Over priced, must be drunk to appreciate. Good choice of burgers and beers. Wouldnt recommend it. First and last time.

Our hostess and especially our sweet server were so welcoming and accommodating. They offered us an English menu to make ordering easier for us, and happily spoke English without making us feel bad for not speaking French. Extensive beer options but also a variety of cocktails, wine, and non alcoholic beverages offered as well. Our burgers were amazing as well. Delicious! The mood there is lively and cheerful. We would happily go back.

Visiting from Ontario, went with parents, wife and 3 kids aged 9-13. The fantastic service started with the hostess who seated us. Asked if they happens to have an English menu, they didn’t as it was a new menu, in her limited English she read thru each item and did her best to explain the item. Was great. Then our waitress was fantastic and the food and beer were great. What stood out was the amazing customer service and the lengths they went to, to make sure we had a good time. You don’t find that to often anymore.

A decent microbrewery right outside Quebec city. The food is good specially the duck confit pizza and the place is quite big to accommodate groups.

Went there with some friends and had a great time! What stood out though was the service. Our waitress Victoria was super kind and professional. Will be coming back for her! :)

Food was ok, They have a huge selection of beers and is hard to decide what to order. Camille, the waitress was really nice and attentive

Staying in the Days Inn next door, this micro brewery was an easy choice. Large selection of interesting beers and a modest but solid menu. Had a very good burger and compliments for the excellent fries. I had to ask for the scissors though as I couldnt open the Hellmans mayonnaise packages. Apparently I am not the only one who had trouble with it. My wifes pizza looked and tasted great too. Well go again tonight. And we rarely go to the same place twice.

When a place is busy it tells you it must be good. It was.Service was quick and friendly. Lack of French on our part was not an issue.Covid-19 was addressed well. Masks upon entering and moving about and on all staff.Food and beer were great.

Ive been there a few times with some friends and I must say that I love this place, nice ambiance, very good service and they take care of regular customers. The beer is awesome as well. A must visit if you can.

Fantastic food, amazing beer, great service. I would highly recommend the pulled pork sandwich and pair it with the flight of four beers. I asked for a random selection for the flights and loved every one.

Great food, New dishes to try with a good on place brewed beer. If youre going to Québec city, try it on and leave the traffic go away while you enjoy yourself.

Microbrewery with craft beers and gastro pub food.I knew I would enjoy the experience when I saw a rack of hot sauces.I had the fried calamari which had a tasty batter and dip.This was followed by fish and chips which had a nice crispy batter. You can upgrade your fries to a poutine which is a great deal.The staff (William)was amazing and busy...this is a happening place. The patio seemed to be a great hang-out.Definitely would come back.

Kitchen had a problem but our server took care of us. 40 minute for the appetizer to show up then they were out of 3 of our entries. Visiting from the US but as I said our server kept us informed. Food and beer were great just timing with kitchen. If I make it back I would try again

This place is a gem. Great selection of their own microbrews. My husband and I ordered a flight before selecting an individual beer. The food was really good. I had poutine with duck and mushroom gravy. The gravy really made this dish. Our waiter, William, was absolutely fantastic!

This is a very friendly place. A lot of beer rotations and you always find something suitable for your taste.

Awesome staff, the new food menu is very good but a tad pricey for the location. The beers are ok at best, nothing to make you write to your mother. Weird ambiance with awful music that for some reason the staff cant switch.

Great beer brewery pub. Excellent food and beers (granted some of the styles are not my thingbut based on a sampler these folks score big. Food was also very good : personal pizza and pretzel. Wish I could find a solid non - greasy pretzel in the USA! Service was also top notch as we worked through French to English translations.

Visiting from N.Y. I only had a Martini. I liked it. Not sure why the Martini glass was half empty😒 when served. For $7.25 plus tip, the ambience was satisfactory + the music was at tolerable decibels. The staff spoke enough English. The restaurant was almost empty at 2245 hours on a Thursday. No Freè wifi. Male and female bartenders and waitresses.

Our server was really nice. The food was good, not too pricey. I had the Salade Poulet et Mangue, which I really enjoyed. My husband had their Le Carnivore “Trilogie", which he also enjoyed, especially la joue de boeuf. Interesting beer selection. My husband had their “Sale Gose" and loved it.We liked the décor. The music was a kind of blues. Not our style but enjoyable while eating, the volume low enough so we could talk without problem.We will definitely go back.

A waitress there ignored me because I was an anglo. I managed to get a beer from her but could not convince her to sell me food. I left after the poor treatment, but went back for another beer because it was so damn good. The bartender on duty recognised my situation and helped me out. She ended up making me a sandwich. All is well that ends well I guess.Great beer and good food!
