Good food, great staff and according to my friend, a certain waiter who was too cute to take her eyes off 😂

One of the few authentic Tuscan restaurants left in Firenze. Italian staff who are friendly, flexible and profeasional. We loved the white house wine.

Very good food. But a word about the service; the manager is extremely good because he takes care of the whole restaurant by himself. The lady at the bar and the young girl who is supposed to be a waitress do absolutely nothing compared to the quantity of what the man does and with quality.

We came here for our first meal in Italy and couldnt have picked a better spot. The pizza was absolutely terrific, the selection of beers was great, and the staff were so friendly and really made us feel welcome. I am not a desert person but the Tiramisu that my partner got here was the best one we had when we were out here. So much more than Pizza on the menu that we didnt try, i am sure you cant go wrong!

We have been in many very good restaurants in Florence but La Boheme is definitely our favourite. All dishes we had were superb. The risotto is a must, la bifteca fiorentina another, the millefeuille as you never had it. And all decently priced. The atmosphere is really nice and welcoming, the owner and the staff genuinely attentive and happy to make your experience memorable.

Delicious food with attentively chosen menu-card. The service was very friendly, attentive and caring. It‘s definitely worth a visit!Pappardelle with white ragù, Pizza napoletana or a Fiorentina - they surely have the right specialties for a perfect night.

Once again another fantastic meal in Italy. The prices are absolutely ridiculously expensive. The quality is the best ever. Recommend. 👍👍🇮🇹🇮🇹

Absolutely fantastic dinner experience for my family. Definitely one of the best pizzas. The crust is divine, tomato sauce is fresh and smooth and cheese is perfect. Service was top notch! Wine and meat dishes were also delicious. Excellent restaurant we will go back for sure.

More expensive then it was worth. Unclear why the stars are so high. Pizza might be good, I didn’t have it.

A little place with amazing service . The food was a perfect and services was a 10. I came here reading the Trip advisor and was not surprised when people were praising this place. It lived up to our expectations and more.

Great authentic restaurant with perfect Italian Pizza.The waiters welcomed us and were very polite.Many Italian regulars ate in the restaurant, that means something.

For starters we had meatballs and salmon with stracciatella: the meatballs had no flavor and the salmon was really average, could have just bought it from the store myself and mixed it with stracciatella cheese… for main course we had steak and pasta with octopus and olives, the steak was very good but had nothing on the side and the waiter didn’t recommend to take anything. The pasta was really olivy which didn’t really work with the octopus. All in all, pretty average experience.

During a visit to Florence we had a wonderful meal at La Boheme, which was just round the corner from our hotel. So much so that we went back the next night too! Wed booked in advance to be on the safe side and, although we were the first people to arrive, it wasnt long before the dining room filled up.For our dinner we decided to share a Steak Florentine - a grilled t-bone steak which is meant to be from a certain Italian breed of cow. Our waitress showed it to us before it was cooked. It looked the size of a small country. Wed asked for it medium rare but when it came out it was probably edging towards rare, which was fine by us. And what a steak it was too - melt-in-the-mouth but with a perfectly seasoned outside. Alongside this were served delicious fried potatoes and we ordered a side of spinach as well. We finished off with a coffee and a complementary Limoncello and waddled back to our hotel.

Great place, one of the best pizza in Florence, without doubt. Nice, friendly service.

Weve enjoyed all dishes and the great recommended red wine.

Great restaurant that serves an awesome steak Florentine

This was our favorite restaurant in Florence. My daughter especially liked the calzone and our son liked the crispy meet atop his pasta. Overall, a beautiful dining experience and the wine was delicious too!

Top Level Service im a nice Ambiente.Probably the best Spaghetti I have ever had.Unbelievable delicious Creme Brulee.Had been to a couple restaurants in Florence but was by far the best one.

We had a lovely dinner! Wonderful restaurant, the products were fresh and tasty and the service was great. We had the stake tartare, pizza prosciutto and beef, which were all very tasty. The wine: ruit hora 2016 bolgheri is a recommendation.

Wonderful Florence Dining Experience (not to be missed). My Florence friend recommended La Boheme for my first dinner in Florence. It was outstanding with an amazing menu( save rooms for desert), delicious pizza varieties, welcoming staff, understated, casual ambience, and filled with locals makes La Boheme a must!!

I am a regular customer of this place since its just next the place I live. Love the ambience. The pizza is great and service as well. If you look inside you just see a part of the restaurant: go in and you will find another room with wine selection and a more private atmosphere.

Good food! Pasta portions were a bit small but that’s why they’re called primi piatti... Pastas we’re great!! + The pizza was amazing!

We ordered two pastas, salad and wine. The salad came in 15 minutes, no dressing, so nothing special. After 1 hour came the pasta, when we were almost finishing a bottle of wine. In that hour, nobody said absolutely nothing to us. The restaurant was not full or even busy. I wouldn’t recommend it, but if you are already there order the pappardelle with wild boar ragu.

The place is confortable and the service friendly, I enjoy my lunck there.I taste an insalata and pomodori e peperoni ripieni.The food was good and I suggest this place.I would like to suggest to select a better oil considering the regional excellence.

All the recommendations they gave me were awesome. The price is fair. I had mortadella, pasta with mushrooms and mozzarella and the grandma cake. The service was very nice on that evening.

The balance quality-price is not favorable.. The service not very famous. This restaurant looks mostly as a nice place for people already familiar to the restaurant guys. The originality is more in the restaurant name than in the plates we had.

The atmosphere was not very Italian, but the food was tasty and very fresh. Its always positive when you can take a look into the kitchen and see the chef at work. The staff was friendly and carefull. Prices are okay! Would recommend to eat here when in Florence

Great food and great staff. Food was delicious. Great atmosphere. I would recommend to my friends. Had the gnocchi and cheesecake. Probably some of the best gnocchi I have had.

The risotto is amazing with two pieces of crunchy bacons (ham?on top. The sirloin is great as well. The staff is hospitable and we got a treat of a shot of lemoncello in the end.

We had one dinner in Florence and chose to have it here. Was a great choice for a none touristy, elegant dinner. We of course, got the Florentine steak and happy we did!

Great service, mediocre flavors. I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. The service was top notch and menu options exciting and innovative. However, the flavors of their dishes fell short. For my first course, I ordered the Pici pasta with shrimp and spicy Nduja and bread crumb topping. While the dish had a good presentation, the flavor was bland and lackluster. I couldn’t taste even a hint of Nduja and the pasta sauce was not specially flavorful in anyway. For the second course, I choose the filet with mash potatoes. The steak was good quality, cooked to my preference. The potatoes were made with a curry which sounded enticing on the menu but ended up being a disappointment. Again, the flavor was weak. Frankly, I had to add salt to both dishes (something I almost never do in. Italy). The restaurant was otherwise wonderful, with modern decoration and amazing service. They only need to tweak and refine their flavors a bit to become a truly great restaurant.

We have been to Florence twice and eaten at about 8 or so restaurants with the highest reviews. The gnocchi here is hands down the best we have had - beautifully fluffy but not too soft, perfectly sized, creme adding depth to the mild flavored tomato sauce. Service was excellent throughout the entire restaurant, and our waitress very helpful even with where to get good gelato. Other dish our group had was the mushroom tagliatelle which that person was not thrilled about ("too mushroomy for a mushroom lover with mushroom sauce and mushrooms"but I did not try it. We did not try the wild boar that other reviews have commented on. Nice cocktails available.To improve: small plates needed with the crostini, crostini overall crusty as if sitting out for a while instead of freshly cut. Minor deductions.We really enjoyed our experience, definitely worth a stop!

This place is very modern and clean. The servers are very nice and willingly communicate in English to explain things. We had the gnocchi dish and it was perfect, small, light, soft, but not too soft. The tomatoes cream sauce on it was just perfect. The mixed salad was quite large for a side which is nice. The gnocchi portion was on the smaller side as far as servings go. The bread was not warm and seemed a tad dry and there were no small plates to out olive oil on to dip bread, which is why I took off 1 star, but otherwise a delicious place with excellent service.

Staff are very friendly and the ambiance is great... HOWEVER, the food is missing flavour and is highly salted. The quantity can also be increased based on the cost charged.

Service was very slow, my pork dish was okay. Loved the tiramisu, good atmosphere. Im not sure why its rated so highly in TripAdvisor; the rating was the reason I went, and after visiting, I dont think its top 10 in Florence, but it was quite good for the price. They take credit card.

For the #13 restaurant on TripAdvisor I thought the service would be a little better. The food took slightly too long to come out. The waitress wasn’t that friendly and didn’t come over to check and see if the food was prepared correctly. Speaking on the food itself, my steak was excellent. It was cooked to perfection and was very tasty. Overall, a decent experience.

Fantastic steak and pasta. They sell steak by the kg so make sure you get it with someone. We ordered a 1.3 kg steak for 2 people and we were stuffed.

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic, thank you for a lovely meal! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I was sat where I could see all of the chefs and you could tell they took great pride in their freshly made food. It really helps that the menu isn’t extensive, because it enables them to make each dish at a very high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone, and when I am back in Florence I will be going again!

I made a reservation on the fork and they provided us with a welcome drink! We got the t bone steak and different pastas, which tasted delicious but the pasta was a little smaller than what we were used to (but still enough for me!The night was finished with limoncelli shots which were delicious also. Definitely worth the short walk(: Strongly recommend!

The food was great and the staff was very friendly. Not necessarily the place you want to go if you’re looking for a local Italian experience (the customers were all fellow tourists), but a great place to go for affordable Italian food and smooth service.

This place was excellent. Service was swift and the staff were helpful in selecting a wonderful pasta and wine. We were offered wine and shots as a gift from the establishment. Would eat here more than once and recommend to others.
