Like all the lana restaurants Ive visited all very good and all do exactly the same. The staff was very nice in this one too as the lad that was serving us was so polite and friendly. He was saying he does security in the town so I want to say a special well done to him, he made a quite Monday night a bit more enjoyable with his good polite manner

I ordered the Pad Kee Mao and asked for it to be extra spicy and it was both delicious and spicy. My wife ordered the Nasi Goreng and was suitably impressed. Having spent three years living and traveling South East Asia, I can safely say that the food has a genuine SE Asian authenticity

Great menu with choices to suit everyone....vegan, vegetarian and carnivore🙂 On the spicy side but oh so delicious.

Excellent street food!In our travels through Ireland, we’ve often found it hard to experience gluten free food with spice. Not spicy, but full of spices. Our experience at LANA was quite the opposite. My daughter and I had Pad Thai with prawns and chicken as well as a crispy chicken with chili. They had gluten free soy sauce and an array of dishes for those with celiac. It was a bit of a bus ride but well worth it. And there was gluten free Italian food across the street as well. Such a find.

For such a small restaurant this food chain has some great cuisine food on offer. If your on a budget & want to be honest good food and most importantly make your own ice-cream cone. I highly recommend LANA

Lovely place, very accommodating and great service. Price is reasonable too. Everything arrives in takeaway containers which makes you feel like they dont want you to stay. No coffee or hot drinks options available.

I would have been a very regular customer of Lana. However, in the last number of months they have decided to increase prices and reduce portion size and I dont particularly like when a restaurant does this, for obvious reasons. The food is fine (taken a small downturn in quality i.e. chicken in the spice boxbut compared to what you got for the same money before, unfortunately it a non runner from me going forward. Meh is the word Id use.

Good portions and price. Delicious food although I have only tried a few dishes. I would recommend going to "cocos" for better choice and guaranteed quality. But this is a good option for a cheap meal (if you order off the kids menu).

Lovely food, nice place. But they always forget something when they deliver.UPDATE. I called to ask where our missing drinks were and was told the driver said they were delivered and wouldnt believe us or offer a refund.Giving back a star as the driver apologized for the mistake.

Not great. Food gloopy and nothing like the dish named on menu. Charge for tap water while offing free ice-cream is bizarre. The final insult is OUT: ASAP on receipt. Its not as if the place was buzzing and working at full capacity. Way to make the customer feel valued. Wont be eating in any Lana again. Sorry if 24 minutes is too long a stay from order to exit

If i could give no stars i would, odered my food for delivery trough the app, waste of time, said my food would be here 45 minutes from the time i placed the order, an hour and 10 minutes later i called to find out what the delay was only to be told my food had left the kitchen and was out for delivery, rang 20 minutes after this as still no food and no satisfaction, cancelled my order as im sure im not the only one that wants food that has been gone from the kitchen a half an hour and would be coming to my door cold, staff are so rude, didnt even bother to put me on hold as they gave out about me to eachother before coming back on the phone to say id be waiting 5 to 7 working days for my refund. Completly unacceptable, ill order from a reliable take away in the future. No one wants to wait 2 hours for food

I was craving some spicy food after two weeks traveling through Ireland. LANA is just down the street grin The Old Ground Hotel where in staying, and they were open for a late lunch, so I decided to try it. I ordered the Panang Curry 4 stars with chicken and substituted green beans for the standard bell peppers. My food arrived very quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised at the spice level - much warmer than Id expected and very tasty. The serving was very generous, the green beans were cooked perfectly and still crisp, and the chicken was tender. My only complaint was the curry needed salt, but I like my salt so I wont hold that against them. Id highly recommend LANA if youre in Ennis craving Thai.

Poorly trained staff, over worked and liable to behave aggressively if customers do not act as ordered, lacking inter personal skills, better suited to careers not involving working with the public or service industry.Would not recommend Lanarkshire and would not eat there at any time in the future

Where do I begin. Never before have I experienced a food experience as good as this. How is this place not on everybodys to do list. Food = nothing on earth, pure brilliant. Staff = very mannerly, helpful, attentive and obliging. Then to top it all, had a "lunch"(that has served as our main meL for the day, topped of with a free beautifl ice cream cone that you pull yourself ( resl ice cream as well, nothing synthetic hereALL for €24-00!!!. Best meal out in a long, long time. We will defintely be back. Thanks a million guys, great job well done.

Shocking behaviour. staff member who appeared to lack not only basic training in waitressing but also basic manners, we sat down in seats other then the ones we were offered and explained we didnt want to sit in the corner to which the waitress told us we had to move in spite of the fact that there was loads of empty seats and the seats were not reserved, the girl went on to insist, in a loud and aggressive manner, that it was "their restaurant and we had to sit where we were told", we asked for the manager who she eventually got, we explained the situation and she agreed to talk to the girl in question. Nothing more was said. We ordered and ate our meal but on leaving, after paying the bill, we asked to speak to the manager again as we wondered why the manager, Susan, hadnt got back to us after such bad and rude behaviour, Susan immediately defended the girls behaviour saying we had made her cry and that she would defend her staff above everything. We asked how we could contact an area manager and Susan responded by saying "oh thats me too and theres no one above me" we left and wont be going back.

Had a takeaway from Lana last night. All of our meals were very tasty and full of flavour, nicely presented in cardboard containers. Friendly staff and free cones while we waited for our food, which didnt take too long. Definitely go again when Im visiting ennis.

My family and I visited your restaurant in Limerick yesterday evening. We found it absolutely wonderful! I loved how beautiful and sanitary the restaurant was, despite its size. We found it very appealing. The food matched the atmosphere perfectly! The prices were very reasonable, especially for the flavour in your dishes. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, actively working and serving amongst the customers. They were rather accommodating with any of our needs that arose. We appreciate it.Overall, it was a pleasant visit. My family and I had been travelling that day from Leinster, and were very tired, awake and active from 4am to 8pm, so our visit to Lana certainly lifted our spirits.You definitely have my 5 stars :)

The most authentic Thai street food experience complimented with tasteful decor, amazing portions and exemplary customer service. In short a brilliant gem hidden in the middle of a tiny Irish town. Wish they open an outlet in UK as well !!

Food came quick was reasonably priced and very tasty, my own was a little greasy, but there was plenty of chicken in it and my 2 friends were delighted with theirs, one of them is a celiac. Ice cream included in the price and delicious :)

A varied menu of tasty food and a nice interior design. They could alter the ingredients in any dish Ive had there to suit my non-meat and non-dairy diet. If youre not like me, you can enjoy a soft serve ice cream after your meal!

This place could be great with a few small but important changes. At a stage when everyone must be aware that we need to cut the waste we produce, the management at Lana have made the highly questionable decision to serve food to their sit down clientele in single use containers as well as having bowls on the tables. So every single meal served there every single day requires at least two cartons going to landfill and the water needed to clean the crockery. This is pretty appalling. As if serving the food in takeaway containers is meant to prove to us thats its Street food. Please change your ways, Lana, so we can come back again.The other thing Lana needs is better training in customer care, which at the moment is seriously bringing the place down. A simple smile and greeting would be a terrific start.

Good and reliable food. Worth noting that starter and main course are served at the same time in paper containers. Free soft vanilla ice cream cone or cup are included via self service. 😊

Went in to try something different. I dont usually like spicy food but I really enjoyed it! It wasnt really spicy but it was very authentic. The service was great. The food came out in boxes which was great, I could bring it with me if I didnt finish it all. And there was ice cream available after the food. Would recommend.

We order in a fair bit from Lana in Tralee but having a sit down meal in the restaurant itself for the first time at Lana at Inis...as usual fab food n very nice staff... Though they were run off their feet with organizing take aways and sit down diners they were pleasant and courteous at all times.

Great food. One of the nicest places to go for dinner in town. The take away holds up through delivery too. Added bonus is that you get a free icecream cone when you eat in the restaurant. Not the cheapest place but it is tasty. Great options for kids and smaller portions. Main meals are quite large. Service can be hit and miss depending on who is working - some staff would rather be anywhere else and you could be waiting 20+ mins to be served whereas other staff are over to you straight away.

Have been here a good few times and Ive gotten take away. Always reliable except for the odd noodle dish that has chopped up chilli in it when its not mentioned on the menu, seems to be more of an error. I have not been happy with this the day after.

Absolutely love Lana. The prices, portions, free ice cream, set ups are always great and the staff are friendly and helpful wherever you go! Its budget but it really feels like a classy date restaurant.

This is the 3rd time we visited Lanas and each time are very impressed with the amazing food! Fresh ingredients, vegetarian options on a par with the meat versions - which is really unusual. Spices dance on the pallet at your chosen heat. Really authentic food, very informal buzzy atmosphere, clean and bright, service with a smile and really affordable prices! This is one of our favourite eating places in all of Ennis. Highly recommended to those who enjoy a really eastern experience - with an ice-cream for afters!
