Barbacoa was delicious. Portions are generous.

We always enjoy our meal here and the jumbo margaritas are the best! We shared beef fajita nachos and queso.

Fan for years. Last night service was horrible. No customers. Had to wait to be seated with employees staring at us. Took aprox 1 hour to give our order and food was old and bland.

Food was disgusting. I ordered chicken fajitas the chicken smelled bad and tasted horrible. I made a complaint to the manager. I got sick from the food and so did my husband after he tried a piece of the chicken. We will never come back here. Yuck!

Horrible server my daughter didnt like her food she just asked of they could switch it out and the male server got very aggressive, thats what you order took her food and never brought it back not once ask if we needed anything for the other people in our party he made sure they were taken care of.Clear was race issue the server showed that will never go back there again or recommend anyone there

Service is excellent and the waiters are genuine and sweet. Otherwise usual texmex fanfair.

The salsa tastes like spaghetti sauce, the food was cold and fajita beef was dry like it was from yesterday. Waiter wasn’t very attentive either, had to ask for a drink after had been out awhile.Just not a good experience. Wouldn’t go there again.

It was all just sort of... meh. The queso, the food, The building itself also needs some detailed cleaning. Certainly not the best in beaumont, or even the immediate area. But its not filthy, and it counts as Tex-mex, so... yeah

Great tex mex good flavor (not bland and not too hot). Tex mex burrito can have with ground beef or fajita beef. Queso good flavor as well.

One of the best Mexican food places I have eaten at in a while! I ordered the El Pueblito and it was AMAZING!! And the music was LIT! definitely stop on in!

Not authentic food the queso is melted velveeta cheese nothing was even slightly seasoned seem like they watered down their food to fit the majority’s undeveloped taste buds. Better off saving a buck and going to Chipotle.Drinks we’re good though

Great food. Wonderful service. Louis was awesome. We were a party of 8 and service was wonderful. Bar house margaritas are great, frozen or on rocks. Top shelf margaritas too. Highly recommend.

2 years ago waiting for the waiter did not take long.Today I have to ask who our waiter was. No where to be seen. Finally.All good!

Our favorite place to eat in Beaumont. Place is always clean, staff is always friendly and attentive to your needs. Manager always walks and visits with quests.

Food as always was great atmosphere was great service was great la cantina needs to work on only one aspect that I can see theyre ice cream machine and cones suck I look forward at the end of every meal to get an ice cream Im like a big kid that away but as is always the case I get to the ice cream machine and theyre either out of cones or the ice cream socks half melted not frozen something I feel they need to work on but other than that had a great time

We ordered House Margarita and Rika Fruit for drinks, guacamole for appetizer, and also Fajita for main course. Nice vibe, kind staff, and good service 👌

The wait was not too bad for a party of 16. We were seated, given chips and salsa. The waiter immediately started taking our order. The food was brought out quickly and the drinks stayed refilled. The only issue, and not a big one, it took 30 minutes after we were finished to get our ticket. My wife ended up going to find the waiter to tell him we needed the tickets. Overall, excellent food, quick seating and service.

Get the Chile queso blanco!!!If you normally get queso as an appetizer you need to try this. It is AMAZING! My table could not stop eating it.

Went there as a party of 30. We still had to end up sitting at different tables and waiting over an hour for everything to be brought out.... But, It was delicious and it was all brought out at one time. The place was really loud due to the crowd there and bringing in a baby is probably not the best decision. After consulting with everyone, the consensus was that the food was spot on fore most things. I had the queso flameado and the tortillas were some of the best Ive had in this area. Highly recommend the margaritas. The version I had was the "sangria half and half". I dont have any pictures this time since I was with a huge party and was more concerned celebrating a birthday party. I will be back and update this for a singular person experience as well. Do yourself a favor and come here and not the place next door.

Great place...with warm salsa..just delicious

Service was horrible. Took 20 minutes to be waited on. Then when we ordered out drinks we didnt see him for 15 minutes and only came back with 1 drink. So we had to wait till he came back which did not happen for a while. So we asked another waiter if he would get the other drink. When we finally got our food it was absolutely amazing. Food wise it was one of the top 5 for me..

This is my familys favorite place. Always a good experience. That being said, last night I ordered 2 meals take out. One of my meals was the shrimp Diablo, which is 4 shrimp, with pepper and cheese wrapped in bacon. One of my "shrimp" didnt have a shrimp. It was just bacon, pepper, and cheese. Not cool.

Absolutely the best place Ive eaten at in a very long time!! The service was amazing, and the food was delicious!! The waiters were all very well mannered and I had the very best time!!

Ordered from the lunch menu and the kids menu.Restaurant was clean and staff was fast. Wasnt busy on a Wednesday afternoon.I had the 2 chicken enchilada plate, which was served with refried beans, rice, and a small tortilla bowl of queso cheese. The chicken was good, not over cooked and dry, and the Spanish rice and beans were wonderful. The enchilada sauce was good, not spicy.The burger and fries were standard fare and my son said theyre very good. The buns in particular looked very good and he devoured his fries.The chips served before the meals were very good and the green sauce was delicious. The red salsa was typical for a Mexican restaurant, not too spicy.Overall, I look forward to coming back and getting something off their full menu, the shrimp items sounded very good 😊.Highly recommended 👍

My 2yr old and I went to this restaurant for lunch today, and I was very disappointed!! I never ate here before, and probably never will!! We walked in, and it was barely any ppl inside eating!! So tell me why my kid and I was ignored for 10 minutes, standing at the door!! The hostess was busy talking on the phone, and never looked up to acknowledge us!! Then there was about 5 employees congregating on the side of us, who also never said a mumbling word!! I Love Mexican food, but if you dont have Great Customer Service, why serve at all!! I hope they get it together!!

The food was delicious. Ive ordered from here with Waitr many times before, but eating the food freshly cooked is way better. The food is excellent and the staff was amazing. I will definitely be back.

It was my nieces birthday they were so nice everything was good we had a blast even staff joined in so that made it even good some of the people that were in there joined in we had a blast we had a good time thanks

I had the Louis fajitas and my husband had a gigantic burrito. The homemade tortillas were amazing, and the fajitas were hot and flavorful. My husband loved the burrito, but was only able to eat half due to the extremely large portion, as pictured. We had ordered sopapillas, but never received them. It was very close to close and we were full from our meal anyways, so that wasnt a big deal.

This establishment was Wonderful! Our waiter Fernando was professional, kind and quick! The food was Hot and tasty and the drinks at the bar were on point! Will definitely be back!

My family and myself have been eating here for 10+ yrs. I usually get one of the enchilada dinners or the chimichanga meal. But then they came out with their Beer Battered fried shrimp tacos...omg if i died while eating these things, I would count that as a good death because they are that good. They sell them in a count of 2 or 3 Ala Cart...dont order 3 unless u plan on bringing one home, I promise you cant eat more than 2 at the table, they are that huge. Anyway they offer a side off rice and beans for $1.99 extra and that is what I get. I also love their flavored margaritas, tried the watermelon this time since it was my birthday and it was a new flavor, mango is my normal go to.

We had an amazing time with our friends at this location.We ordered 4 margaritas they came out on time is pine and were made correctly.The food was really good!! hot and fresh... My only negative opinion was the bus boy kept wanting to clean the table before we were ready to leave and he was trying to take our plates that still had food on them. This didnt happen just once or twice it was 3 times. That made me feel a little bit uncomfortable because I felt like they were rushing us to leave.We will definitely be back because the food and drinks are great

Can’t beat La Cantina’s margaritas.Enjoyed, Top Shelf Margarita with chips and hot sauce to start the meal and finished up with El Jefe for 1.

This restaurant is a Tex-Mex style, If u are looking for some real authentic Mexican style tacos dont look here. Food n service is very good sadly the food is not Authentic Mexican Food

First time attending. Went because TWO separate clients on the SAME day mentioned this restaurant. There were several sections with space but we were in an area with plastic barriers above benches, but did not extend very high for protection in air. People, including us, were NOT spaced accordingly and instead at every table. Kids were also allowed to play unattended at the ice cream machine without masks and touch all over everything in that area, including the cones. Frozen drinks were NOT frozen so for a non-drinker like myself, the liquid un-frozen margarita was a waste because I couldnt drink it. Staff was friendly and food was tasty. Loved the Verde dip. Husband LOVED his steak and shrimp.

Great atmosphere! Reasonable prices, quick seating, good choice of side dishes: including sauteed spinach (with red and green bell peppers), charro beans - as well as black beans and refried, a queso boat, freshly made Tortillas, salsa that is served warm, chips that are made just right, a choice of several different types of enchiladas (including shrimp with a creamy seafood sauceand many other unique entrees. More varied choices than most Mexican restaurants in the area, a lunch and dinner menu, with good prices. My only criticism was that our table service was slow on this day, for a lunch.

Update: Everything was great, including service. We were asked several times by our waiter and another gentleman what else we needed. The service was great and the waiters were about business! The food and drinks were good as always and prices are totally reasonable.First visit a year ago: The food and drinks were great. Prices are good. Service was just okay but probably appropriate for the prices there. Next time I will just point at what I want and not change anything about my order. The server and I had a language barrier, which caused my order to be incorrect, even the second time. But it was still good.
