Superb restaurant, probably the best Italian I have been to outwith Italy. As others have said the pizzas are huge with lots of topping. It was really busy which speaks volumes, the staff were excellent whose English was great as my German is limited. The location is also very nice. 10/10.

Good food, nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Service can be very slow (we were about to cancel the dessert when it finally arrived). Pizza is oversized which makes it difficult to cut on the much smaller plates. Order a half pizza if you want to enjoy starters and desserts

Refreshing to see such service in Berlin.Happy, vibrant, helpful, flexible and the food was really good.Location is also great by the water, so is the interior and outside seating area!I was there with my family, and the place is also very kids friendly!Highly recommend it!

Its a nice place and the food is really good but the service is spread to thin, the waitresses are too few for the popularity of the place and the local is so hot its uncomfortable. It took a really long time for the pasta to arrive at the table.

Really friendly welcome. The food was delicious. The pizzas are enormous (my wife and I couldnt finish one between us). Exactly what we needed after a long train journey. It was close to full when we went - Friday 9pm. They have tables outside in the summer, looking out over the dock.

A-ma-zing! We ate here two nights in a row because we loved it. The pizzas are huge, so it migth be best to share one, but they were amazing! The service was great and the ambiance was great as well. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I waited a bit to be seated but the service was fast.Nonetheless, the risotto had a bit too much pepper and the contrast that the herbs on top of the risotto gave was not good.

Overrated, I now know why there are salt and pepper on the table for you. And tips go to kitchen…tbh it’s not tasty and the wait for food was like 45 mins… seriously I couldn’t let that cross my red line

Discriminative place! I wanted to have food there after visiting the art museum nearby, I was alone. The rude waiter refused to give me a table for no apparent reason and denied entry.

The delivery takes more than 2 hours to arrive. That too if you are lucky.Please improve the mobile app. It doesnt tells you beforehand how long it might take to deliver the pizza.

Excellent food, huge portions, balanced prices, wide vegan choice.German/Italian classes in the loo :D :DSuggest to sit inside in summer, too many bees.Will come back definitely.

Management is complete overwhelmed.Dont go there if you dont want to wait 2 hours for your food that was never been prepared and that you needed to choose from a menu that has one third of the stuff because apparently they forgot to buy the ingredients :)Just drive a bit longer and go to the one in Alexanderplatz ;)

Ive experience what people call customer service in Germany. Weve arrived 15 min prior their opening hours an got told we cant sit down and looked at the menu because they arent open. There was nobody else there. Never heard a business treat customers like that. We end up leaving.

A nice location with the worst service!I was there on last Sunday around 7:00 pm.- The guy who was serving outside!I asked him politely to remove the "trash box" away from our table and he did "politely and quickly", but he decided to give me another experience!After two minutes he came back with the "trash box" asked to put it back and I refused.After one minute, he came back again and started to talk in a very rude way, he wanted to us move to put the "trash box" beside the table. I refused again and I told him to talk with his captain or manager, he didnt and took the box away.I ignored all that happened and after we finished the dinner I talked to the waiter who arranged my table about the situation, also reported the situation over the phone two hours ago, and dont know when to get a reply to my complaint.Anyway, the Pizza was delicious.

Me and my friend were waiting for our seats when the waitress glanced at us and completely ignored us, while the other two groups behind were served before us. I can only assume that this is some kind of racial discrimination.

Very good value for money. The pizzas are quite large and taste good. There is also a wide variety of dishes that can be ordered, such as pasta carbonara.The restaurant is very well located. It is important to highlight that the place is very clean, it has its own bathrooms.

+i ordered one pizza with two different toppings (emphasized several times while ordering and said its not two whole pizzabut they ignored and gave me two whole pizza.one of the best ones among losteria places!! nice view outside of the restaurant, so recommend to have it take out.

The place is very nice and the dishes were exceptionally good. We ordered a rustica pizza with half margherita and both were good. The penne arabiata is one of the best ive had in Berlin. Also our waitress, Caro, was super friendly and very professional.

I went to LOsteria today with my parents to have a pizza before our train to Hamburg. We asked in advanced if we would have enough time and the weitress told us that it would take 40 minutes. Our train was 1,5 hours after and we thought we would have enough time. We waited for over 1 hour and after asking several times and explaining again that we had a train to catch. We had to ask to take our pizzas to go. The waitress gave us the wrong pizza and we had to wait even longer and did not offer any solutions or help. She did not react in any way to try to help us or speed the process up. She insisted we wait because the pizzas were already finished and the two pizzas almost costed us 180€ in train tickets.We literally left the restaurant 10 minutes before our train and with pizzas to go. The pizzas were good, although we had to eat them in the train.In summary, the service should be better and know how to deal with problems in a helpful way.

I ordered a burrata salad which in my opinion wasn’t worth the price, it was too simple and also the bread was brought to the table 20 minutes AFTER we started eating. Don’t order this salad! But the pasta option was really tasty so if you want to eat something really good order that

Lots of people caused the service to be a bit slow. But the food was good. And service was friendly.

Really nice spot to sit and enjoy the water. The service was fast and waitress was also great. Definitely recommend coming here to eat instead of the station which can be chaotic.

Nice atmosphere and tasty pizza, but extremely long waiting times. Over one hour to prepare two pizzas (no starter or anything else before, just the pizzasis not at all reasonable. Despite the waitress ensuring us, that this is perfectly normal in any restaurant... Sure...

Don‘t go there unless you are prepared to wait over an hour for your dinner.We visited on a Saturday evening, waited about 20 minutes for our drinks, plus another 60 minutes for our pizza. The restaurant was not overly busy but apparently very focussed on getting outside deliveries done before taking care for their customers on-site.BTW we had also ordered an antipasti plate which is typically cold and should be possible to serve in a more timely manner. However, after waiting for nearly an hour for our antipasti we cancelled this order.The 2 stars are for the waitress who was kind enough to apologize for the organization when we left.The pizza was gigantic and tasted good.Our neighboring table waited nearly 30 Minutes before their order for drinks was taken.Never again.

Close to Berlin Hauptbanhof, easy to reach by foot. Along the Spree water front with a view of colourful trains entering and leaving the station across the the river.The Pizzas are large and appreciable. The staff is warm and welcoming.I loved the place with my friends. Its easy on the pocket too.

Price-quality is good. Nice atmosphere, good food. But the best and most valuable part of the evening was the service of Caro/Carolina. People like her make the difference between having a good dinner and having a lovely evening with good food. She makes you feel welcome, is very spontaneous and makes sure everything is okay. It was very busy the evening we were there, but everytime she came to our table, she was very relaxed and took her time, although she had lots of work to do. 4 stars for the restaurant, but 5+ stars for Caro.We want to thank Caro for a lovely evening!

Food was tasty, but the staff...I was waiting for 35-40 min for the food. I had to leave so I asked to take my food "to go". A waiter started to say that "30 minutes waiting is ok for Berlin".I asked her to not keep going because I did not ask her anything but have my food "to go". It did not stop her much and she started to convince me in a rude way that I am wrong. So feel free to come if you want to spoil your day.

Poor service. Went once to eat and took an hour to get a drink on the table and there were three of us only and not too busy. I just ordered pizzas from them and delivery was someone else’s order. They blamed the driver, driver blames them but moral of the story is it’s my problem and I have no food and not much support. Never ordering or visiting again. Poor show all round

Food is as you would expect in the chain LOsteria - standard to high quality.Unfortunately they forgot to put the vegetables in my veggie pasta so one star reduction for that.Staff was very friendly and the facilities are as they should be, such as clean and modern toilets, nice and clean interior.

Delicious pizza, nice restaurant, smiling and very nice staff. We ordered 2 pizza for 3 people and took 2 more pieces with us. I hope to come back sometime.

Food is nice, prices are reasonable, pizzas are huge (thats a really big plate and it overhangs significantly). But the beer was a bit average, service not great (hard to attract attention and had to ask for the bill twice), tables are very close together (felt i was sharing my evening with rhe next tableand the bright spotlights make it not so relaxing.

The biggest pizza Ive ever seen in a restaurant. Thin base good toppings. Good staff even though it was very busy nothing was to much trouble.

Food was delicious with large portions got the pizza, drinks were good, prices were reasonable, and our waiter was extremely nice and attentive! :)

Tasteless pizza!it is thin and looks good but tastes quite bland. The toppings are very less. It was also quite oily. The price is quite cheap for such a big pizza but it is not worth it.Dont have any complaints about ambience and the service. It was quite good.Sorry, Wouldnt recommend it.

Very nice atmosphere and the staff was very polite and helpful. We got half a kilo of white wine, a salad and two pizzas. The food was very good and extremely filling. Especially the dough was ideal. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. Prices are normal.

Perfect for weekday dinner. Very good when it comes to the value for the money. People were so friendly and music was even nice!

Overall a medium experience.It all started with our reservation not being in the system, leading to quite the confusion at the entrance. After having taken this hurdle, we got to our table, which was a bit too small for 6.The service was overall OK. We were taken care of at the beginning but through out the evening the attention was fading. Which was "annoying" when it came to ordering new drinks.The food and drinks were OK as well. Highlight was the size of the pizza. Although the toppings were sufficient for the, to my mind.

We came here since the first days they opened. We ve known this franschise since 5-6 years now.In my opinion their pizza is still one of the best outside Italy. Always enjoy it!Today we have order online and they delivered to our home.The delivery was late around 30mins, they called us to apologize on the delay coz the delivery guy had a little accident then we found out that he is fine and well, luckily. When the pizzas arrived, they were fresh and nice as the lady who called us was telling us they prepared the new pizza because of the accident. They also gave us 4 little bottles of ramazotti as an apology, very nice gesture!The Pizzas today tasted really nice as always 😋🍕🍕! Hope corona will be gone soon and we can visit your resto again!

Good italian restaurant offering pizza, pasta and delicious salads (which is my recommendation!Have been there already several times. Taste was always great, never waited that long. Takeaway is always possible.Update, October 2020: 2nd time that Pasta and salads haven’t been available an hour before closing.

Food is great as usual in LOsteria, but the wait is way longer - definitely book a table in advance, especially if you want to sit outside and look at the river!

Location was good, Service was OK and the taste of the food was not bad but not good either. The pizza does nothing really wrong it´s just boring to be honest. Don´t get me wrong, if you´re looking for a place for you and some friends to have a good time and you guys are hungry - go for it.But it´s nothing compared to a italian pizzeria.mahaloPhil

This place is wonderful. The food was good and the portions very big, at the end we became an italian panettone. But especially Id like to mention that is the first restaurant Ive been to which had a special notice of preservatives, sulfites etc. Even allergics know what to choose!! And an Italian course going on in the toilets. Ambiente was very, very nice. I would definitely come back there.
