Mediocre food, small portions, poorly presented and overpriced.

Attention ce restaurant n’existe plus !!! A la place il y’a le cusco 11… si vous appelez au numéro de l’instant B depuis ici directement ça vous dévie sur le Cusco 11 qui est de la cuisine péruvienne.

Message du 11.03.2022 adressé au nouveau restaurante qui occupe la place maintenant du Instant B: CUSCO 11Las cantidades son ridiculas. El plato principal de ceviche es del tamaño de un "amuse bouche" a precio de oro.Probablemente se trata de un restaurante que acaba de comenzar y no tienen muy definido el estilo entre restaurante gastronómico, peruano o gastro-peruano...en todo caso las más básicas especialidades peruanas (pachamanca, causa limeña, papas a la huancaina, lomo saltadobrillan por su ausencia y lo que podría ser el plato estrella del restaurante (cevicheno es más que una muestra minúscula y casi ilusoria.Es una pena porque la calidad de la cocina es correcta.

Un mot pour définir ce lieux: l’avariceUn plat minuscule pour 36-Quand c’est marqué maïs géant il faut comprendre 1 grain de maïs. Vraiment. Pas deux.Pas de pain. Pas de serviette.Mais sinon le ceviche est bon, c’est vraiment dommage.

I have NEVER had such a rude waitress in my life. Seriously, It became a topic of conversation at our table because she gave all of us such attitude … The food was not very good but the service was just soooo rude !

Sympathique accueil, service attentionné, belle déco sobre.Le Texan Burger vraiment délicieux (avec les frites country !!). Musique de fond agréable. Clairement une TRES BONNE adresse !👍🏻💯😎🤩

Toujours eu des bonnes expériences à cette adresse avec un service attentionné et des bons plats préparés avec des produits de qualité.Je dois dire que jai de la peine à comprendre les commentaires de certains usagers en particulier sagissant du contrôle du pass sanitaire. Il est logique que les serveurs le demandent avant que les clients soient installés étant donné quà défaut den avoir un valide, ces derniers ne pourront pas consommer.

Hier midi trente, nous avons tenté daller expérimenter cet endroit connu dans Lausanne. Une seule autre table était remplie, mais la serveuse était si désagréable (pas de bonjour, nous presser pour nos pass alors que nous navons pas été assis donc nous étions encore avec nos manteauxque nous avons décidé de ne pas y manger. Dommage...

The best burger I’ve ever had in Lausanne. Pepper Tuna Burger is to come back for! Crispy chicken burger was also very good. We were just surprised to receive our burgers without fries, though the menu clearly shows pictures of burgers with fries. You have to order fries separately. Would be nice if waiters mentioned this while taking the order. Otherwise, the place has a good atmosphere and is great before going to movies

Probably one of the best burgers I’ve had in Lausanne. The ambiance is pretty chill and easygoing. It would’ve been a 5-star rating if it weren’t for the incident where the waiter brought us the check RIGHT AFTER finishing our burgers and along side the coffee I ordered; WITHOUT us asking for it. It made us feel very unwelcome especially given the fact that only 45 minutes have passed since we were seated (and the place was quite empty at that time), so it’s not like we were camping on site….But anyhow we decided to pay and go for dessert somewhere else.Unfortunately, I wouldn’t come back again.

The food was tasty but really expansive for small portions. Staff are professionals & easy to talk to. The feel of the place is trendy & liked their choice of cocktails. I would have given 4 stars if it wasnt for the prices being above average and then for a mayonaise or sauce you pay extra to have some, as well as putting paper in the fries basket to give an illusion that there were alot. I did appreciate the manager who took the time to listen to our feedback & that is why they are getting three stars otherwise it would have been 1 or 2.

Service is terrible as well as management of the place itself. Very high prices especially when looking at the cery small portion. Nothing special in the cuisine. I wonder how did they choose their staff at all. I hope one day you will be able to be quick and efficient and not let your customers wait forever

Rude staff, very bad service

Une bonne adresse. Fan de burger, jai testé le vegi et franchement le mix foccacia-parmiggiana était top. Jai dégusté un Tokai (vin doux hongroistrès bon et ce nest pas lenvie qui manquait de tester les cocktails. Service très sympa et ambiance/deco tendance et chaleureuse. Le petit plus rien à voir : apportez une craie pour dessiner ou laisser un message sur le mur des toilettes ! Dans les bémols : la salade de coleslow un peu ridicule (je mattendais à un 50-50 avec les frites, en réalité cest plutôt un échantillonet on paie clairement lemplacement qui est juste au dessus de la gare.

Endroit agréable, mais on paie lemplacement et non la qualité... burger ridiculement petit à près de 30.- avec la viande crue... je ne recommande pas

Definitely one of the "youngest" places in a city of rather stuffy and antiquated reatauration. The atmosphere is lively, jovial and when its full even cosy. Its also a bit posh in a hipstery way. They serve good coffee, great sweet potatoe fries and other very good snacks as well as really good burgers and other "street food" items. The crispy chicken burger is a delight. The beer selection isnt great tho. All in all well a really good place, one of the best for U50 in Lausanne 😜.

Tres chaleureux ! La nourriture est bonne et le personnel extrêmement sympathique il y a une bonne ambiance de la place pour les groupes et jamais trop de bruit la carte des desserts et un petit peu maigre mais la carte des Vins vaut le détour il y a possibilité de manger végétarien et les burgers sont délicieux mention spéciale pour les frites maison à lancienne avec un authentique goût de pommes de terre je recommande vivement cet établissement

Great food, the WORST service I ever saw in Lausanne.We were a lot (12), all of us drank plenty, ate plenty. Our waitress was really rude, shouting at one of us when we were slightly in the way (seriously...). When came time to pay, people left before everyone so they wanted to pay their part before leaving, she got mad at the rest of the table for not paying at the same time.She was impolite to everyone the whole way through, Im never setting foot in this place.

Nice, chill place

Yesterday about 30 friends celebrated 30th birthday of a friend who also came back from a 6 months bicycle journey. Happy occasion. Also booked in advance and discussed with the restaurant people. However one of the waitresses managed to be one of the topics of the night despite many better topics available. With her absolutely rude attitude, pushing (yes, physically pushingpeople out of the way, being surprisingly (or notarrogant in conversation and overall snarky.If restaurants is understaffed - this should not be the guests problem. Last night it kind of was.Not going back.Addition after restaurant responded:Just reading the response of the restaurant makes me never come back. More words used, not for the actual apology (which does make a difference in my book), but on finding excuses that 10 extra people showed up for drinks, and not dinner, let’s be clear), while reservation was for 20.. I didn’t know that restaurant had such strict rule on capacity because they cannot manage their core business. And that people cannot come for drinks to this place without reservation. Good to know

This is a very popular and centric place in Lausanne. It is strategically located between St François and the Lausanne train station.They have a big selection of wines and beers and for the food they have traditional swiss played like the cheese and cold cuts as well as some international choices like Mexican tacos, beef tartare or Calamari.This is a good place for a drink and dinner with multiple choices and a pleasant atmosphere.

Great place for tapas! Do not hesitate to order different plates as they are small. Great place to have a drink after work. Nice terrace during the summer! Perfect for groups.

Nice place and great service. A good place to drink a coffee or tea with friends. But DEFINITELY NOT a good place to eat. The portions are super small and... the cheesecake... oh God.. this thing is a joke. Deceiving

Being a local and having lived in Lausanne my whole life, I can say that this is one of the best places to have opened recently. This place really does tick all the boxes in my book, great food, drinks, very pro and friendly service and good prices. The atmosphere is really cool and the vibes and music are trendy. Great place for food but also drinks. The street food concept is really well done. Having tried a lot on the menu, each dish is delicious with a twist and an edge which makes it original. It is surprisingly very cheap for the quality and the portions are very generous. They have a really good wine selection and the cocktails are fabulous (the bartender really knows what hes doing). Trust me, this is a rare find in Lausanne.
