One of the best restaurants I ate in, with the quality of the dishes and the best varieties, the manager is cooperative and has high morals

Tout est fait maison et de première qualité. Le chef et le personnel au top. Cadre très simple mais convivial. À noter toutefois que le local ne dispose pas de licence 4, mais on peut commander son repas à emporter. Une bonne adresse si vous cherchez un libanais de qualité à Perpignan.

Excellent ! Endroit très décontracté et chaleureux, personnels très sympathiques souriants et généreux!! Nous nous sommes régalés, cuisine trop bonne, pleine de qualité et de saveurs,Bref on ne peut que recommander.

Excellent ! Cuisinier et service aux petits soins. La qualité des produits et la fraîcheur sont au rendez-vous. Des saveurs vraiment maîtrisées. Dépaysant ! C’était vraiment une belle expérience dans ce restaurant. Je recommanderai l’adresse à tout mon entourage. Continuez ainsi !

Menjar Libanès elaborat al moment amb rapidesa. Menjar molt bo i local senzill.Menjar per emportar o menjar al local.Amb menú de diferents plats combinats per 1 a 3 persones.

Un chef généreux, apportant les meilleurs soins à ses clients. Une carte complète. Des plats délicieux aussi bien visuellement que d’un point de vu gustatif. Cuisine raffinée, faite maison. Un lieu idéal pour passé un moment convivial.Je recommande grandement !

We had an absolutely fantastic lunch here. The owner was so lovely as well and opened 30 minutes early as we had a train to catch. He also gave us some beautiful tea on the house. The food was delicious. I would highly recommend.

Nice Restaurant with great dishes. We ordered a plate for two and all the specialities were really tasty!That was one of the best hummus we‘ve ever had.

Accueil sympathique et explications des plats ce qui est bien utile lorsque lont vient pour découvrir une cuisine nouvelle.Les plats sont copieux et réalisés avec des produits frais.Le patron sinquiète de savoir si tout va bien régulièrement. Bravo.Je recommande ce restaurant au rapport qualité / prix très intéressant.Un seul bémol, il ny a pas de vin à la carte, car ce restaurant ne dispose pas de la licence. PAS GRAVE !Mais il serait bon de le signaler sur la fiche de ce resto.Nous nous sommes régalés !!!

Restaurant libanais vraiment très bons. Les plats sont frais et savoureux. Possibilité de demander un assortiment de mezze, ce qui permet de goûter plein de petits plats. Le gérant est sympathique.

Vraiment délicieux, une adresse que je garde bien en mémoire ! Vraie cuisine typique libanaise, pleine de saveurs, si vous ne connaissez pas encore cette culture je vous conseille la formule mezze, permettant d’un peu tout goûter.Le gérant/cuisinier est très sympathique, souriant et généreux, soucieux de l’avis des clients.Ambiance décontractée et chaleureuse,Bref on ne peut que recommander.(Super thé à la menthe !)

Étant de passage à Perpignan, nous avons décidés de manger à l’hibiscus un midi, l’accueil était très agréable, le responsable était sympathique et de bons conseils, de plus la qualité du repas était excellente. Les plats étaient très bien assaisonnés. Nous recommandons vivement ce restaurant.

Fabulous food. Everything is prepared freshly there and then with local ingredients and clearly a lot of love for food and client satisfaction. The owner might seem reserved at first but is very helpful and friendly. We had a lovely meal there. And I fully agree, dont let the first appearance from outside deter you. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Lebanese food and highly recommended if you are in Perpignan. Everything is freshly prepared and the quality of the base ingredients shines through. It’s a small family business and the chef-owner’s care and attention to detail is evident in the presentation and depth of flavour in the dishes.We came with our two children - there were no short-cuts on the children’s menu — excellent quality chicken skewers (locally sourcedand beautifully served rice which our three and six year olds devoured.

Jai trop aimé leurs plats, on était en groupe et tout le monde était très satisfait. Le personnel est aussi sympa :Je le recommande les yeux fermés.

An amazing lunch experience. Freshly cooked and healthy lebanese food. With an original touch. If you are new to lebanese food. I had fatoush, liver (folic acid!), vine leaves, houmous, mix grill... The place is simple and owners welcoming. Perfect for a lunch or early evening snack.

This restaurant serves up perfectly prepared and tasty Lebanese food. The Chef is very nice and customer service is on point. Recommended!

My husband and I discovered this place because it was one of the places that would deliver to the hospital after I gave birth. We fell in love with it immediately and ordered takeout from them three times during our one week stay. Today, we went to pay our compliments to the chef (and meet himand ended up staying for lunch. Hamza is a fantastic chef and makes the best falafels I’ve ever eaten. They’re tender on the inside, and so flavourful. The labneh is creamy, refreshing and beautifully balanced and the samboussek are delicious. The maamoul are the perfect way to end the meal. These were my favorites, but there were so many other delicious things on the menu.Besides the food being amazing, Hamza’s company was lovely. He is down to earth and passionate about what he does. He also runs the restaurant singlehandedly which I find impressive for the quality and care that one receives there.I’ve recommended this place to friends and family and I’m now recommending it to anyone who happens to see this review. This place is a gem. If you visit Perpignan and you want to eat well, eat at l’Hibiscus.

Very slow service and small portions for quite costly. Not sure where the 5* reviews on here come from. Also refused us to eat a sandwich bought here in the restaurant and said we had to leave.

Excellent food and top class service, the smell of the lovely food as you come in really hits you and gives you a sign of what is to come - I ordered the mixed kebab and falafel both awesome and tasty. I will be visiting this restaurant again when I next come to Perpignan- I really liked it a lot.
