The place is very nice for seating outside. The food is good but the chicken is very very salty!

Bad service!Need to wait over an hour in order to get food.They doesn’t bring all the food together to the table. My father finished eating 30 minutesbefore my dish arrived.In addition, be careful when asking for vegetarian dishes, they get confused and serve meat!

The service is bad, it took more than an hour between the order and the arrival of the dishes. We ordered vegetarian pasta and the main came with meat. Very disappointing

This is where we started and ended a 10-day trip around Georgia and it was one of the best, if not the best, hanging out with a group over wine and great Georgian food. Great service and excellent location in the city.

Came here in the morning for a coffee. Nice location on the edge of a park from one end and the river from another. Nice atmosphere really looks like a garden and good service by nice people and the coffee tastes good.

Gorgeous! Overall a simple and cozy Restaurant with excellent location.I extremely recommend. Such as best Service(Ani and Nanuka so lovely). Would come back again.

Very nice view, next to the river. The food was good, I liked their wide choice of salads and soups. The waiter is very friendly and happy to explain the different alternatives in the menu :)

The location is excellent next to the river in the city center, the quality of food is above average, however the managers are agressive,impolite and not friendly with the tourists. I asked the waiter who was a nice guy and enquired about the receipt ( there was a mistake about 15$!!!!. He called his manger( who was a lady in 30s , then she started barking like a ….. and shouted on us aggressively in a shamefull way like a gangster. I don’t recommend visiting this place due to the manager’s misbehavior.

Fast service, great taste, good Georgian national food, wonderful Chmeruli chicken and amaizing Manavi Mtsvane white dry wine.

Id waited for 30 minutes i can see only one waiter, he unfortunately was very busy for doing his job.

Bad food, bad service. U cant serve moldy vegetables. And cutted tomatoes and cucumber with no sauce and spices arent a salad.

Pretty average experience. Wanted to order wine, shisha, tiramisu and crepes from the menu. Only got one of them.The tiramisu was not available because it was translated wrongly; the right dessert was cheese cake. OK, ordered that.After 10 minutes, they said they dont have crepes. OK, so we dont take any.The wine took 15 minutes to arrive (10 min after the cake).Waited for the shisha for 40 minutes, after which they apologized that they cant get it to work. OK, then we finish the wine and leave.The bill came with some miscalculations but hey, OK.

Average food, but not really prepared for customers eating, maybe its more of a bar. Took 45 minutes to bring starters. Then "didnt have any crepes" which was odd as I thought these would be made from scratch. Waiting staff very friendly and tried their best!

We really liked this place. The staff are friendly and its very chilled and down-to-earth. This is definitely our favourite place in Kutaisi so far.We didnt eat but the drinks were an excellent price and the layout is perfect for anyone who likes to either read in peace or enjoy an intimate atmosphere with friends.

Ice cream with fruits had only half of banana, for lava cake I had to wait almost half an hour. For result see yourself. Avoid, there are many better places. Plus for the view.

Really great location, good food and the waitress we had was great...however, there were 6 of us in the group the first meal came out for one person at least an hour and a half before the last meal. There was only 2 red wines available from the wine list and we were told 20 minutes after ordering that one of the meals isnt available and they would have to order again. Clearly massively understaffed and badly run. I would avoid eating there if I was you, would be fine for drinks though

I had a really horrible time here. I felt so unwelcome it actually made me feel a bit upset. They had about 10 staff on when it was around 2.30pm, and it was dying down. There was pretty much only one table when I arrived.It is a beautiful location, but it is a WASTE giving such a nice location to such BAD restauranters! Honestly, these 10 people were just hanging out like they were in a bloody social club and not at work. I waited 40 minutes for a SALAD, i thought maybe something was wrong with the order (im quite forgiving in these scenariosso i went to go in to the place to ask. there was around 4 or 5 of them sitting down at the table laughing and joking amongst themselves and acted personally affronted by my presence. I asked about my meal and the guy scowled at me and told me 5 minutes as if i was being very impatient and rude. Finally the food came.It was a pretty nice meal, but i waited with an empty plate and empty glass for around 25 minutes. I went in to order another drink and sat with an empty plate in front of me for another 10 minutes. People kept walking past and I couldnt tell if they were staff or not because everyone was so casual there. eventually i asked someone for the bill, put money in the case and waited for 15 minutes to get my change. in the end, i just went in to the place and paid.What a horrible experience of terrible service. if you are wanting a nice meal, nice view and great service - go to the white bridge, just the other side of the bridge :)

The place is disaster - I ordered potato salad, after ONE hour it turned out they dont have it, so I ordered french fries and I had been waiting for it another hour! Also, the waitress didnt care about our table and we had communication problems. The restaurant wasnt crowded, so I have no clue why we had to wait so long. Highly not recommended!

They say they have local beer but then charge you double for Heineken. And tried to charge us for 4 beers when we had 3. Cheats. Also service vert slow and bad wifi.

Bad comunication, no Russian or English. Our order was big missunderstanding. Bad service, also tips are included in bill even if you dont want to give it.

What a wonderful place! Great location, great food and fantastic atmosphere, especially in the evening when saxophone performance takes place. Out favourite place in Kutaisi :)

Only came here to order some beer, still it appeared to be bad experience.Beer costed 6 GEL, which is above the average, but okay, no problem, I ordered it. When I got my beer it turned out theres only 0.33-0.4l (it was definitely not 0.5l glasswhile the common amount is 0.5l - and there was totally no such information in menu. And after that I was charged 7 GEL, while the declared "service fee" was 10% (and 1 GEL is more than 10% and even 15%), which was confirmed by waitress. I was not in the mood to argue about 40 tetri so I just left.There was also awful burnt smell inside this place (I stayed outside as the weather was nice), so I have no idea how this place got some nice reviews. Id say its 2 stars - and only because outside terrace had quite nice river view, which I enjoyed.

We loved this beautiful place! Had a couple of drinks and pizza there. All was great. Nice place to sit and relax.

Really tasty food. Prices are low. Location is very nice: in a small park on the bank of the river. Seats on the terrace are a bit uncomfortable though.

Quite large choice of main meals. The food tastes great, however it takes ages to arrive. Sometimes waiters forget to bring what you have ordered. On the other hand, you have lovely views over a bridge and a river.
