We enjoyed our breakfast for 2 days here. We loved it. Especially the avocado toast and pancakes 🥞. The staff was so good and friendly.

Food selection is very basic and not worth the high price. The $15 tiny spring rolls taste like from a frozen package. Dinner is served till 9 pm but if you arrive at 8:45 they rush you and tell you the bar and kitchen will be closing soon. If you’re going to take customers till 9 pm you should be able to enjoy dinner and take your time. If your kitchen closes at 9 you should stop taking customers an hour before instead of rushing them. The vegetarian options are very limited with no effort made.

Nothing terrible about it... but you can do better than mediocre food that is on the pricier side for what it is...

This is a hard one. My shrimp quesadilla was good but they literally gave my 18yo 9 pieces of prefrozen fried calamari rings for $18 and the chicken wings are $4 a piece.

Honestly some of the most terrible food we have ever eaten. Basic no flavor. Sloppy and tastes like everything is microwaved. For a resort of this level it is truly bemusing.

Delicious breakfast of waffles, amazing coffee, breakfast potatoes and orange juice. Also, Gina, the hostess, is so nice and welcoming and Nancy, Cherine and Gayleen provided amazing service as well. They are all lovely.

We had breakfast buffet this morning and it was good. Particularly the omelette bar. A little pricey but considering where it is and that it was a buffet, it was a great choice for us! The food quality was very good.

Although the breakfast pricing is high (plan to spend about $70 if both people get a coffee and a mealthe food is outstanding. Ever since we ordered the Eggs Benedict, we can’t stop thinking about it. Also, the portions are a good size.As for dinner, they have GF buns which is always a plus! Our meals were delicious and quickly came out. All of the bartenders are great but Tyrone’s happy demeanor makes it an even better experience.

Basic food with a hardworking but robotic staff. Water never refilled or asked if we wanted additional items or dessert. Good poke bowl and potstickers; quesadilla had little cheese, not fully melted, with nothing else in it. don’t order.

Prices too high for this mediocre selection of food and watered-down selection of drinks.. I will say the potstickers are worth the money taste wise with the dipping sauce but you dont get enough to full you... service is great but I didnt feel like eating at this restaurant inside the resort was worth my money. . They do have a small selection of items for happy hour and a nice fire pit at night to eat next to..... but again the price is not worth it.. paid $10 for a small bowl of fruit for a child

Good food in a great spot. Service can be slow and the food is probably a little over priced, but the location is outstanding both for convenience to the resort and ambiance.

Beware tourists. Costco appetizer and salad menu(NOT JOKINGmaybe dessert too. Not worth the price. Prime rib was decent. Waitress was super slow. She took 20 min. To take our order, forgot our drinks, forgot to bring the desserts we ordered, and had to ask for our bill 20 min. after we finished eating. Total time there 1 hr 30 min. Time spent eating 25 min.Definitely different from what Kukuis used to be. Find another restaurant that takes pride in making original dishes.

Great views and music. Food lacks any flavor, maybe good for kids. Drinks are hit or miss, either too strong or too weak. Would avoid unless you need a drink by the pool.

The best breakfast! We stayed on property a few nights and our favorite meal was breakfast. Loco moco, fried rice omelette, and crispy hash browns were all delicious. Portions are big enough to share. Our server was so sweet and full of energy. Highly recommend for a hearty breakfast!

Pathetic. Gas station food at resort prices. Ordered $22 Caesar salad w/ Grilled Fish. What I got was a plastic container full of undressed salad, microwaved frozen Mahi and a packet of Kens Caesar dressing. Had to eat it with plastic forks.Service was great. View was great. But save your appetite and dine elsewhere unless you hate food.

We had several meals at Kukuis during our stay there, a breakfast, quite a few lunches and snacks, and one or two dinners by the nice fires. The big standouts for us were a grilled Mahi Mahi dish with fried rice for dinner and the pot stickers as a lunch or snack.

Summary: Dont sleep in restaurants and dont eat in hotels (especially if you are vegan).Ambience: one of the nicer areas to sit at the Marriot Beach Club. Much nicer than Dukes / Portifinos. Nice tiki torch lit pool side area, but again, nothing spectacular when compared to nicer resorts.Service: nice, attentive, but pretty clueless when it comes to vegan / plant based options.Food: $15 frozen spring rolls, salad with no real dressing, and the "vegan wrap" which is a hummus and veggie burrito cold. This definitely screams high class beach resort dinner right? Once again, another kitchen who thinks that plant based has the be boring so we all feel like rabbits next to these great plated dishes of our omnivore friends. Our recommendation as always: keep it simple by looking at what your serve omni guests, then just veganize it. That way, you dont have to spend money on a whole new dish and just use 95% of the omni dish and swap the meat for seitan or pressed and marinated tofu.

Great location with pool side bar. Priced a little high but it has to be because it’s located on a resort. Drinks are awesome. Fried chicken wings are super yummy but you get 4 for $15. My bars girls tonight were super sweet and wonderful. My Mai Tai’s were more than just juice like most places.

Atmosphere here is really good, and service isout of this world, lots of hard workers andpositive vibes. You get a stunning view here when you sit out on the ocean front. They also have three fire pits so you can enjoy the fire, and view while dining in. They also have an amazing breakfast which starts at 7am until 10am. 11am to 4:30pm is lunch, and lunch also has an amazing selection. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays they have happy hour which starts at 3:30pm and ends at 4:30pm. Dinner starts at 4:30pm until 9:00pm. Dinner is usually closed at 10pm, but since the pandemic and everything the closing time changed to 9pm. They have different specials every night and every special I have tried is top notch, you can make out everything that they season it with thats how good it is. Definitely dining here again.

The drinks are reasonably priced for a resort hotel bar. Kurt makes some delicious drinks (and strong). The staff were fun and friendly. The chicken quesadilla made a good snack too.

Definitely recommend breakfast at this place. Acai bowl and avocado toast were amazingly delicious, perhaps the best I have ever had. Eggs were ok. Excellent service at breakfast. Lunches and dinners are ok at best though. tasty but overpriced compared to others in the same category. They serve food in a box for an on-site dinner probably due to covid. In-room dinner worked out better than on-site dinner at this place.

SUPER Expensive for what it is. All because its at a resort Im sure. Cereal is $9. A side of bacon is $9. Any lunch entree is $20+ even their "specials". But its good if you dont feel like traveling for food away from the resort. Great employees working there. Bartenders and waitresses are great.

Ordered in-room dining from here on our first night (since Dukes had a 45-minute waitand had breakfast on site on another day. Both were underwhelming especially given the price range. We had two burgers on our first night. The chicken burger was okay. The regular burger was plain bad: the bun was soaked all the way through and the patty was cooked to death (ordered medium-rare).The breakfast the day after wasnt great either (french toast was basic, eggs benedict were okay but sauce had way too much butter). The only good thing about this place was the service.

Went for lunch. Food and drinks were good. Waitress was really friendly and helpful when explaining some things on the menu. I recommend the Aupaka colada and the Belgian waffle dog as a quick snack. Not overly priced and service was fast.

Went here for breakfast. The food was pretty good, but a little overpriced for what you get. There were some issues of communication between the concierge (with whom we made our reservationand the restaurant staff when we arrived. However, they did their best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Our main waiter, Cherine, was excellent in every way -- very kind, very helpful, and made us feel very welcome. I wasnt the one paying this time, but if I was, I wouldve given her a bigger tip :)

Alcohol is expensive, but food is decently priced. Food is good! Recommend: chicken quesadillas, sweet potato fries, and fish tacos. Amy, the waitress, is amazing! She’s running around the pool all day, taking everyone’s orders, and delivering their drinks and food. Recommend!

We own a Marriott timeshare here, so we’ve eaten at Kukui’s for years because of the convenience. The drinks are great, and if you visit the restaurant on one of the buffet nights (or brunchit’s good. Otherwise, ordering off the menu is very disappointing. The $20 burger is flavorless and below average, despite being grass-fed beef from the island. The burger comes with fries and a slice of pickle. I recommend going to Timber’s Hualani which is just next door. They have an incredible burger for less money and a gorgeous ocean front view. Or check out Duke’s next door to the Marriott. Duke’s is a consistently great restaurant.

My husband and I are here twice during our stay on the island and were pleased both times. First time, we came for dinner on a Wednesday night and it wasnt very crowded. We were seated right away, our hostess was pleasant. Both our waiter and waitress were pleasant but our waiter would sometimes disappear and wed have to wait for him (he did the same to other tables around us). My husband enjoyed the burger. (He ordered it medium but it was called medium well.). I enjoyed the teriyaki chicken sandwich which was perfect. The second time we ate here was a Saturday for dinner; all you can eat Mongolian. $40/person for noodles, veggies, sauces, tofu, beef, pork, different shellfish, and calamari. We had the same waiter who didnt disappear at all & service was great. The Mongolian was delicious.Overall, this is a good place for dinner and we would recommend it to anyone.

If you are just here for a free drink from Marriott, great. But if you actually want to enjoy dinner go somewhere else. My wife and I ate here on 08/18/17 and was not impressed with the food and the service.First of all, the hostess was also very slow to seat us despite having an Open Table reservation. Second of all they do not have any gluten free options other than a basic salad. Do not be deceived by the gluten free flat breads, because there is no meat to eat it with (all meats have gluten). The chicken I ordered took 1 hour and was very dry and tasteless. I could have gotten a better meal from the Deli section at Safeway or Foodland.
