Kudough's Donuts & Coffee Bar in San Juan

I’m in PR now and the donut shop has been closed for the last 4 days. Wonder if it’s closed permanently? I hope all is well with the owner.

This is truly the best donut place in Puerto Rico!!I went with my picky family and they all loved it!My mom dose not like peanut butter and jelly but she ate the Pp&j donut and she loved it!And My abuela and I love the jelly donut!I 110% Recommend!

We went at 10:30 on a Wednesday since people suggested arriving close to when they open at 10:00 to get good donuts before they run out. It was closed. Disappointed, we had checked their Facebook before walking over and they posted nothing about being closed.

Very disappointed!! I was here 2 years ago and it was amazing. So many choices.Today almost no choices, service was blah, smelled like mold inside, and the doughnut I purchased didnt look anything like the photo.I will not be back on my next visit to Puerto Rico

I cant recommend Kudoughs Donuts enough! I delivered their Premium Donut Jumbo Box for a friends birthday and requested to add a note.They attached a beautiful, handwritten note inside the box along with 4 beautiful and tasty donuts!! Thank you for such great customer service. I cant wait to come visit again when Im in Puerto Rico :)

Cute little hipster place. Staff was extremely nice and attentive. I had a fruit waffle with hazelnut drip. Literally the best tasty waffle I ever had. I even ate the garlic sprouts that were decorations around it. Good pricing. The turkey club was also flavorful and well placed

I was in PR for 4 days...this was my last stop before heading back to the airport. I had heard about the delicious and unique donuts here but honestly thought to myself....eh. another donut place..what could be so special?. Its special.....its darn special....ans I ended up getting on my flight with two boxes of the most amazing donuts Ive ever had. I work in law enforcement...Ive eaten ALOT of donuts. The traditional glazed comes with a chocolate coin on top and is scrumptious. Theres a bacon Nutella donut that will change your life.....I need it. Fruity pebble donuts, brown sugar dusted.. they are all delicious. Im sad I didnt explore this place early in my trip as Id been going back over and over again. But whether your in PR for 3 days or 3 weeks make this a must stop on your journey. You wont be disappointed. TIP: Park in the supermarket shopping lot a half block away and save yourself a headache. Your welcome.

Nice place! They were sold out of everything but the most basic donut and a strawberry frosting by 1:00 on a Sunday so get there early!

Was here in February 2019. The Guava y Queso donut was my favorite. Made it here twice during my 3 days in San Juan.Great vibe and staff. Good coffee.

Amazing doughnuts and more store in a great location, minutes from the beach. Grab one of their signature doughnuts 🍩 and head to the beach. Lots of unusual flavors and combinations available. They also have other breakfast-type items. Be sure to try it out!

Soooooooo overpriced and expensive kind of crazy how much they charge for doughnuts .... with that being said I guess if your a doughnut enthusiast...

Today we went to Kudough’s and got three glazed donuts. The donuts were incredibly tasty! Not only were the donuts extremely good, but also the service and friendliness of the staff. A great overall experience, I fully recommend.

Different options cor breakfast, lunch and donuts available. Including for vegans.The breakfast are good but they lack more taste. The scramble Tofu isnt the best.

Cute atmosphere. Wish they had a larger selection of fresh doughnuts. Pricey for the taste. Spent $20 on two coffees and 3 doughnuts. Polite staff.

Its a diabetic dream/nightmare. Seriously, these doughnuts are sinfully good. If you are vacationing near here on a diet then all hope is lost. Just decadent and amazing and irresistible. They saw me everyday on vacation and I will dream of them until I get back. Dont miss this. They offer a variety of vegan things and even though I didnt try anything other than the donuts (some of which where vegan and awesomeI feel sure they are just as addictive.

They have vegan and non-vegan doughnuts here. I only tried the vegan so thats all I can speak to but the vegan doughnuts were AWESOME. So light and fluffy, great flavors. Friendly staff and cute decor/location. Fluffiest vegan doughnuts Ive had and I think the only vegan doughnuts in San Juan! Fairly priced too.

Because I loved donuts. Super glad I made the stop!! Wish I could have tried them all. Only got 2, the bacon with cream cheese filling a plain glazed. The brioche dough is the best.

Has room for improvement. They use Don Pello for coffee which Ive tried and used(being a barista myselfin other places with other well trained, experienced baristas. Its an amazingly tasting coffee, sadly, their barista isnt skilled and over pulls his shots and burns the milk to the point you get the cream layer(la natafloating about, was extremely hot to even sip for 7mnts that I had to put ice in it to make it drinkable(Hazzard), but couldnt even drink half of my cup, just left it. The donuts are priced well for items made from scratch, some over loaded ones dont shelve well for too long, so its understandable if bought hours after making, giving either a stale or chewy feeling. Some felt that theyd be better if made to order since they dont require too much icing, coating, etc, Id be willing to wait for something like that.Tried the guava and cheese, and tres leches ones. They were good. Dough could be lighter for a fluffier feeling.Its an adorable and relaxing Café, will come back on a future trip to see and try any changes or new things. Its a fairly new and growing space, no one starts perfect 👍

Came with a group of 5 and we all loved what we ordered! Their donuts are so tasty and the sandwiches will surely fill you up. We all ordered different types of coffees and agreed this was a good place to return to! :)

Wonderfully Delicious!!! Coffee is on point!! Beignets fragrant, scrumptious, and delightful. Breakfast portions are substantial, superb plating presentation and exquisite flavordul. Places decor is quite cozy and inviting. Above all outstanding service.

Excellent breakfast with good sized portions. Doughnuts are really good and filling with a great variety. Doughnuts are a bit pricey but worth it after you power eat your way through it cause these are not like the lightweight tim hortons doughnuts back home.

Donuts are fresh and gorgeous. But be prepared to wait in line in to order at the cashier.

We got there at 2:45pm for lunch. We were told the empanadas wouldnt be available to order until 3pm. No problem. Ordered a juice and hung out for 15 minutes then ordered the empanadas. Kinda disappointed that even though they advertised 3 kinds that were vegan after waiting we were told only one was actually available. but no biggie. Ordered 3 of that one. It was the broccoli and cheese and it was very good. Afterwards we decided to get some of the donuts. We got the chocolate almond and garden donuts as they were the only two vegan donuts available. The donuts were very disappointing. Not as sweet as I expected and not great texture. Just kind of bland. The garden was ok and Id say the chocolate really didnt taste like it was worth the calories. Overall was kind of disappointed.

I want to like this place so much. Creative donuts and flavors sound great. The donuts are just too firm for me. Like a cake consistency vs fluffy. Also they are pricey at $4 each. Ive been 2x and both times disappointed.

Been there 3 times. First time I parked in front and when i got out, they charged me $5 for the parking. They say its valet but I parked my own car. Second and third time I visited, was at night. Didnt have a great selection of donuts and both time donuts were stale. The people who went with me , all of them thought the same. Tonight when I got there and asked the employee, she never stood up (she was sitting in a small chair behind the counterso she was basically talking to us from under the counter. I had to ask her to stand up because I couldnt understand what she was saying. We asked for vegan donuts and she said all of them were vegan (,including the one with baconwe ordered hot chocolate and donuts and the flavors were not there. Couldnt finish the chocolates or donuts. Donuts were hard and stale. Interesting that I have talked to friends who also have been there and all of them have complained about the same thing. Unfortunately none of us will be back

Wow! So delicious! Breakfast options, vegan options, sandwiches and by far the best donuts I have ever tasted! My favorite was the creme brulee. ❤ This place is tucked away, but definitely worth finding! ❤

Donuts are good, price range between $4, service is also good. Theres not a parking lot but you can find parking in the street, they offer Valet Parking for $5. A must visit for locals. Hipster atmosphere. Also have some beers and alcoholic drinks.

Amazing creative flavors. Super fresh. I love that they provide a space for local artisans to show their work and do business. The decor is creative and eco-friendly. I also love that they have some nice board games in the back.

Delicious donuts, has a lunch menu. Valet parking is available and highly recommend it. Street is tight for parking. Local artisan offer unique goods from time to time. And if you enjoy live music, check out there weekly bands. (Fridays)

I loved the place since the minute I walked in. Very cozy place, great music, loved the decoration. Valeria was amazing to us, she explained every little detail about the donuts flavors, and did some good recommendations that I have to say, she nailed it. The manchego cheese and guava donut; wow, and the pistachio with Italian chocolate. Then she prepared these two refreshing spritzers (blueberry and strawberry). So delicious! If you want to try crazy and well balanced flavors this is the place for sure.

No doughnuts! We went to this donut place after reading multiple reviews on the doughnuts. Although some of the reviews mentioned that the doughnuts were dry, we were still looking forward to trying them. When we got there the only selections of doughnuts were 2: pistachio and glazed. Both were dry. The coffee was nothing special either. Add to that that we had to pay valet parking and it was an overall disappointing experience. 20 bucks for 2 mediocre donuts and 2 crappy coffees, no thank you. Will not be returning.So much for my excitement over delicious donuts.

Awesome place; great ambience, delicious and creative food, coffee and natural juices. The customer service is on point. It was an incredible experience. Will definitely go back.Highly recommended.

Cool concept! Delicious and original dougnuts. Sangria was very good!Both times Ive been there, it seems like the there should be at least one more employee to help the cashier make the line move faster. No parking lot.

Great coffee.. wonderful staff.. donuts, though cereative on the heavy side, but good ideas. I wish they d take a bigger step away from donut dough and go with other pastry dough. Otherwise good for once in a while.They work so hard and with such creative gourmet skills..that they need to get out of "what next" donut mentality. I love the place and want it to work, but they re heavy stuck in sweet, sweet donuts. Go there for treat...juices, coffee and bar is great. Try Brunch too.

We go to the soft opening and was a very nice place, beautiful decorated. Have a wine area with a table, the offer of wines is limited but interesting, should be a good pairing with the doughnuts. Have local craft beers draft, and few cocktails. The doughnuts they offer are very different than the regulations comercial found in other places. Worth to try it.
