Hmmm, where do I start. Honestly I think they can do better with the table,chairs and tablecloths! Our table was a bit unstable...the place needs a bit of a revamp.There is just something missing in the whole set up and especially the decor!The food was OK. Enjoyed the fish though. They quite a variety of dishes to serve after all its a Portuguese restaurant!As we sat outside, the music next door at vivasso entertained and attracted us. So after dinner we decided to go next door for some delicious virgin cocktails

The best in town for consistency in service and quality. Always friendly faces welcoming you at the door. I love the trophy roosters and pigeons!Flaming chorizo with freshly baked buns an absolute must try.

The order that came was wrong, then I had a cockroach on my table. Which the manager explained that it’s “normal for all restaurants” safe to say I’m never going there again. Atleast not by my choice.

Hosted a bridal shower on their balcony, the service was exceptional and so was the food.

Love the food, but the last time I went the service was mediocre....yet there were just 4 other people in the restaurant. The waiter actually looked surprised to see us come through the door, and kept on looking suspiciously at us! Maybe were not the target market 🤷‍♀️

Best restaurant in Windhoek - went there multiple times for the seafood selection and fresh oysters. Super friendly staff and great service. I can absolutely recommend this place. And every dish is fantastic

I enjoy coming here as the food is always perfect, full of flavor and affordable. The customer service is great too. So I highly recommend visiting and experiencing this awesome restaurant

Only regret is having lived in Windheok for 8 years and only just discovered what is one of the best restaurants in town. Seafood is brilliant and the service is great - a hard combination to find in windheok. Great food and great service! Certainly have secured some repeat customers in us. Excellent highly recommend.

Not impressed. I had the grilled bacalhau at N$ 250 for about 200g. The cut I was served was more bone than meat, very oily and totally overcooked. Served with a minuscule portion of potato and vegetables. Poor show!

This place is onevobe if my personal favourite restaurants in Windhoek. They have great food on their menu (especially their seafood section). A really beautiful yet cozy vibe and dont get me started on their dessert menu 🤤. Value for your money.

Decent value for money, good service. Only gripe; a number of wines on their wine list was not in stock. By the way; South African wines on the list not exciting, but the Portuguese red we had was very good

I loved eating at Kubata. Flavourful food. Unfortunately I have had 2 bad experiences this year (2019). In January, the sole seemed slimy and underdone. I sent it back. It returned half am hour later still slimy. In the end I had to cancel the order. Today I ordered the steenbras and it was dry, falvourless and well tasted like card board. I hope the kitchen can return to its glory. Ive really enjoyed eating there in the past.

Very busy restaurant. Be careful and check what you get. A filet was clearly not a filet but a rump or sirloin. It was taken off the bill but still left a bad aftertaste. Coffee orders were all wrong. I cannot recommend this place.

Bad Service! Meat was overcooked my girlfriend had fillet medium ordered came well done and I had picanha ordered medium rare it was medium-well and very very tough... beer was good though!

Never disappoints when it comes to the food. Whatever I order from the menu, always enjoy it. The atmosphere is so cosy and the staff is so friendly. I go here once a month, If I had more money, I would probably go more often

The resturaunt looks good, serves fresh oysters! I havent stayed in the units. The conference venues are of a good size, should be able to seat around 70 people
