Best Donuts Ever! Wish they would turn on the Hot Light when its time.

Lorelai was the best ever she was super nice and patient and told us all kinds of ways to get more donuts through rewards, the app, reviews, etc. I’m not doing this for the free donuts tho. Super friendly customer service this morning! The manager greeted both of us while we were waiting and even offered us a donut while we waited. Totally unexpected and kind of him. We hadn’t even waited more than one minute!

Very unhappy with my purchase today. Decided to go for free coffee day. Charged me. Even got the drink wrong. I told the cashier just an iced coffee not the latte 3x. I had to even tell her hey, I said iced coffee not latte when she was telling someone else to make.She made another lady make it who didn’t know how to even make the drink. Not a big deal, just took longer than expected. Ordered a dozen donuts—I have never been before so I wanted to try several kinds. Just the autumn mix one.she didn’t have the donuts for it so said she had to make new ones. That’s fine but I got it for my coworkers and I and the donuts weren’t cooked all the way. Spent 20 dollars for not cooked donuts and the wrong drink—on free coffee day and paid for this wrong drink. If imma pay for the drink, at least give me what I wanted. The only thing good was the girl that made my drink—the one who didn’t know how to make it—apologized for it all.

Service was excellent, prices good. This must have been a smaller version of the Krispy Kreme on commercials on TV. Not much of a variety of donuts, not even a cruller. I wanted to try one, I had not been there before, but the glazed donuts was yummy!

Extremely friendly staff who are always willing and able to answer all my pumpkin questions (Pumpkin Obsessed!!).I visited between 7:30 and 8 and the drive thru was so busy. I went inside to enjoy quiet time with a pumpkin donut and pumpkin spice iced latte. Service was fast. Donut was fresh and so good. Iced latte was “meh.”Lobby and seating area were extremely clean, as was the self-serve area (napkins, straws, etc.)

They dont serve their fried chocolate pies anymore or the chocolate cake doughnuts with chocolate frosting. Limited now days

If I was to choose a place to get donuts this would the place!!!! I gave it three stars due to the fact that everytime we have gone in the last few months they have not had ANYTHING we wanted. example They were out of donut holes, chocolate glazed donuts, etc. If going here make sure that you go EARLY.

We had a great field trip experience there this morning. Mr. Tim was amazing, he did great with the kids and was so accommodating!! Thank you Krispie Kreme!!

These guys rock! I called to place a last-minute special birthday order to cheer up a dear friend of mine. Joe, the manager, was so kind and helpful and made the process super convenient for me as I was calling in the order from San Antonio Texas. Thank you so very much! ❤️🍩❤️🍩❤️🍩

Watched the owner of the store make an employee cry for about an hour in the lobby in front of all the customers and other employees. There was an office in the back, not sure why this was not used. Felt very weird and bad.

I couldnt believe I seen the conveyer belt throwing all them doughnuts away when we have so many shelters that could use that. The service was nice and the lady at the window seemed to really take pride in her job. The doughnuts were awesome I just wish they didnt chunk the doughnuts and shared with the less fortunate.

OMG! First time eating one of their donuts, skeptically, I might add, and NOW I know why they charge what they do and why a “donut shop would stay open all day, (I wanted to stop by on my way home from work a couple times now)! So good, pricey, but goooiiid!

I havent been to a Krispy Kremes in a long. It was my first time going to the one out here since I moved here in August 2021. I did my order online and can early as soon as they opened. They were able to get my order ready ahead of time. The staff was really nice and the place was very well kept. I will definitely be back

They advertise holiday doughnuts and never have enough. You basically have to be there when they open to get them. Why wouldnt you make more if you know people want them for holidays?! You could make so much more profit

Lol this drink was yummy I even purchased a cinnamon donut too! Ate it and the drink before I could snap a picture. Iced caramel mocha yummy yum yum!

The guys were on top of it. The coffee made fresh, the donuts taste fresher. The inside of the building was clean and cutely decorated. The outside parking lot was clean. Easy location to get to, to either walk in or drive thru.

Krispy Kreme is my favorite donut shop ever, but this is the worst one I have ever been to. They dont give out hot donuts when the hot sign is on. And when you order a donut its cold, even when the sign is on.

Its a donut shop. They have donuts and coffee. Its clean. The employees are nice.Krispy Kreme donuts are different then any other donut but theyre very expensive and no worth it. Theyre good but they should be half the price. Theyre small and mostly air.

Bad on line pick up visit. I was 45 minutes later than intended to pick up order. Order was never fulfilled for correct pick up time, as it was not pulled (2 dozen doughnuts). Was told order receipt was thrown away, even though it was paid for. Order was fulfilled after having to sit and wait in drive through. Defeated the purpose of ordering ahead.Wrote complaint to corporate, but no response.

I love Krispy Kreme, but this location to me the dough taste off. Not like the original. And "hot light" doesnt mean you get one free anymore.🤔🤷🏾. Just buying 1 donut is pricey.

Where do I start.I from the west coast so we maybe have a hire standard when it comes to Krispy Kream, like the east coast has for Duncans Doughnuts. The Doughnuts i ordered were 2/3 the normal size. I thought I was purchasing a mini dozen. When I question them the staff shrugged it off. If you spend a few minutes on line Krispy Kream has the standards post. This particular store is far from corporate standards.

This place is wonderful. Best donuts on the market! My girlfriend and I recently did a taste test of 13 different donuts they sell and the original glazed came out on top! (Followed of course by the raspberry filled and the chocolate icing Kreme filled donuts).

Im sure its a 5 star experience, but I dont live in Conway. I didnt catch the hot fresh donut light, or even the luke warm glazed donut. I got the extra cold, been in the fridge, and harder than a week old grocery store donut. And I ate it, but there was something lacking in the experience (which was not their fault).

Enjoyed hot, soft, melt in your mouth Krispy Kreme donuts! The staff was very nice and greeted you with smiling faces. We arrived when the Hot sign was on, so we knew it was going to be awesome! The inside was very clean and nicely furnished. The regular coffee was good and strong. Really get you going early in the morning.😄.

Loved the Hike today. Did 3 different Trails.5.15 miles, good workout!!

Why are they still in business? Everytime I have these donuts, the after taste is just awful. The sugar gets all melty in even cool temps. Staff was unremarkable. Many times I believe Walmart has better donuts.

Lemonade donuts, glazed and cream filled. Hot latte. Whats not to love except missed the light by 45 minutes...

The services were very nice. Donuts were also great! Every time I went to the store, clerks were super friendly. Thats makes me smile :)

Honestly the worse customer service ever. Every few months I give them another chance because I 100% everyone has bad days. But unless your order is only a dozen glazed donuts they will mess it up completely. Sad this is the only Krispy Kreme around.

Drove 40 miles to get 4 dozen donuts for our Police Department for $5 a dozen ALL weekend (no hours specifiedlike my email said. Manager was not nice at all. Said it ended at 9...1 hour before we got there and said she could only offer a 10% discount. Donuts were cold. Wont be going back!

The service is polite and friendly and the donuts were fresh and tasty!

My daughter grew up on krispie kreme doughnuts 🍩 in Florida so it was nice to know we had one 30 min away from us here in Arkansas ! One happy kid

My son and I visited the Conway store 9/25/20. My husband had to go to the ER and the ER not allowing visitors in we stayed in our car in the parking lot. Sitting in the car waiting for several hours I decided to run up the road and grab us a treat. The store was closing in 5 minutes as I was pulling up to the drive-thru. I felt bad because I knew the workers were probably ready to leave and would be upset I was there. I was greeted with a “smiling” happy voice on the speaker. I placed my order for 2 iced coffees and a dozen glazed donuts. At the window I was greeted by another smiling face! After I was handed my donuts and drinks I was told “Sorry for your wait.” I hadn’t waited at all!!! Then I was told to have a great night and thank you! These 3 employees could have made a big deal about the late customer. Could have made my already bad night even worse but instead showed kindness to a person they didn’t know was hurting. I want to thank them for that and for just doing their jobs and being the way we all would want to be treated.

Cant go wrong with plain glazed. The donuts here are delicious, and you can ask for them fresh. In fact, I recommend doing so. While theyre good after theyve been sitting a while, theyre amazing warm.A little on the pricey side for donuts. While theyre delicious, of youre wanting sprinkles or anything special, go somewhere cheaper.

I went to Krispy Kreme in Conway Arkansas yesterdayAugust 10. It was gloomy and raining outside but inside the staff were warm and friendly. They had the/my favorite sign...denoting the donuts were hot and melt in your mouth.The young lady at the at the counter was very helpful "not trying to rush" me as I made my selections. She even made fresh coffee.So thank you McKenzie for having great customer service.

Today I had the worst experience with Krispy Kreme in this location.I order a half dozen Of including 2 Chocolate iced custard filled which were nasty and had really bad smell inside You can smell the mold. I think because it was old and Not fried or cooked very well 😷

They sell fresh donuts and a wide variety as well. Even have the ability to supply for a large group of people or corporate event. Coffee and specialty coffees plus a drive thru for faster service.

Fresh donuts were just coming off the line as we walked in, and the place smelled wonderful! We bought a dozen and got two additional donuts to eat immediately. Those 2 donuts were fresh, warm and creamy and didnt last long! I think that was one of the best donuts Ive ever had. The staff was very courteous and friendlyI WILL be back!!!

I went there today.. ordered 1 apple fritter $1.79 and a chocolate iced yeast donut for regular price. What ever I was given in the place of an apple fritter tasted good but was more like a glazed twist with apples on top, not what I paid for.. my favorite is apple fritters..My niece ordered a chocolate glazed cruller and was given what appeared to be one but was actually a cake donut shaped like a cruller. Wont be returning.
