Krispy Kreme in Harrisonburg

You order online you get there well youre here early. Theres not a car in line and are given attitude cause your order you made 30 mins ago for 12 pre made doughnuts to be put in a box isnt ready. You wait 15 more mins making you late to work and your order is wrong....

Whats to say... its donuts. Never disappoints.

Not impressed. There on a Monday. My creme filled donut wasnt fresh and coffee wasnt good. Wont go back.

The manager, whos name I failed to get, was outstanding and extremely helpful. The store was packed but the staff worked efficiently to clear it out. The manager and I discussed my options and she made it happen.I needed at 0645. They were ready for me at 0630.Very well ran/managed store!I will recommend them to everyone and anyone who asks!Thank you!

My lemon filled donut was void of the filling. Good thing I got 2 😥.... the second one didnt have any filling either. 😲 went back later in the day and they were replaced with zero hassle. Later that evening I go for my donut Ive been trying to have all day....AND... Come to find out my Daughter ate it on me..SMH 😵😵‍💫🥴... ILL BE BACK .. Krispy Kream. ❤️

Depends on who is working, young man was a tad rude. Some donuts were warm and others cold. The cream filled was my favorite.

My sister-in-law was visiting from PA and spotted the Krispy Kreme as we were stopped in traffic. She was so excited because there are none of these donut shops near her home. Of course we stopped and bought a dozen. The really friendly guy that took our order actually went to the conveyer belt and got us just freshly made glazed donuts. What a thoughtful person (sister-in-law said his earrings were cute, just so you know who we are talking about).

Very clean and friendly staffs. Ordered two dozens and drinks. It was nothing but great.

No doubt the donuts are delicious as always. I was a little disappointed that only half a dozen were moon donuts and the rest were glazed.

Great donuts. Coffee is gross. Seriously, don’t get the coffee. It’s garbage. Tastes disgusting. This is based on multiple experiences. I don’t know if this applies to all KK’s or just this one.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE Krispy Kreme donuts. We have a Dunkin in Waynesboro, but I will take the drive to Harrisonburg for fresh delicious donuts any day. Love getting there and the "HOT" sign is up on my phone...woohoo.

We love Krispy Kreme and stop at this location whenever we vacation at Massanutten Resort. Always have fresh delicious donuts.

Great a little pricey but the donuts are worth it. Make sure you go when the red light is on, because thats when the donuts are hot and fresh

I’ve only been here once when the hot and fresh sign was on. Worth every penny and the drive through was quick and easy with friendly staff! Highly recommended!

Im always so underwhelmed when anyone thinks bringing a box of these donuts is a treat. Like no thanks, I dont like to eat glazed cardboard.

Lord knows they are the ONLY ONES for me. In my 60s and a dedicated fan since a toddler. Especially when 1st out their ovens. Yummmmm!!! VOTE REPUBLICAN 😇

This place was AWESOME! So friendly. We got a dzn assorted donuts. Mine and my little boys 1st time there and he was really excited watching the process and the district manage came in, introduced himself and shook his hand. Offered to take him to see how things are made. Then on our way out the super nice guy at the front gave him a free dozen glazed donuts, a few extra others, and a hat!! Our 1st visit AND WE WILL BE BACK!! This is how to get and keep customers!! GREAT JOB!!💝💝💝 We went back for a 2nd visit to pick up an online order. We were missing a few donuts and they made it right with no questions asked! Once again great service!

Ordered online ahead of time, 15 minutes after our order was supposed to be ready it was not available, and then after we waited in line & they told us wed still have to wait...but continued to take orders from people behind us in line rather than just make our order. if wed ordered in restaurant we would have gotten them sooner. Could not get staff to wait on us, there was only one guy there that was helpful.

I went through the drive-thru I asked for hot donuts they said they didnt have any hot donuts that if I came back in 15 to 20 minutes they would have some I waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes went back to the drive-thru they still didnt have any donuts hot instead said it would be another 20 minutes. thats ridiculous and Im no longer a fan

I live about two hours away from my step mom and wanted to send her something nice for mothers day. Well my dad spent the night at this Krispy Kreme when it first opened, so this was what I thought would be perfect! I ordered the mothers day minis to be delivered and have writing on the box and it was perfect! The writing was beautiful and the donuts too! Thank you all 💗

Got an assorted dozen tonight. Got home almost 40 minutes away. Only to find that none of the 4 lemon filled donuts had filling. The rest were good but.....

Driving Through around 11 am and ordering a Fresh Pumpkin spice cake or A Raspberry or Lemon Filled and a Hot Cup of Coffee & a Cup of Cocoa for I mix Together in my 5 Cup Coffee Mug. The Store is looking All Bright but Its Always Closed to the Public. Sometimes The "Young Staff" could be just a Tab but more Jolly & Try to Remember my order.Sometimes, Their Store Doors are closed Only the Drive thru is Open ... Its due to Not Enough Staff.YES They are Hiring. Fill out an application online.

This store is well staffed and friendly which is nice to get in and out quickly. The specialty donuts are often just a little stale tasting and the open viewing area where you can see them make the donuts in the back considerably less well maintained than other Krispy Kreme locations. The rollers, the floor, the machinery all just look a bit more grimy than other locations ive been to across the country. Maybe this store is suffering the pandemic but they seem well staffed enough.

Beyond annoyed with this place. Stopped super early on our way out of town to beat the snow and bad weather. 630 am on a Sunday morning! We were literally the ONLY car, and they lost our box of donuts and then literally ask me to clarify my coffee order 3 times and still gave me the stalest unsweetened nastiest tasting $4 coffee I have ever had in my life!! The normal glazed donuts were nice and warm but all the rest were hard and cold and tasted old. Definitely not the quality Krispy Kreme I know of or was expecting. $20 I coulda def used to elsewhere! Off to find a Starbucks now 😳😢

I was very disappointed with my doughnuts. I bought two of the special doughnuts with snowmen . The doughnuts where the most stale doughnuts Ive ever put in my mouth. Normally Krispy Kreme is my stop for all vacation treats. Ruined me!

Mostly yummy. Some of the fills were skimpy, and they tasted a bit stale. One of their Christmas doughnuts was completely out. But very nice service . The stores arent what they used to be, but still a fun stop.

First time watching this. Was pretty cool! Feel that there was too many donuts that were lost off the line. That cant be very cost effective. I went ahead & selected a dozen donuts to take home while i was there. Was very disappointed to find that most of the chocolate based donut was stale

It took three employees about 10 mins to deal with a disgruntled customer leaving everyone else to stand there. Several people saw this and left, as there looked to be enough employees to open a second POS that was available. Very disappointing. It was also not acknowledged that we waited or were inconvinienced, no apology nothing for our wait. Incredibly unprofessional environment.

Krispy Kreme are generally my favorite over Dunkin donuts. HOWEVER this location is horrific! Customer service AND quality are subpar to the Krispy Kreme brand. We purchased a half dozen and two coffees. Every single donut was stale. They seemed as though they were made days before we ordered and allowed to sit out. My kids would not even eat them! The coffee was cold as well. YUCK all the way around. When we got back to the hotel I called the location and spoke to a manager who claimed his name was Lenny. He hung up on me TWICE stating "oh my bad I could not hear you just yo kid"....which is untrue because as I was speaking to him he hung up on me! When I called back the third time I explained we had just purchased donuts and they were horribly stale. His response lacked luster as the only solution he offered was to bring the disgusting donuts back and he would replace...I imagine with more stale donuts. It was pouring rain and I was not going to load 3 kids back into their car seats for equally as awful donuts. So when I explained that was not sufficient customer service he hung up AGAIN! BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION. POOR MANAGMENT MATCHES THEIR POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS!!! Zero stars!

We love their donuts, but not this time. The ones we ordered were stale and tasteless. The large coffee I ordered was the size of a medium. Will not visit again.

I’m not sure what’s been going on with this location lately but it has gone downhill. My boyfriend and I went about a week ago and got some donuts. The girl repeated the order back to us correctly, the receipt was correct, but I noticed there was a donut in the box that we didn’t order and I asked her about it. She asked if we wanted the Carmel one instead of the Carmel popcorn and I said yes. She said good because she accidentally grabbed a Carmel apple donut (the one we asked forbut still ended up with a Carmel popcorn donut and no raspberry filled. Today my boyfriend went this morning and the donuts were stale. Definitely not fresh and I couldn’t finish my donut

Wasnt too bad the drink I ordered was sweeter than expected and my donuts werent as fresh but nice employees. We had somewhat of a long wait for our 3 items but at least staff acknowledged the fact were very professional

I dont understand about having the hot and ready sign on and getting cold donuts. The drive thru lady who has gotten my order wrong before got annoyed with me today bc she gave me the wrong order again. I love Krispy Kreme but will avoid when this certain worker who always seems annoyed.

Feeling so sad from their rude customer service. They took my order at the drive through, but when I reached the window, they lock the window on our face without speaking and hand signaling us to go from inside. We were actually deciding to get more stuff as we reached the window. You don’t want our business? They were supposed to close at 9 and it was 9, but if you are not going to serve, why even take my order? If they had just told us “sorry we are closed for the day” I would have left. I felt so bad. How horrible..... why do that?

Worst experience ever! The hot sign was on so we got donuts. This is what they gave us. These are not fresh and super tiny. Also the iced coffee was burnt bitter like it had been sitting in the coffee pot for hours.

Visited their drive-thru on July 17th during Krispy Kremes buy one get one dozen free birthday celebration - the light was on, resulting in hot melt-in-your-mouth donuts.

Service was very slow, however the donuts were really good.

A first and spontaneous stop at Krispy Kreme in the burg. Shyly, we are regulars at D&D and a last-second sharp turn into the lot of this new donut shop came with a sense of adventure.Stepping through the door, the place was bright and clean as the Duncan Donuts on University Boulevard, meaning sort of. It was a few steps in the door and a window opened a view of the wondrous donut making machine, un-wondrously though it was down for maintenance.The place had few customers, but it still took some minutes to place an order, even longer to complete a three coffee, six donut order. Visibly the store was staffed with half a dozen employees; discouraging it seems only one person was certified to work the register, box the donuts, and make the coffees.We ordered a selection of pumpkin spice coffees; frozen, iced, and hot. The coffee was tasty and thankfully not too hot to drink, unlike a cup of D&D coffee that is served 2 degrees short of pure steam; overall the coffee won us over.We each ordered two donuts for a total of six. Of note I had a New York cheesecake; the boy and girl had an Oreo donut. Everyone enjoyed the donuts, they are different, light and the flavors work well.Disappointingly my cheesecake donut was a bit stale and was devoid of any filling.Overall the adventure was worth the turn and it was an enjoyable first time visit.

Watch your donuts get made and glazed as they come off the production line and straight into your box. If you have never had a Krispy Keme donut right out of the oven (fryeryou are missing something special. It melts in your mouth like warm butter and ice cream. They have a drive-up window if you are in a hurry, but its better to park, come in, watch donuts being made with the eyes and curiosity of a child, and eat it while warm. But, go to Starbucks to get your coffee :-)
