Bought a dozen assorted donuts. Wanted to try the new autumn orchard donuts but none were available. The trays were empty. Was looking forward to trying since all the emails I got were promoting them. Lady said they might have tomorrow.

Placed a mobile order hoping it would be ready. When I arrived. It was not. I had to tell them what I ordered. Then they fixed it and gave it to me.

First visit to this location. Used the drive-thru. Staff was very friendly and efficient, even when I changed my order at the window. Donuts were Hot and delicious.

I went there this morning and ordered an assorted dozen, in one of my cake batter donuts was a hard white piece of something that broke off into my donut. that is a health hazard.

Kinda trying to understand when selling new items costing almost $3 each for the new Currr Doughs, why shove them into boxes on top of each other!!!! They are good but do you think that poorly of the customers to do this?

First visit will be my last. Visited last Friday. Front of house staff wearing mask under her chin and kept having to stop to cough...around the doughnut case. She also didnt have access to the register to ring me up and didnt know how to take a gift card. Staff clearly needs retraining.

Never answer phone. No pumpkin spice. no customer service!

When that Hot Donuts light goes on, get out my way. Lol fresh soft fluffy donuts with that glaze. Priceless

Ate a new dreamsicle donut, it was great. Reminded me of the creamsicle of my childhood.

New shakes are awesome... Strawberry was 10 out of 10... Original an 8... Totally worth it.

I just ordered a classic dozen (Uber eatsand got a dozen of all glazed. Get the order right or hire new people!!! Terrible service!

The service was great and the doughnuts were delicious! There are lots of things on the menu to choose from. The entrance to the drive thru is around the back of the building.

Krispy Kreme has gone downhill. These used to be by far the best donuts but the quality is not the same. The original glazed here does not have glaze and are no longer Krispy. I had to throw away a box of chocolate iced. My kids wouldn’t even eat them. They were very hard and dry and the icing fell off.

Not sure why the cashier and food prep employees had an attitude with me in the drive-thru line today, but I’m glad the manager handled the situation when I called the store to follow-up. Professionalism is key, and then employees at this store seem to have forgotten that.

Literally the worst Krispy Kreme I’ve ever been to. Not only are they EXTREMELY slow, they’re EXTREMELY rude. The lady working the drive thru had the worst attitude and the most hateful tone in her voice. If you’re working in customer service you really should be more polite or find a different job.

Gave a 5 ☆s as awesome.. served us at the drive thru when we walked up.. lol as 6 am online says open.. but only open is drive thru. They were great! We say No to the other chain its Krispy Kreme ALL the way. Whoot!

Its frustrating that the lobby is not open so preordering really makes no difference. The app wont allow you to preorder coffee so it over complicated things. You can tell the staff is working hard and doing their best to make things happen with the (likely understaffingand poor systems.

Very disappointed , Krispy Kremw is on their way out of business it seems to me. They never have enough jelly filled donuts when I order , only wanted a dozen the last 3 visits and got 6 or less. So this time I substituted chocolate frosted glazed for the remaining six. Im attaching a photo of them . Just look at the rationed frosting on these 6

We were is South Carolina and stopped for a snack and Krispy Cream were out of Krispy Cream Donuts! WHAT THE... We were upset the service was terrible and uncaring about not having what we came for. Going back to Maryland from our trip we will revisit and get our glased Krispy Cream Donuts.

Avoid this location at all costs. Poorly managed and consistently out of items. Youll end up sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes only to drive off in frustration. If you do make it to the drive thru window, youll likely see donuts littering the floor. Poor experience all around.

Customer service is not good. Asked the guy how he was doing just trying to be nice and completely ignored me. Him and the other lady just seemed like they hated their job. It’s pretty sad when employees don’t even acknowledge the customer and the customer makes the effort and they STILL don’t acknowledge the customer. Asked for HOT donuts as the HOT sign was on and received cold donuts. I was pretty disappointed as I did drive 25 minutes to get hot donuts.

Don’t try and order drinks this is a Carmel mocha iced latte 😂 the guy tried so hard to get someone to train him on it and the person had him do what I think was chocolate milk with a splash of coffee coffee it’s disgusting

Disappointed as the first cup of coffee I had here was great (I added my own cream and sugarand didnt realize they had more than glazed donuts, however my multiple visits after, inconsistent taste in coffee, and poor customer service. Workers didnt know about menu items and just very inattentive. What is happening to the world?! Wish there were other locations nearby to try instead. Have not been back due to poor experiences. ☹️

Drove 30 minutes round trip to get donuts for my pregnant wife and to use the Friendsgiving deal. I arrived at 7:10pm which is well before they are suppose to close. Door is locked and the staff is inside cleaning up. They won’t acknowledge the many cars and potential customers driving up to get donuts. The time on the door says temporary hours 8am-8pm but apparently this crew didn’t want to stay that long and didn’t post anything that says differently. Pretty annoying for all these people driving here expecting them to follow the hours that they have posted. You guys can do better.

loved it 3 years ago but as of 11-5-21 - I DONT!!!Went in morning of 11-5, got 2 dozen and what I ordered was not what they put in the box. I ordered 6 raspberry filled and then when we ate them at work, they were lemon filled. Lucky no one was allergic to lemon. I stopped by after work with them and the girl there said because she wasnt there in the morning she couldnt do anything. How hard is it to give me 6 raspberry ones as good customer service, I had 4 of the 6 with me and the receipt showing it should have been 6 raspberry. DUH!!!!

Super disappointed in the experience with Krispy Kreme today. Labor shortages closed the lobby which is understandable (we understand your pain but why should one cup be half empty without having taken a sip and the iced latte looks like a small not the large I ordered. Im not a regular if Krispy Kreme so I really dont know, is this normal like the drive thru lady said???

Absolutely the worse customer service Ive ever had. Gabriel was the worse! I hardly ever stop to this location and I wont ever stop here again. The only reason I stopped was because I received a free dozen of glaze donuts for my birthday. I was headed to the hospital to visitation sick friend, so I was picking up the donuts so that I could gift them to the nurses. I purchased an item as well. Since, Ive never used rewards and Im not sure how it worked, I asked Gabriel a question. She was extremely rude and had a snobby attitude. I waited in the drive thru for over 7 minutes before making it to the window, so maybe she had an issue with someone else before me. However, I did nor said anything wrong to her. Thats unfair to take your anger out on someone else who did nothing. After the attitude and seeing that the item was not taken off of my total, I asked for a refund. She pretty much slammed down her device and yelled, give her a refund. After seeing that, Id rather pay and go to Dunkin Donuts right down the street than to be treated like this. Lily came over to process my refund and she was very professional and pleasant. Still, no one explained the reward system to me. However, I will never return here again and I will be contacting corporate. I went back and read my reward and I was correct, and she was wrong. It absolutely blows my mind how someone is asked to do their job and they get upset with you for asking them a question that you didnt know. Horrible service and location. I do not recommend going here EVER!

Only had Maple or out of everything and donuts tasted old. I get more fresh donuts at Walmart. My box was crushed when given to me like it was dropped and stepped on. Not a good impression at all.

Went to get a dozen of donuts and almost everything i wanted wasnt available no starwberry glazed donuts without sprinkles, no chocolate cake donuts like whats the sense of offering other donuts if all you every have is regular glazed donuts. Very disappointed in this visit it was my first visit to this location and was very dissatisfied with the service. Would not recommend unless you want just regular glazed donuts if so have at it

Doughnuts were really small today. In all of my years of eating Krispy Kreme I never had one this small. I was so disappointed 😞. I guess they thought we wouldnt notice. Well on the bright side, I didnt feel guilty for eating it.

Today was the third day in a row I went in to get some s’mores donuts and they were not prepared. I ordered some off of door dash and they sent s few old ones of the single flavor I didn’t want. Instead of canceling the order or asking if I was ok with not receiving what I ordered they just sent my dozen anyway. The flavor they did send was not good. Last time I order from this store.

Please tell me how these look anything more than a mangled up version of the advertisement!? Get a new baker for Gods sake! Absolute disappointment to get home and have these as a treat for my daughters girls night and embarrassed to even hand these out! Gross...

The donuts were great as usual! And keep an eye out for the survey on your receipt because that bogo doesnt comes in handy! The staff was awesome as well. My only complaint is that the prices keep going up.

National Donut Day Uninformed ! My receipt states - I was at this store at 6:52 AM. My order was taken by Cashier 13 via the drive thur. I placed my order for a Custom Dozen and then requested the dozen original for the extra $1. When I pulled up I asked the young lady if she heard my request. She said "no". I told her about the deal showing online and she looked at her screen for what I assume was a coupon to choose that offer. She asked if I had a Coupon or the APP. I responded "NO", your website for National Donut Day states this is the offer for today only ! She promptly called for assistance- I hear her say "Erica" to ask for help. She returned and then told me about the $1 free donut and I responded I know about that offer and the vaccination free one as well- but that is not what I was there for. I just wanted to bring some to work for my department. Long story short the line was super long and I was holding up the line . I said never mind and I paid the regular price for the extra dozen. Side Note: I came to this location last year for the same offer and the young lady ( a different one was great and I receive the extra Dozen for the dollar. I wonder how many after me today requested this offer and didnt receive it ! Very Disappointed, she clearly didnt have the information or Tools needed ( a Coupon optionto do he job.

Very disappointed in my order today. They advertised for “ Key Lime Pie” glazed flavored donuts and they did NOT taste like anything key lime at all. Tasted like their regular glazed donuts. They had colored the glaze lime green, but tasted regular. Which regular is good, but, I only ordered the dozen on my app to get the key lime taste. Was NOT there. Never again will I fall for the flavored glazed donut advertisements again!

Quickly got the line at the drive-thru taken care of. Quickest I have been in and out of there in a while. Nice girl at the window. Donuts were cold unfortunately and I went at 6am 😔

Terrible service. They gave me very old donuts when it was only 6 oclock. Dont you guys close at 11pm? Whats the deal? Also, since when do you give your "1000th daily customer" free coffee? I feel the staff was playing some sort of strange prank on me.

The donuts are always good. Inside is always clean. The holiday specials are fun. I’ll keep going back.My last two visits, using the drive-through, were a bit rocky. I had a hard time getting them to understand a coupon, then had to circle the drive twice to get the free donut with coffee offer on a holiday and then to use my buy one get one dozen offer. Next time, I had trouble getting them to understand I wanted both a glazed and assorted dozen, and my assorted dozen was half glazed!

Good donuts & great seasonal varieties. Fresh and also very clean inside.

Googled coupons for 2 dozen doughnuts for about $13. 1 regular dozen & 1 assortment dozen. Wait was about 15min

Hot now sign was on, so that was a huge plus. Had great service, enthusiastic employees. Donuts were excellent as always. Quick service (we were the only ones insideand we were waiting on a call from someone for their order. Guy couldnt have been nicer, told us take our time, had some good conversation. Dont know how the experience could have been better.

Krispy Kreme donuts are the best donuts in the world.We came here because of the special chocolate covered options they were having this weekend only.Were not disappointed.Came for 4, left with a dozen.My favorite was the cake batter creme filled flavor.That must be what they eat in heaven.

Went twice for pumpkin spice cheesecake donuts. First time it was late and they were sold out. Second time was the middle of day, on Sunday, the last day of the promotion and they were out. The employee seemed annoyed. The hot sign was on and we bought a dozen hot glazed. They werent even warm. The screen on the register wasnt working, I had to ask what my total was. Not worth it.
