Krispy Kreme in Pinewood

Had a coupon on the site but couldnt use it til 24 hrs after it expired saying had to make an account but the coupon was on their site without advising having to be a member. Baby craving unresolved😮‍💨

How can you go wrong with Krispy Kreme? You cant. Its impossible. Customer service is excellent as well.

The best fresh hot glazed and chocolate glazed donuts in the area. Drive from Washington to Greenville just to watch and smell the fresh donuts come off the line. Personal Favorite.

Needed 2 dozen original doughnuts and a box of coffee for a wedding on Saturday. I was told that the store opened late. I called around 5:45am just before it opened. I was told it would be an hour for my order. Which I said, okay Ill be there in an hour or so. I showed up at 6:30. When I pulled through the drive thru to pick up the order the lady said, when you called I told you it would be an hour. That was almost an hour ago. I was than told it would be an additional hour. Dunkin Donuts came through. Time to make the donuts.

Ordered online this afternoon for pickup tonight. Got there and there were no donuts because they were out of them. Asked for a refund, but they said they could not do that because I ordered online.Staff in this store clearly have no idea how online ordering works. This is not surprising, because this is consistently the WORST Krispy Kreme Ive ever been to. The never have anything in stock, especially the limited, special items.

We live in Washington. We drive over to get some of the ones they advertised. The cashier said they were sold out? Lemon glaze? Sold out every one We asked about they were sold out. Disappointed.

Workers here have tarnished the Krispy Kreme brand..No glazed donuts available which Ive never encountered in over 20 years of visiting.. Donuts placed in wrong racks..and dont order cold drinks.. youre lucky to get 4 sips because the cup is filled with ice

The staff was so friendly.. I went to the drive thru and the woman on the speaker as well as at the window was so cheerful and pleasant. I wish every drive thru had such great service.. the donuts were the best and so fresh . I appreciate the variety thats available and it wasnt even expensive.

Friendly customer service . 👏😋👍 My favorite place for a donut 🍩 and coffee ☕ fix. 🤗 More parking could be appreciated and cleanliness of bathroom could be improved.

All I have to say is the way they treats their hard workers is terrible. Just remember blessings get blocked when you sit here and take advantage of people.

I dont know if this place is under new management, but every Saturday for the past 4 months your selection has been VERY slim. Why even bother. I am shocked youre still in business.

My Donuts and Iced Coffee hit everytime i come to this location 😋☺️. Customer service is okay.

Today it suck. And I mean horribly. Waited in line for about 10 minutes then went inside and waited about another 15 because nobody knew why. We then noticed that the drive in had cleared out twice. No explanation of why when I asked questions.

All in all, Krispy Kreme is not somewhere i’d recommend anyone to work nor shop at. They have EXTREMELY POOR management “EVELYN MERCADO& STEVEN MILNER” and will fire you under unfair circumstances in an unfair work environment & if you are “confrontational” to them about the issue as well. Good luck to anyone on their endeavors with/from this establishment!

The doughnuts I ordered today was not fresh at All. I Regret my visit.. won’t be returning any time soon

I had a really bad time geting my donut coupon with the staff they gave me a hard time to get the coupn because they sad I could. Not get my pumkin spice dounut dozen with my dozen of hot and fresh for 14.00 coupon and the coupon sad it can do pumpkin spice donuts and they sad they cant do specialty dounuts but the coupon sad I can with that dounut and the staff was very roude to me and not nice at all

And now these delicious treats are available everywhere (grocery stores and gas stationsbut come here, please! The "Hot Now" sign is your invitation to donut heaven. That melt in your mouth goodness is unique. Stop by, grab a freshly made donut, a coffee, Coke product or other refreshing beverage and enjoy.

I work at dunkin donuts in another city and we have wayyyy more ch9ices than Krispy did.. I was so so disappointed. Was looking forward to some good warm yummy different donuts and every kind they have we have but we have more varieties, yes they had orange cycle and fire cracker but there was only like 5 choices to get. Very disappointed

Correct order on receipt but wrong doughnuts in the box. Called Krispy Kreme and nobody would answer the phone. No phone number on the receipt as it use to be for this location in Greenville NC. I believe this location needs to be closed down so many people complain about problems with this store. I will not returning . Sad this location has really gone down after 40 year.

Unlike what other reviews on here say, I had a decent experience with this locations customer service during my last visit.That said, the donuts are unquestionably getting smaller. The last time I had purchased food here was pre-pandemic. The cake batter donut was substantially larger than the palm of my hand (I have a 9.5" hand span). Now look at it, shrunken to the size of maybe a few ping pong balls. Shrinkflation is real. I get why Krispy Kreme decreased the size of their donuts with the current economic environment (easier to do than raise prices, since whos going to pay $3 for a donut?), but its still unfortunate.

Evelyn sums up my experience 🙄 I went to order the BOGO deal they had on the website & was told they didnt know anything about itEvelyn the so called supervisor informed me that it was not a deal she saw on her sheet this is after I showed the employees the deal on my phone. She preceded to tell me to not be rude to her staff🤔 yet she was the only 1 O had a attitude with after it took her 20 mins to come from the back & she waited on another customer who cam in after me after the cashier told her I was next. When she started talking with her hands is when the ♌️ came out of me🤬 I ended up leaving & called the 1800 number who informed me the deal was in fact supposed to be running at that store, after giving some harsh criticism about Evelyn along with Kudos to the employees who tried to help verify the deal after looking at my phone I received a free box of donuts. The fact that they have a manager who doesnt keep up with specials is CRAZY.

I ate five delicious donuts from them today and the customer service from their employees was fantastic!

Very disappointed in the Greenville Krispy Kreme. They used to be great and I’m not sure what changed but it’s gone down hill in the past year or so. I’m not sure if there’s been a change in management or a corporate level change but whatever it is, the change has been for the worse. I’ve been there about five times in the past two months and each time I go they only have about four to five different types of doughnuts in stock. They always say they will have some the next day but I’ve yet to see it. I haven’t even purchased anything that past three times I’ve been there due to the lack of options. Why buy a dozen doughnuts if I’m getting three or four of the exact same doughnut? Also, it’s always the same doughnuts. They never try to make anything outside of the absolute basics. I have also found that it is very common for them to be out of the seasonal doughnuts so don’t get your hopes up if you’re looking for them. There has also been a change in staff and the customer service isn’t what it used to be. I’ve had to order doughnuts before without an employee actually speaking to me other than telling me the price of the doughnuts. They just stared at me the whole time. Also, as others have mentioned, they won’t even give you the hot doughnuts they’re making! They say it’s for the next day and then they hand you doughnuts that have very obviously been from the previous day or even previous days. Overall, I just want this location to correct whatever is causing them to regress because this is not the Greenville Krispy Kreme I grew up loving.

Went to this Krispy Kreme location around 6:15 pm. We were excited to see the hot sign on. We went inside to purchase a dozen fresh hot donuts only to be told that the hot ones could not be sold and we would have to wait until the next batch cooked. There were plenty of hot ones on the rack..??? If youre not going to selk the fresh ones, why bother to put on the hot sign? Got tired of waiting and left. Dissappointed to say the least. Wont be going back no matter how many hot signs they flash.

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 dozen.Ordered dozen assorted and never got but about 6 of what I requested. When I’m paying about $13 for what use to cost $5 a dozen I feel like I should get what I paid for. I’m 100% positive if any of those employees paid for something and never got what they paid for and not so much as told that what they asked for was unavailable they’d be upset, but I guess Krispy Kreme’s new motto is never mind the customer, take what you get, and move along as long as we get your money. I’ll be checking my order from now on

This is the 4th time coming here and leaving with nothing. 4pm in the afternoon and they have not one of the berry donuts they are promoting. NOTHING BUT THE new type creme puffs, strawberry frosted and cake batter. I ASKED if they would be making more today and was told yes but they would be for tomorrow. What about today? I live an hour away so it is disappointing that 3 times now they have not had any donuts I like and I have left empty handed. I WAS NOT the only one either. 3 others came in right after me and all left when told there were no more donuts. WHY CANT YOU MAKE MORE DONUTS WHEN YOU RUN OUT? IS THERE SOME RULE YOU CANT SELL BUT SO MANY IN A DAY? I MEAN THEY ARE OPEN TILL 11PM SO 7 MORE HOURS OF HAVING NONE OF WHAT PEOPLE WANT. IS IT LAZINESS OR WHAT? BECAUSE it isnt like you have to make so many they would go bad. I WOULD THINK ONE BATCH COULD BE MADE AND split up to make the different kinds. Absolutely ridiculous.So just came back here at 6 am and still no donuts. None of the special berry donuts as advertised and told later they will only have mixed berry. Why advertise them if you arent going to have them. I thought surely if I made the trip first thing in the morning they would have them but guess I was wrong. Very disappointed once again.

I took my great granddaughter, Paityn to Krispy Kreme, for some delicious glazed donuts!!.Hot Light On!! Yessssss!! Then, off for a walk.

This was my very 1st visit to a Krispy Kreme store. I absolutely loved the freshness of my filled selections and the price was surprising reasonable. Ill definitely be going back!

Perfectly fresh donuts but the staff could be more attentive and could speak up more, everytime you ask a question you cant hear them due to it being so busy plus they are basically whispering I guess because they are shy or something but you cant understand them and it makes it very difficult ordering sometimes! Besides that its always awesome!

I just went through the drive thru and ordered 3 original cream filled donuts. The donuts did not have any cream in them at all and they were not fresh. I called the store to politely let them know that they might not want to serve any more of these donuts and the female employee hung up on me. Poor customer service.

I had the worst experience from Krispy Kreme. I went to Krispy Kreme after 6 am and there was no one in the drive-thru line. One dozen of Original Glaze donuts were purchased. When I grabbed the box, I didnt think anything was wrong. When I got to work, I realized the donuts were old and not hot. I have called the manager and she said the machine was not working. I dont understand why Krispy Kreme would sell me old donuts. This is not good business!

Krispy Kreme donuts have definitely changed. They are a little darker in color, smaller in size, and much tougher. They do not melt in your mouth the way they used to. Why change of the recipe? I’m disappointed.

What is going on at Krispy Kreme!! I went into the store and there are hardly any donuts 🍩 to choose. The cashier informed me that the hot donuts I couldn’t get but I had to settle for the ones on a rack that she told me were made early this morning. It’s almost 9:00 at night. The only other selections they had were chocolate frosted, raspberry filled, and creamed filled. The quality has definitely suffered severely. There were three cashiers, three people placing the HOT donuts on trays, and another two people in the back. So I can’t believe that it’s a manpower shortage problem. I heard another cashier state to the other cashier “that’s all the donuts we have? They (customersare going to be mad tonight”.

I was getting a free dozen on a Red Cross promotion. The cashier asked me if I wanted to wait a couple of minutes because some hot 🔥 doughnuts were just coming out of the fryer. YES PLEASE! She was very pleasant. Wish I had gotten her name.

I went to the store to get doughnuts on Saturday morning (8am-ishand pulled up to the drive thru to learn they didnt have any glazed doughnuts. I asked when they would have them ready and they said after 9. Ive never known Krispy Kreme to not have their glazed signature doughnuts. The cashier acted frustrated when I asked how long it might be.

There is nothing better than a hot Krispy Kreme and a cup of coffee! It is a regular trip for us when my grandkids come. All there selections are great! I too am sad they quit making cinnamon buns! The were my favorite. If you have never tried a Krispy Kreme, you need to get in there!!

Ive been in Greenville my whole life. And growing up in the Greene st, Washington St, Cotanche St, 12th St area, the Air always smells like KRISPY KREME! But these St Patricks doughnuts were extra delicious, just because they were green!

I was so happy to find a Krispy Kreme, none where I live but they dont sell my favorite donut anymore and the location I went to doesnt make the cheesecake donut. But it was still good

I guess Im just lucky! Always great customer service. Delicious donuts per usual. I love coming to Krispy Kreme anytime I get a sweet tooth! Tsk *I just wish they made the lemon and raspberry filling extra sweet* The only donut flavors I havent tried are the pumpkin spice, strawberry iced with sprinkles, apple fritter, glazed blueberry cake, and the New York cheesecake. OMG!!!

I love me some Kristin Kreme donuts. I visited this location while on vacation and I was very pleased with both the service and the selection of donuts.Workers were all helpful and pleasant. Store was immaculately clean
