Krispy Kreme in O'Fallon

Closed the last 3 times Ive visited for "equipment issues, but place is full of employees sitting at tables and talking.

They say the hot light is on. No hot donuts. Sometimes the physical hot light on the store. No hot donuts. Call and ask, they say when itll be on. Call back then, no hot donuts. They had hot donuts once and gave me a cold dozen. I wouldnt recommend trying this hard; find a good independent shop near you. In Edwardsville I recommend the Donut Palace. In Maryville, try Little Taste of Heaven. Heck, Red Robin has good donuts.

This is hard to rate. The doughnuts are great. But its not so clean. They dont have a good selection. Like some doughnuts have some filling but they dont correctly fill the doughnuts or some dont have any filling inside when clearly they are supposed to have filling. So if u go to website this Krispy Kreme isnt having what the website have. No cinnamon rolls unless its sunday. Weird. Like the original glazed kreme filled do not have kreme in it. They told me that it doesnt come with kreme inside. If you look at website it says kreme filled. And i like to watch fresh doughnuts roll around the conveyor belt looks like they never clean it. I found another Krispy Kreme st.l but they baked doughnuts in oven the last time i went to different Krispy Kreme never again at the stl location. So this Fairveiw Heights will just have to do. I have slacked up going because of the selection.

The donuts were not fresh.. Will now start going to Dunkin donuts where I know they are much fresher

Ordered a dozen donuts but apparently they dont know how to count. Was short two donuts. Called the manager even though I was refunded three donuts its was a big inconvenience. Didnt even bother to apologize.

I gave a one because zero isnt an option. Chaos ensued when I went to pick up my order. It was a pick up order but they had the door locked with a mile long drive thru. So my order just sat getting old while I had to wait and wait to get through the drive thru line, all because they "completed" the order which made it so I couldnt just cancel it and leave. They didnt even apologize when I finally made it to the window. Horrible experience. I wont be back, at least not for some years

What is the point of having the Halloween donuts on your ordering boarding then when you go to order them you say you are sorry we are not making them what a waste of gas and time

They are only doing drive thru at the moment. Went pretty quickly. But just like everywhere under staffed . So have patience. Staff was very nice .

Inside was closed due to not having enough people to work. And apparently you can only use the drive thru for placed online orders.

I have had better doughnuts. Price is very high but I used coupon.

Every Friday is a treat for my granddaughter. I pick her up from school and she always has to go by Krispy Kreme to get her chocolate sprinkle donut and a cup of glazed holes. She loves them!

Lovely young lady at the register who boxed us up. She has such a bright and kind demeanor.

Outrageous prices for so-so donuts. First time in 17 years I tried their donuts -- and probably the last. Dont see what all the fuss is about! Used the drive through and the staff was friendly.

If you want to want to waste your time, go to this location.I waited in line for over 20 minutes before getting to the speaker. Once at the speaker, I waited another 5 before saying "hello" since no one had said anything, only to be rudely told "wait a minute". Which was not only said rudely, should have been unnecessary since there was only one car ahead of me in line at this point and they had already paid. When she finally got back on and told me to order (again, quite rudelyI was told that what I was there to order- the pumpkin spice lover dozen- is something they were not selling, even though it was being advertised on their windows and menu board in drive through.Anytime I have been to this location, the service has always been subpar, but Ive continued to go since they are the only close location. Guess its time to give up on them completely.

Went on Chocolate Glazed Day only to be told "We are out of chocolate glazed". Ive never had that happen before. The doughnuts I did get didnt taste as fresh as usual.

I love their donuts fresh out the oven!! The prices are just a little high for me to enjoy them more often...

WORST DONUTS!!!!This place used to have good donuts.Now, no, taste like they were frozen and stuck in a microwave. No flavor at all, lifeless. Custard donuts have a drop of custard, if you are lucky.Never again

I usually love Krispy Kreme but lately its been terrible. One time I ordered lemon filled and got home and none had filling. I let it go. Today, May 21 I bought a dozen glaze and they look old. Come on Krispy Kreme, please get it right! Not okay

Often have hot donuts which is the best part. Sometimes slow service and wish they were 24 hours like other KKs.

The donuts was hot and fresh and the worker at the drive thru window was very friendly.

If you dont mind not getting what you pay for then you will love this place. Ordered a medium iced latte .. got a small and it wasnt right. Paid extra for flavor shots in my large coffee. Nothing was added that I paid extra for. Donuts where ok . Waited forever for nothing being right.

Very unprofessional and disrespectful person working in this shop. I love Krispy cream and their quality but they don’t value your loyalty. Ordered online for the job meeting and was supposed to be ready for pick up at 7:30am. Got there at 7:20 and waited at the drive through for 30 min yet no sign of my order. Finally they brought me order and was the wrong one after asking my name in order twice. After another 10 min they did brought my donuts but no coffee. I asked the lady that I need them for business meeting at 9am and I am getting late. No response and she just closed the window after 10 more min brought the coffee box but no sugar, creamer and cups. I asked her I need cups and other coffee supplies she just rolled her eyes and closed the window and no words. I could not take it anymore so just let the store without getting my coffee box.

Ah yes the one great lords of donuts the other is woods bakery they both compare pretty well go inside and get a regular glazed fresh delicious.

The staff was friendly and the donuts were fresh, theres a large variety, and tasted amazing. Id highly recommend you going here.

I was floored by their generosity! They comped each of my kids 6 assorted donuts for good grades (so good some didnt even make it home), and even comped me a fabulous white mocha latte for being a good parent. Ill definitely be back!

Donuts are always freshly made, but since there isnt any indoor serving, the drive-thru lines are always long.

Last two times I pull in because the hot sign is on. I specifically ask for the hot doughnuts.Get home to find they gave me the cold ones... again.Rude dudes at the window could spend less time on their phones and more time getting thing right.

Very slow. So slow it’s ridiculous. Don’t go if you’re in a crunch for time. No one here has a sense of urgency and it shows. Take 10 minutes to get your order taken, and another 10 to get it. And after all that, with the light being on my doughnuts were COLD!

We tried to use rewards thru drive thru and had a special going and was told wrong information about it even though had it pulled up on the phone. Plus it of certain donuts. So ended up inside afterwards anyway and was totally taken care of very impressed with how it was handled thank u. We will b back to this location thank u.

Cashier Breanna 241.We got in line at the drive thru, it took 30 minutes to get to the speaker to order. I ordered 1 dozen assorted donuts, she asked if I wanted to pick, I told her that she could pick. Another 15 minutes to get to the window, 5 people standing at the window talking, the girl asked me what did you order? I responded again the 1 dozen assorted, pay $12.13, another 5 minutes, she hands me the box, as we drive forward I stop and check, we have 12 glazed donuts. I pull over and park and walk inside. The young gentleman tells me they dont have alot of a selection and picks 12 assorted donuts. We left there and went to taco bell it took 5 minutes. This was crazy. Next time I will go to Dunkin Donuts.

Took so long for someone to take my order at the intercom. Sat in silence for 20 minutes until someone took my order. The Iced latte advertised on the menu looked nothing like the coffee I received. Seems like it is all minors working and no aftual management on the site to keep the service going fast and efficient.

Worst service Ive ever had at any Krispy Kreme. I waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes. I mean its donuts arent they ready made? The worst service I may have had any drive thru ever. I dont even know why I waited.

They were out of almost all donuts except the glazed. Four of the donuts on the menu displayed in the drive through are not even being made any longer. And we waited in line 20 min before getting to the drive through speaker to even place an order. I will not be in any hurry to return to this place.

Terrible drive thru set up, goes out into the road. Has no system for delivery drivers and waiting in the drive thru takes 20-30 minutes. If they dont get this fixed will not be picking orders up from here again.Oh and the donuts were ice cold.

So I was told this is the new large from the snotty lady at the window! I tried to do the contact us on your site and it froze up twice.

Love the doughnuts but the staff sometimes seem moody. The drive thru is 24hrs but my daughter and i drove 45 min at 10pm to get doughnuts she was craving and no one was there. Drive thru lights on but no one was working. Other cars behind us as well. No note saying closed or anything. Very disappointed

Krispy Kreme is one of my favorite places to go to. You can get a dozen of glaze donuts for $11.00. Its worth it. They have different varieties of donuts for the whole family and cold milk to wash them down. Great customer service.

It took forever becase of one car. That wasnt the workers fault, but the donuts didnt taste fresh. The blueberry cake donut actually tasted a day old & it had an after taste of old grease. Even the jelly wasnt fresh. Very disappointing.

The line was wrapped around the entire building so Im assuming we would get fresh donuts. They didnt have to be hot and fresh. We drive down the street and open the box for the kids and these were the oldest, ashiest, hardest Krispy Kremes I ever had. I been there a couple of other times and this location isnt up to par. I could have just went to the grocery store to buy the 1-2 day old donuts that they sell. Just go to Dunkin donuts, its the next block over.

Quick and delicious. It’s Kristy kreme so you know the donuts are great. This location though. Long time in drive through went quickly. Fast and efficient staff. Pleasant to talk to. Great parking lot for traffic management.

Williamstown my favorite donut place, nothing Ive ever had beats the classic praise donut. But whenever they have some sort of holiday special I love picking up some fancy donuts for the kids. Right now theyve got the deal to get a dozen donuts for a dollar. Just a great way to make friends!

Medium coffee small cup like McDonalds kid size. Rude staff when asked if they give a military discount. They dont. Rude when I asked for napkins please.

I arrived late in the morning around 10:30 and was very pleased. Large variety and full trays combined with friendly service made for a satisfying visit.

Well it was National Donut Day so the drive thru did take 15-20 minutes but, I just love the raspberry filled!

I buy Krisoy Kreme donuts once a year. Usually I use the drive-up and its pretty easy. I went online to see if I could order them in advance to be ready for pickup. The website was great for showing types of donuts, but no info about pricing and apparently you cant order unless you join rewards club. Im just not interested in getting emails I dont need or want for a one time free box of donuts. I needed 3 dozen donuts this time so when I arrived about 7pm I went inside in order to not back up the drive-in. There were several customers inside eating free sample donuts. Checkout is profoundly slow even for a person just getting a couple of donuts and coffee. When it was finally my turn, it was clear to me that the server working the counter was unhappy about getting me 3 dozen donuts. Some of the selections I wanted were not in the counter display. I didnt bother to ask if they were available since I was clearly already an irritant. I had to repeat the donuts I wanted including pointing to them several times. Another worker came over to wait on the people who came in after me. They got 2 dozen donuts which didnt seem to be a problem for the other worker. However, that worker then left and I had to wait for the server waiting on me to ring up those people before ringing me up. Even though theres a price for an "assorted" dozen, each type of donut must be rung separately. I wasnt offered a free sample donut. I didnt want one, but it would have been nice to be offered. The donuts were good. I had no complaints from the folks I served them to the next morning. The chocolate glazed collection were popular. I especially like the chocolate raspberry jelly version. The plain donuts and custard filled are always popular too. If I go back, I will definitely stick with the drive-up rather than going inside.

I have to say thank you to the young lady at the drive-thru who told me about todays special event along with if you download the Krispy Kreme app there are some amazing perks such as new donut taste test day. When they come out with a new donut as an Awards member you get invited to a free event to taste test their new doughnut. Free always sounds good. But its yummiest when its a free doughnut & coffee. Go enjoy yourself!!! 🍩

Home of the best chain glaze donut. I love those things, especially when you can get a hot, fresh one right out of the fryer. If you arrive when the hot donuts sign is lit, you will get a free one when you walk in the store. Their assorted donuts are good too. Sometimes better than good, they mix up the lineup of the assorted with seasonal specials. The snowman and santa specials were cute and delicious. Not as good as some of our local bakeries but very good non the less.
