Probably the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. The workers have no sense of urgency, AT ALL!!! The owner(femalewas very rude and nasty. This place will drain you just by having you wait long and with the horrible customer service. Small own business failure for sure.

The only thing Ive ever ordered and always order is their Bistro club I believe its called and ita so good I Love it .. my review is solely based on the customer service. A couple of the girls arent very welcoming and when speaking to the "manager" she looked at me like I was crazy and was told if theyre too busy that they dont answer phone but trust me theres enough girls in there to answer a phone call that particular day there was hardly anyone dining in the shop. I feel theyre a bit prejudice as well because even before the phone situation they always seem to be in a bad mood and give ma a what are you doing here vibe. Im like girl Im just trying to eat . Guess they didnt like that I asked for a lemonade which they dont have by the way its blended. Also Ive worked in the food industry in much bigger restaurants with bigger rush hours . All in all they need some training in customer service and food hospitalityRecent update: like I understand the homeless can be a bit tricky to deal with but no need to be rude especially when it looks as though she did order a coffeeI work nearby so it sadness me to see such poor customer service still to this day its like if you hate people so much find another job !!!

A little too heavy on the syrup in an iced latte, but overall good place for coffee.

This is definitely a locals bistro; very cozy, very homely.Kramers Koffee Bistro also has a great variety of blends and coffee and ciabatta sandwiches so yummy!

Had a great experience, good customer service, fast service and my ice blended mocha was delicious.

It was a cute coffee shop. Staff were super friendly and I was able to order something based on strict diet needs.

I had a great lunch experience there last Saturday, March 26, 22. Awesome little place. Tried calling twice to let them know but no answer.

Staff is unwelcoming. I’ve been there twice, the first I thought maybe they were having a bad day. Second time was even worse. The three women working in the front seem depressed and hating their job. Needs better staff. Food is bland, nothing to brag about. Coffee is good though.

The worst customer service.Ive been to this coffee shop before. I saw they were recently broken into and thought Id stop by and support a local business. I placed an online order for pick-up at 8:15. I arrived and they informed me they ran an out one item I ordered. No problem, replace with another. I received it. My coffee was still not ready, I continued to wait. It was about to be 8:30 and I inquired about it. A customer or two had arrived and were served promptly while was still waiting on my order. I was informed they were making it. I then went on to let them know,in a calm demeanor, It was supposed to be ready since 8:15 and its 8:30. At this point Ill be late for work. The tallest young lady walked away saying well shes making it and maybe dont come here "under her breath". I understand they were previously slammed prior to me arriving however they were taking orders and serving promptly to those just placing them. I did not appreciate the snide comments made by the young girl so I just walked out with just the one item in my hand leaving the coffee behind. As much as I like to support the community, I did not appreciate the rudeness when I was not being rude. Simply pointing like hey, Im still here waiting.

I read a 1 star review of this place about a drink they have that I have always wanted to try.I realized that maybe their drink was just a mishap, it appears to be the case because mine was excellent.It bewilders me when people are not strong enough in person to ask a business to fix what was wrong (which I’m sure they would be happy to do sobut they are “bold” enough to anonymously give a 1 star review on the internet. Maybe that is just what people who like McDonalds processed food do.

Great staff 👍 MUST TRY the Kona Mocha Iced Coffee. This place is where to go if you want some REAL coffee

OMG, I love this place. I just come here to sit and enjoy my coffee in peace. They do have some amazing breakfast choices.

This place is adorable and the food delicious.It seemed a bit busy but service was still good. Its just a little... cramped on the inside.So just a warning for those nervous in tight spaces.

Good Turkey Club, though I thought it was odd to have Parmesan cheese liberally sprinkled on the outside of the sandwich, making for a mess. Coffee isn’t anything to write home about and I was a little disappointed to see that for an additional $1.50 the side of pasta salad was barely 3/4 cups worth and grocery store quality. Despite being busy they seemed timely, though I wasn’t acknowledge at all when I came to pick up my online order despite there being no line at the time and just had to find my order on the counter on my own. I’d go again but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it or feel particularly inclined to take visitors to eat here.

Waiting to meet up with my daughter to go to Elliots Pet Store. I walked the little plaza area off of Brockton. Came across Kraemers Koffee Bistro. Looking through the window I noticed they had my favorite drink, Chai tea latte. And even better, spicy to bring in the holiday warmth. Never been to Kraemers Koffee, and let me tell you Ive been missing out on some good tasting Chai. I even dare say its better than Starbucks. I definitely will be going back.Oh the customer service was awesome too.

My first time here and I was not disappointed. Had a delicious Tuna Melt Panini with a frozen lemonade. Great customer service. I will definitely be coming back again!

Well spaced outdoor seating. So many yummy choices on the menu and flavors for coffee and steamers. Order online or at the bistro. They have plenty of regulars because this place is worth coming back to for breakfast, lunch, or a quick drink & snack for the road

Great place for Coffee and a sandwich! I was going to Starbucks up the street every morning and one day the drive-thru was so backed up that I ended up finding this spot only a couple blocks away!Plenty of street-side parking (if you’re in a hurry like me), fast service and wonderful food.What more can you ask for?

The quintessential local coffee shop. This is the type of place you bring a good friend visiting from out-of-town if you want them to get a true taste of Riverside.Always great service, clean environment, and very friendly staff.Very good option if you want to pick something small up quick, sit and chat with a friend, or enjoy a good book.

First time here, Ordered asiago bagel sandwich and latte, orders and drinks ordered after me came out before mine. My order was tasty and coffee nice strength. Place needs a good cleaning, dust on fans and some light paint to cover scuffs. It was busy while i waited so its an obvious fav of people.

Staff is always super nice nd welcoming ! Their iced lattes and hot lattes are a big go to . The flavors are always consistent and never watered down no matter the hour you order . If you have any questions or need modifications theyre always very helpful .Pricing is also decent. This was one fine bistro, I enjoyed the reg americano coffee, bagel, and friendly atmosphere. Thats the way to start your day, keeps you going all day long. That smile and greeting really helps also when you may not "be feelin it" so early in the morning.

I had the Spiced Chai tea and a ham, cheese and egg croissant. The Chai tea was so creamy and rich. So much better than the famous guy ( you know who). The sandwich was very good. I would be back for the tea for sure.

This place is nice. But I give only 4 stars because the coffee they said extra hot is not actually hot. We had Sandwich as well which was pretty good.

Jake and Vanessa are the best. I’ve been coming here since 1993 when the mom owned it and they feel like family. Great food, coffee and vibes!

Popped in to get some bfast food and coffee for a sick friend and found this gem. Nestled in an old town business strip, this place beats the heck out of any corporate coffee shop or store. Wonderful service, great prices and atmosphere. I would love to be a regular here someday :@)

The staff is very friendly and helpful with ordering. I ordered a caramel latte for myself and a hot chocolate for my daughter. We both liked our drinks.

This is a great place for a coffee and a sandwich. Friendly baristas who are very helpful. My wife loved their iced Dirty Chai and I had a good iced coffee. Their sandwiches were pretty good as well. It has a nice, relaxing vibe.

Wow! I asked my daughter to find a place to go get some breakfast because we just got in from LAX, we were hungry, and stil had a 45 min drive home. She found a keeper! We both loved this place! Cozy little coffee bistro that you can tell the locals just love! And so did we!! The food was fresh. You can build the breakfast or lunch sandwich they way you want it. They have coffe, tea, and they might have smoothies too, but I dont really remember. The staff was very friendly and more than happy to answer any questions we had. It is visible from the street ifyou have someone else looking for the signage, but if they/you blink, youll miss the signage. So look for Elliotts Pet Store because its just a couple of shops down from there. If you plan on going, park behind the strip of shops where Elliotts Pet Store is, and walk down the walk way that separates the strip of shops and youll find Kraemers Koffee Bistro. When Im in Riverside, this is my new favorite place!!

This place is good, but Ive had better. Thats the only reason for the 3 stars. Its not spectacular but it is good. The iced Americano I got was a bit on the strong side so thats good if you like that. The tuna melt was good but not what I expected. It was a little sweet due to the sweet pickles used. Sweet pickles arent usually my thing. I did love the applesauce that they served with my lunch. Id try this place again. This is a great spot for studying though. 😀 Its pretty calm and quiet for a coffee shop.

I recently moved from Temecula and have tried finding a place that matches the quality and comfort of the independent coffee shop by my house. Kramers has filled that roll! They have a super friendly staff and the coffee and food are great.

Love this place! I come here almost everyday. Coffee and food are good quality and reasonably priced. Kind of a local hangout with great mix of older and younger people and even families. Owners and staff are very friendly. Owed and operated by a local family not some heartless corporation which makes a big difference in quality, price and customer service. Highly recommend this place for coffee, breakfast or lunch.

I usually only come to Kraemers when I get my haircut only because I dont live close enough to this little coffee bistro to get coffee here more often. Its probably one of my favor little coffee places - they have a great variety of delicious breakfast and lunch options and their coffee is so tasty. Its a quaint little coffee shop with a lot of local and repeat customers. The baristas here are very friendly and for the number of staff they have their service is very quick.

For a 5 star average rating, this place disappointed.Ordered a Kona Mocha Iced Latte. The drink tasted like chocolate milk with earth undertones. No true coffee robustness was found in the drink. There are so many other places that can deliver in delicious coffee drinks, the competition is high.Also ordered the breakfast sandwich ( Ham Egg n Cheese on English muffinand was disappointed once more. The sandwich was well constructed portion wise, but the ham was that of poorer quality. I honestly enjoy McDonalds version much more.Not sure how this place is so highly rated, but found most ratings are 2016 and prior years. Perhaps the food and drink quality has since changed for the worse.

Coffee tastes great. Lots of healthy options and service is so friendly and personal. I just wish they would offer plain creamer. I dont care for the added sugar in coffee creamer. I just wish there was a pain cream option. Thats my only gripe.

This a little Family owned coffee shop in the good old Brockton arcade, they have some pretty flavorful coffee blends, and are always positive and happy to serve you. They do make Paninis and what not as well. Due to diet limitations I have not eaten there, but it always smells wonderful!

The atmosphere is so chill and the people who work there are so friendly and really care about their customers. Way better than Starbucks and cheaper. A true hidden gem. Even the food is great!
