Good rooms, dont know if its just the country or what but my nose is clogged like crazy. The hotel is nice with a decent swimming pool and gym. Has a little restaurant as well but we ate out the entire time we stayed. All in all its worth the money.

Amazing hotel. Super clean and spacious rooms. Really good location, can literally just walk out and head for dinner. Also has amazing views and was fairly priced. Can also have breakfast for 150 tbh p/p and it was nice and varied. I’d recommend again here.

Probably the best deal at ao nang beach!!!We stayed 3 people on a beautiful seaside view room include breakfast for only 1550 baht.we stayed 4 nights.The room is very very clean as well the rest of the hotel.The swimming pool is clean and with many shades area.Service was amazing.Location 4-5 minutes to the beachBreakfast with basic thai and western food but they cooking good.The only thing that can be improve is the shower head.overall i cant complain,its was way beyond all my expectations.

A high end hotel with a very affordable rate. The rooms and pool were really clean and it had the best shower I’ve had in Thailand. Stayed here on 2 separate occasions and would definitely stay if I’m here again.

Adequate room -good ac & clean and okay pool, good location is the reason we stayed.Biggest flaw is the noise from club nearby..music and screaming until all hours is absolutely intolerable.Hotel has no staff and seems like very few people staying here so no atmosphere or service. Wouldn’t recommend or come back due to lack of sleep.

Great hotel but a bit outdated. Got a good price on it so everything was fine.Located right next to the bars so if thats your thing its great

Absolutely loved our stay here. We were here for only 3 days but when we come back to Thailand we will stay about a week. The service and staff were amazing.

Stayed here for 1 week and loved our sea view room. Maids were lovely and topped up toiletries, waters/tea/coffee everyday. Great quiet location that’s close to beach and restaurants. Pool was excellent and we had it to ourselves most of the time. Breakfast was good if you fancy all you can eat for 150baht, didn’t see another places with this value. Wifi wasn’t the fasted but mentioned it to reception and they sorted straight away. Would recommend and stay again in future especially at £20 per night!

Great value hotel, room was clean and well maintained. Our view was of the city side so a bit ordinary, but I did notice rooms on the opposite side with nice mountain and see views.Breakfast had everything needed good selection of thai food, cereals, breads and also an egg station. Coffee was ok.The soi leading to the hotel was abandoned due to covid and a bit messy.

I dont book hotels twice but this one, I will surely return.Everything was breathe taking, booked the mountain view and I had an ocean view also from my room.The hotel, the staff and location is just perfect.Krabi gives you the same access to the islands as Patong or Phuket, but it is more relaxed, chilled and vacation mode.

The location of this hotel is excellent, and just a few minutes walk from the beach where you take the boats for tours. The staff were not friendly, and the rooms passed their time a while ago. We had ants in our room and had to request them to do something while we were out. The breakfast food was basic, so don’t have big expectations. I wont be coming back.

seen room price on agoda 560, when I arrived it was 750,Had no choice took room,Amazing SHA+LOL.,I removed aircon filters washed in bath tub they were filthy the water was brown,.The sink tap was very loose,The shower head flew off due to high pressure hit me in the head, the second time it flew off hit my toe blood everywhere as Im on warfrin,..not a 70yr old pensioner though.Was not happy, the compressor outside my tiny balcony is the loudest Ive ever heard, the balcony its self no joke my knees where touching my friends knees when we sat in the chairs,.The fridge is smaller than the one I have in my motorhome,.there were screaming kids running up and down the corridors after 11pm for 3 nights, parents or manager did nothing, to make things worse, much to my complete disgust, the next day reception called, you check out today sir, I said I may stay 3 more nights, ok price increase now to 900, i could not believe this, for what reason I said, oh different price every dayhotel occupancy full,lol it was 90%empty...So you move in on agreed price which I said could be 5 nights, but they price change when your in...disgusting behaviour....leaving early now at agreed move in price,..so thought Id share how this place is...avoid it.Garden bungalows in nicer quiter places same price only 5minutes away,..Never in my life I been almost ripped off when I move in 2 nights later fir a higher price in a empty hotel....never again.I live here too

Hot & Humid.No aircon in the lobby, gym, or the dining area. There are a couple of fans, but they are reluctant to turn them on.Perfect location for the best nightlife area in Ao Nang.Small but adequate pool....good for the kids.Proper bathroom with separate deep tub and a shower.Decent fridge, free bottled water, and a kettle.Small balcony, but the superior Seaview room on the top (4thfloor was fantastic!

Very clean and well kept hotel all over. Staff are really nice and even helped us with our bags to the fourth floor. Bed was really comfortable and was really nice to have a separate bath and shower. Breakfast was a wide variety buffet and even someone cooking eggs in front of you just to your liking. Overall really enjoyed our stay here and would 100% stay again.

Nice hotel about block up the hill from the beach. Overall a solid place with helpful staff just off the main road.

Close to beach, vegetarian food hub, day and night market, you can easily take tuk tuk near to hotel and can go to other side of the city. Krabi Heritage is good hotel with all facilities. We got sweet bedroom and beach side view.

Very nice and clean, the staff is super nice and helpful, there is a medium size pool which is always clean and part of her fit for children. Excellent air-condition, hot water in the shower! Nice view to the sea and mountains, nice breakfast also. And good prices.

Nice hotel with clean and well apportioned rooms. Facilities seems nice but when there in March 2021 the place was eerily vacant. The fantastic price reflected the reduced services and quiet times.

I rest here for 2 night.during covid-19. My room is with beach sea view side. The Hotel look 90s, old school. The room and very clean have fitness and public pool for swim.

Good location. Super nice staff. Hotel in good condition, really good breakfast. Some disturbing noise from the bar street in the evenings. And the rooms are a bit small. Close to 5 stars but the noise takes away the last one.

I had a horrible stay there due to the following:1. Right next to the hotel, there is an outdoor bar with extremely loud music until 3 AM everyday. I felt there was a club in my room.2. I talked to the receptionist for possible room change. They lied to me saying fully booked, but I see very few people staying there when having breakfast (like 15-20 people each day).3. One girl at the reception was unfriendly.4. The whole area is over touristic. You can never calm down and relax.

The view from our hotel room. Was a really nice stay and the staff worked well with my fiancée to provide a nice surprise to the room for my birthday. That little bit goes a long way. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel based on what you get for price and convenience of being nearby to everything - beach, main streets, food center, local shops, restaurants, night entertainment and massages.

Great location. V close to the beach, spas (lets relax spa & ruen sukhothai), and great food (Jennas Bar & Bistro).Breakfast variety and quality is average but decent. Room service quality is great.Housekeeping is unfortunately rather poor. When we arrived, our WC wasnt cleaned properly and when called to clean it, they used dry towels and didnt bother to sanitise first with appropriate cleaning products.Reception staff are friendly and helpful though.

Overall a good hotel but for the cost you can probably get something a bit nicer. The staff is incredibly friendly but the breakfast buffet was disappointing and everything seems to shut down around 10pm. The bed was massive though, and comfortable. A guide for the TV might have been nice. Didnt end up using their concierge for much aside from a taxi to the airport, for which she was helpful and nice.

One of the best hotel in budget. Room was big with all the amenities. The mountain view from balcony was breathtaking. Many options in buffet breakfast. Bathtub in bathroom. Location is also very good, close to the beach.

Awesome hotel that comes in budget. It has its own pool, bath tub and stunning view of mountain from the balcony. Food which we ordered from the menu was delicious. Price of liquor of minibar was nominal. Hotel is very beautiful and location is close to the beach.

Very comfortable room and the hotel wasnt too crowded. It has a nice pool at 0.65m deep and 1.65m deep, with lazy chairs by the pool. Theres a gym available open from 6am to 10pm.Theres option for mountain view rooms and the room & hall way is spacious enough that even if theres noise, youll hear minimal disturbance.The hotel is also walking distance to many shops, restaurants and the beach.

For the price I was very impressed. Excellent lobby and facilities. Wifi was excellent, decent selection of English language channels. Interior design was modern and tasteful. Lovely views. Staff were brilliant, very friendly, very professional. And the breakfast was pretty good too, with a lovely setting. Pool was modest but perfectly adequate.

Excellent hotel! Great location, just a minute walk into the Main Street (the main street that leads to beach road/beach), but inside a small street so it’s quiet and calm. 5 minute walk to the beach, but doesn’t feel like it as you are walking through a busy street with lots to look at on the way. Lobby clean and big, staff are welcoming and friendly. Staff explain everything when you come in, and walk you to your room to explain details further (ie pool hours, safety deposit box, towels, breakfast etc). Room is super clean, spacious, modern. Pool and pool area are nice and clean. We’ve been traveling Thailand for the past 2.5 weeks, and we were so grateful to land in this hotel where we feel comfortable - definitely getting a “luxurious” experience here in comparison to all the places we’ve stayed at with similar star rating. Everything in hotel seems newly upgraded. The only negatives I can think of: internet in room kicks in and out, pillows are super thick and hard - but those are really nothing to complain about (first world problems). Highly recommend!
