Krabi Front Bay Resort in Krabi

The room was spacious and well presented, love the bathtubs! The location is nice, next to the river.We thought that the service could be improved. There was no taxi or shuttle in place (apparently they have one driver for the shuttle and he was on sick leave...), no toothbrush and toothpaste in the room...and no room service...its strange because the way the hotel is presented it seems like at least a 4 stars...so please raise your service standard!!!

Decent hotel with basic facilities, a decent enough swimming pool. Its Muslim owned and provides halal breakfast in the morning, which was a great plus point for us. Our messenger exchanges with the hotel representative was very smooth and they were always quick to respond. The rooms are a bit dated but we found it clean & tidy during check-in.

Loved this hotel. A nice roof top pool and gym. Great rooms and cheap!

Nice laid back place with good views over the river estuary. Clean and comfortable rooms with a good breakfast. One downside is that its a fair hike into town over a small hill and transport can be troublesome though the hotel does do a couple of complimentary runs into town during the day.

Enjoyed a 4 night stay at this hotel, staff were very welcoming, although we thought the breakfast selection was very limited, had one rather disappointing steak meal on the first night, which was returned to the kitchen virtually untouched as the steak was tough and not cooked as requested, no comment was made by the staff and we were charged the full cost of the meal. Not exceptable! The following 3 evenings we dined elsewhere as we didnt feel we had been treated appropriately. Booked hotel purely for its location and views over the river and sea, we were not disappointed.

Service was impeccable. I checked in late and the receptionist at the counter was able to help me through check-in and next day reservations for transportation. Great English. Polite staff. The breakfast was a buffet that was halal food. The rooms were spotless clean, sheets were clean, and bathroom was clean. Towels were fresh. Lobby was chill and comfy. Internet was fast and reliable. I enjoyed my stay at the resort.

We had a great stay at the Krabi Front Bay Resort! The staff was very friendly and always delivered excellent service. We can highly recommend staying here when visiting Krabi. They offer free shuttle service to Krabi town and help you book some day trips if you want to visit some of the beautiful islands around. Also, the food and drinks at the restaurant are delicious!

This was one of the best places we visited. The special thing about this place was the memories we will cherish for rest of our lives. Our honeymoon spot. Yes this is indeed very beautiful, spacious, calm, serene place. We experienced a bit different culture and hospitality over there. Rooms were beautiful, seaview from balcony added charm to it!! We loved this place

Nice, clean hotel with nice and kind staff. The location is not the best, but the offer offers free shuttle bus to the center (it is about 5-6 minutes drive). The buses are in every 2 hours from 8 am to 10 pm. The hotel has a restaurant next to it and a pool on the third floor with a small bar. The breakfast is nice. Next time, when we are in Krabi, we will stay again in this hotel.

This hotel was very big and beautiful, and the pool was fantastic with great views. The rooms were also very spacious and nice. Only downfall was the food in the restaurant wasnt great and there wasnt much variety in what you choose to eat so we ate once and wouldnt eat there again. Its also hard trying to communicate with staff as they dont understand or speak English very well, they also overcharged us a few times on our mini bar, room service and tried adding extra onto our breakfast after telling us a fixed price. I would have gave more stars too if there was a shop nearby that sold more stuff, the closest shop barely sold a thing and it was hard finding staff near the pool to get drinks etc it seemed they were never open.

Loved the experience at this place. Muslim-friendly and the food are all halal. The room is spacious with free WiFi, and the pool is gorgeous. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. Absolutely recommended for anyone who wants to have a worry-free stay near Krabi Town.

Comfy, spacious room with a delightful view. The facilities are good. The swimming pool has a Mediterranean feel to it which feels quite luxurious and looks lovely during sunset. The staffs are friendly and responsive. The hotel also provide bus shuttles for accommodation.

The hotel restaurant and the restaurant in the opposite are halal. For restaurant hotel buffet had limited choices of food and the quality was so so. The restaurant in the opposite were quite expensive considering the food taste.The room is nice although the bathroom had low light. The swimming pool was warm and the chlorine was not so much. The staffs were very friendly.The beach was dull and not clear.
