Kouzina greek food - Greek restaurant in Sao Paulo, Brazil
Kouzina greek food in Sao Paulo
Description
Privilege
Expensive and not always well thought through - I got an enormous and delicious house salad for nearly the same price as my son’s exorbitant “kids meal” (nearly 50R, just spaghetti and olive oil - a tasteless “sod off”meal, made worse by them making it a small serving but charging a full pasta price)
MoreLula empanada big price small plate. Moussaka no eggplant just patatoes. Friendly service for lousy meal.
MoreAmbience: Ever stood in a freshly painted white room with nothing in it so you hear an echo when you speak? Now imagine this room packed with people having a dinner conversation while seated on lousy chairs. Thats what some would call boho chique, one assumes. Cool.Food: imagine a slab of salad with a slab of ham, and a wheel of goat cheese got drowned in honey, half-cut figs lined up around it as witnesses to whats called here a Greek salad.Drinks: The G&T was excellent.Service: Cant comment these guys almost didnt show up. They did though pull the stunt to overcharge on service charge. Cmon for real
MoreNot cheap, still worth the visit.
I love their mousaka
Great Greek restaurant, original dishes and moderately priced. Really enjoyed it
Try out the Papoutsakia, stuffed eggplant with minced meat. Top dish!
Good, but a bit overpriced.
Good food and dog friendly.
Good dishes, but the waiters are not that attentive.
Really good. Just loved the goat cheese appetizer. Sweet and salty. Good lamb stuff. Still gotta try their moussaka. It looks pretty tho
MoreGreat interior design and the food is well prepared, but lacks flavor. The lamb had hardly any lamb flavor.
MoreGreat food and very polite servers. The menu varies from a lot of different types of meat to vegetarian options and theyre not expensive for the area. The setting is cozy and it does remind you a lot of Greece, which is great! It could be less dark at night, though. I recommend it!
MoreGood price for the food and service you get.
This cute restaurant in Jardins serves up standard Greek fare. Overall I felt that our food tasted fresh but some dishes lacked flavor. The Greek salad had all the base ingredients but was missing the right balance of spices to liven it up. Really disappointing since this is such a staple dish. The Greek hummus, charred squash, and breads were really delicious though. They made up for the salad but I still hesitated giving them four, rather than three stars. Considering that my sister raves about their grilled octopus I decided to round upwards.
MoreExcellent food, but its always full! :(
Great Greek food in Jardins. They have both indoor and outdoors. The lemon potatoes were amazing. Service was good.
MoreGreat taste of Greece. The food and service are great and the price is more than reasonable.
MoreWow, the best Souvlaki I’ve had! Too bad they don’t have gyros but this was still delicious. I love the tzatziki. They could package it and sell it. It’s so cute and the space is lovely. Can’t wait to try more stuff!
MoreAmazing Greek restaurant in Sao Paulo.
Very nice place, it’s seems like You are in Greece. So cute decoration and cosy.
Morenice food however a bit noisy place
Delicious moussaka and souvlaki. Great service. The only downside is how noisy the place becomes when crowded.
MoreGood food, very noisy and service was not great
Great location and Awesome little space - well decorated considering the size of the plot. Service was good but the waiter served us could smile more and be more friendly. the food was very good but missed flavor in some dishes (fried zucchini and calamari). The chicken souvlaki, moussaka and the chickpeas spaghetti were excellent. Tzatziki was also really really tasty but they need to work on the pita bread, it looked more like a pancake. overall fantastic! would definitely recommend and go back again
MoreValet Parking is overpriced considering there is a parking spot right beside that is basically half the price. Food is overpriced as well but very good! Service was fine and space is cutely decorated but a bit tight.
MoreExcellent and authentic Greek food
The location is excellent, the staff, however, seem a bit lost and lacking organisation/skills. I had to wait over half am hour for two bloody marys. The food is ok at best, simple, unimaginative and rather industrialised. To complete the disaster of the food, not even the fact of the terrible Brazilian habit of not removing the pits from the olives, but the absolutely plastic, taste- and textureless feta, a moral sin in Greek cuisine!
MoreVery cosy ambiance, food is special and something new compared to other restaurants. Our choose was a bit unfortunate but still good.
MoreFairly authentic Greek food. Tasty cocktails. Wish the menu had more options like gyros, but still good. Unfortunately many times this place is completely packed and theres limited seating. If you dont want to wait 30 minutes for a table, then try going in the non-peak times
MoreNice, fresh, delicious food.Try the lamb and the fried squid. Also, stay at the porch if youre with a crowd, left at the door.
MoreNice food, trendy environment
Very good food, great atmosphere, service is good too! Everything was nice! This is a very “narrow” restaurant, expect some wait for the table! The Musaka they have is a bit different from the ones that I’ve had in Greece but it tastes as good!I recommend this restaurant! I want to go the one in Itaim, much bigger!
MoreLovely place. Small, only candles, no lights and conversation. A little bit noisy, but a peace of Greece.
MoreExcellent option for an informal...quickish meal. The chefs are very good, all the dishes well prepared.
MoreFood is delicious, service is adequate and prices are fair. Overall a great experience
MoreExcelent food and casual environment.
Great food and a great place. The service is good. I highly recommend this place.
MoreAn ok Greek restaurant, but very simple. The food is ok , nothing extraordinary.I have travelled in the Greek islands, and tasted a lot of real Greek food. This restaurant is doing an decent job, but like I said nothing special.......+ good atmosphere- expensive, slow service, confusing menu
Moregreat food, good service but wow, this place is loud...
Eggplant puree had seeds in it which threw off the consistency and texture.
I was only here for a drink to celebrate a friends birthday but the place seems good. Friendly and attentive staff. Relaxed atmosphere. A easy place for a drink after work.
MoreVery bad food! Grilled eggplant terrible, and hummus is from supermarket! Very bad red wine as well.
MoreLamb tasted delicious, as always (serves around 4 people, depending on how much they eat). Order one of their delicious starters as you wait for your table/main dish - given their quality at a reasonable price, the restaurant is frequently full of costumers. House wine served in a "pot" was way way better than the price suggested, worth a shot.
MoreThe food is nice but not marvelous. Can get very crowded in a few minutes, be sure to have a reservation or arrive early.
Morelovely atmosphere, and more importantly, good food
Very nice Greek bistro, a little over priced for the quality offered
Food is ok..great athmosphere
Good fresh food, but had to wait very long before getting a table
I would like to give them less than five stars, but, NO. It was a long waiting for a very good food, unretouchable. And I still hadnt hunger enough to eat a marvelous calamari spaghetti I love.Salad, meat, melanzane ... no comments.I am a neighbour in Jardins so Im not accostumed to wait so long among people from "abroad" but ... Good.
