One of best restaurants I have been to. Surprisingly unique ambience of mines with blues playing in the background. Food is especially outstanding over here. They are also very serious about maintaining heigeine throughout the restaurant. Highly recommended

Awesome food. Good ambience.Try their cheese burst mushroom, cheese fondue. The chicken olivetti is a bit risky for those who are not fond of spices, the flavour of snouf and the black pepper was lovely for me, but then may not be acceptable for a few. Prawn tempura was like prawn tempura.

Nice ambience, mining concept is bit unique. We took continental food, taste is very authentic. Quantity is at higher side. Price is very reasonable (interesting to know how they manage it to keep reasonable). What impressed me is staff behavior (e.g (1temp was very low inside , we brought extra clothes from car; they realized this and adjusted AC temp even before we request to do so. (2they mentioned that continental food will take longer time to prepare up front and managed the expectation at first instance. In reality it was not that late though); they feel for their customers. Will visit again.

The place looks pretty amazing. They have really kept up to the theme of the place. With the looks of the place and the sound effects, everything just seems to be in sync.Coming to the food, it is just great. Right from the starters where I tried their Fish Orley to the mains where I relished some Butter Tandoori Roti with mutton, it was a fantastic experience. The mutton could have been a bit better though.

The ambience and hospitality is good. Indian and oriental food is pretty good. Loved the Thai curry bowl. But there is lot room for improvement in the continental cuisine. We tried salmon and chicken roulade, though the portions were generous but taste and quality wise none of the above mentioned items were upto the mark.

A good eatery house with a thim of coal mine. They serve both Indian and continental food. The ambience is very nice and perfect place for taking the families and friends.It is situated at ground floor near 3rd water tank of Salt lake at AD block. The cost is reasonable considering their service quality and ambience. You can reach there by share auto from Ultodanga or Bidhannagar road railway station. All the routes to PNB goes by this restaurant. The cost will be per head 700-1000 for a full course meal including starter main course desert and mocktail.

A different environments with delicious foods & highly satisfying hospitality make your day perfect .Entire decoration is based on the view and atmosphere of a coal mine ... The dim lights and superbb cutlery sets give your dining a extra ordinary views .Now come to hospitality ... Its highly satisfying... Vey well maintained dining .. highly recommended...qualities and quantity of the foods are just perfect...and undoubtedly pocket friendly....Entire atmosphere gives an extra ordinary experience...But theres no particular place for parking.

This is one of my personal favourites. It’s that one place where you feel like returning again and again. Good ambiance, nice decors and a great variety of cuisine available which tastes great. Pinacolada and Cheese Fondue are my favourites along with Bharwan Aloo & Prawn Tempura.

The interior is cool. I would give 10/10 for services. One can get multi-cousin options. And I would recommend their Chinese dishes. But overall food quality is also very good !

This theme based restaurant serves good starters but the main course has scope for improvement. The cutlery is quite heavy. The lighting is low and has lot of dark areas.

Overall experience is good and above average.The ambience is created to give the feel the dining experience inside mining area by indulging the mining sound and lighting effects.The food is good and quantity served is limited.Must try is Lasagna, crispy babycorn, brownies with cream etc.They close very soon like 10 to 10:30 P.M.

Its another franchise of Kouzina. This outlet belongs to the mining theme. Decorated with dark theme abd yellow lights which looks similar to mining lanterns and with tracks that you see in mining. This outlet contains both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food items so anyone can enjoy the ambience and food here. The food menu is almost similar to the other outlets of Kouzina though I felt the taste of food is little better in Fly kouzina or Kouzina Marine. This restaurant is moderately crowded during evenings. The washroom is clean and hygienic. The portion size and price of the food is same as that of other kouzina outlets.

The best part is the quality of food, absolutely delicious with perfect flavours. The ambience is creative and service too good. Highly Recommended for a quality time with friends or family.

Nice place. The food is very pricey. Taste is good no issues there. But mutton items were not soft. Tried biriyani rogon josh both same chewy. Drinks are decent. Try the Jamaican mojito.Also quantity of food is avg. Order accordingly. Good thing is they have zomato pro so that helps 🥲

Staffs were courteous, ambience was good !But the service was very average.We have ordered blue lagoon, in which a fly was there, ordered registaani laal ghost, it was too salty and not like what the name defines.... however both the items have been replaced once we informed the staff about it.Service needs to be improved !!

Good food at reasonable price, but service too slow and bad. Had to ask for complete cutlery everytime, as well as wait alot for placing the order. They should manage their staff better, they are definitely not short handed as there are alot of service staff, looks poor management.

VERY DISAPPOINTING 😞 😕Went there for a Saturday lunch with a very high hope, but sadly it was an awful experiencefor us. There were couple of issues, which I would like to point out separately.1. There was cockroach on the table, they changed the table immediately, but why should it will be in the first place?2. We ordered Kouzina Miming Special platter, they didnt have prawns, we agreed to go ahead without that. But the fish item that they gave, it was completely rotten.3. They initially denied of the bad quality of fish, but then tried to give us something in exchange, which we politely denied, as the other items in the plate were almost finished.4. All the items were overpriced, comparing to the size of the item, specifically the appetizers. All the other items were mediocre, nothing exceptional atall.Overall it was a very very disappointing experience and I wont recommend anyone.

It was my first dine-in experience with underground mining set up themed restaurant - @kouzina located at Saltlake sector 1 (3 no Island). Been there with @Foodzpah, invited by @ShahBaaz Zaman. The dark & exotic ambience perfectly matches the theme of it. The food items are also well-cooked & very delicious.Items which I tried was :• Gandharaj Mahi Tikka 🍢• Chicken Tetrazzini 🍝• Vegetable Polao 🍚• Registani Lal Gosht 🍖• Oreo Chocolate Cheesecake 🥧

I can deal with the price for the ambience we experienced and time we spend... good music good food...

The experience was really nice. It is a mining themed restaurant, so the lighting was dimmed. Which made the ambience cozy. The food is a little high is price but it tasted really good and the portion size is also enough.

The whole theme is mining. As you pass through the gates, the sound of metals clinking is heard and the inner gate opens up into the space of the restaurant. There are safety helmets which are kept for children to add to the fun theme. The lighting is warm and the walls have different posters and stuff. The crockery is a sight to look at and the food tastes heavenly. We had our temperatures checked and the service was good. One problem that the people might face is that at some places the light is not enough and because of the warm hue, distinguishing the different colours of the food can be a task for people with eye power.

A good looking restaurant with cozy ambience in sector 1 in saltlake but the taste is not as good as the ambience. The quality of chicken and fish was low. The flavour were not coming out smoothly in these items and tasted blunt. The rice was simple and normal but the best was the pan fried noodles which had the little burnt flavour and the aroma was authentic. The preparation had soya sauce for pan fried, so anyone who wants a white base should order gravy/Cantonese and not pan fried.The prices are a bit on the higher side too.

Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly.The menus options are an excellent value.It’s definitely not like other expensive restaurants and you only get a small amount of food. Kouzina Mining Co. is a mining themed restaurant located in Sector 1, Salt Lake. This is an awesome place to hangout with friends and family.Price is bit high but considering the place and taste it is worthy. The servers are very efficient and Proficient at their work. The behaviour of all the staff members is very polite. They all maintain strict covid protocols.

The visit was scheduled during the Durga Pujas. Among the unusual rush, the quality of food was maintained which was impressive. The vegetarian Maharani platter is worth a try for appetizers as an assortment of kebabs can be tried. Ambience represented a cave like atmosphere, with miners having a gala time.

This place provides a stellar experience overall . From the food to the ambience, everything is top notch. I loved the service of the staff as well. Would totally recommend. Food that I personally loved was Chicken Olivetti, Cheese Naan with Hare Masaley ka Bhuna Murg and Tutti Frooti. Absolutely worth it ✨

The delicacies we tried out were chicken Olivetti, vegetable polao, Sunehri Nalli Gosht and Darsan . The mutton is a must try. Moreover, the ambience is one of a kind.

This place is something else. Have visited here earlier and the quality and taste of all the items have been the usual same i.e. delicious. Will recommend the Prawn Tempura , Bhuna Hara Murgh with Cheese Naan and the Tutty Fruity 😍😋

This is a very good and hygienic reastaurant in sector 1 salt lake. We have ordered both veg and non veg items and they were awesome. Maharani and maharaja platter was good for starters. Mint lemonade and blu lagoon was awesome. Chicken stick was also mouth watering. Service was good. Lunch in dim light with the mining experience will give you another flavour. Price is bit high but considering the place and taste it is worth. Note that they will charge you extra for service charge which can be removed if you ask to do so.

Well this place took the mining concept really seriously and provided the perfect ambience for a mine.Some places are a bit too dark though, but yes the low light and subtle music is good here.Coming to the food part, I personally felt that looking at the rates the quantity they provide is really less.Taste wise its good, not the best definitely, for instance we tried one of their speciality “Kaala pattar”Its a lot like chicken Sathe, but here the soy sauce flavour was a bit over powering, but that again depends a bit on the taste buds.We tried “Akbari Mahi Tikka”, it was delicious, but again the portions were a disappointment.The main course portions are still fine, the biriyani was nicely done, the noodles was a bit sweet for chilli garlic noodles.The garlic butter prawn could have been better but again the portions were a sheer disappointment.So overall, even though the ambience was well executed the food section could be a bit better according to me.

The ambience was good. Food quality average. Service needs improvement. 70% of menu not available almost, but thats understandable during pandemic times. Chicken stroganoff was good. Chicken steak was below average. Desert was average as well.
