nice beach, small pebbles, gentle entry. on the beach there is a shower o there is no bar right on the beach, it is 100 meters to go to it

Magnificent small bleach, 10 minutes drive from Rijeka. Has a nice parking, kids love it.

Best beach for Opatja region. Rocky, crowds, parking is difficult, still no better place.

Right next to an industrial petro area. I wouldn’t swim there.

Clean and Clear

We,ve been here in late August. Arrive early if you want a spot. Water is clean and the stones are not so sharp, a few bigger bolders with sharp edges. There is a small hatbour nearby, but the ships wont lessen the beach and sea experience.

A beautiful peable beach, has a great view from the beach or the cliff above with a good number of nice places to have coffee with a view and the smell of the sea.For people that like concreate beaches there is a "millitary" beach near by that is also a dog beach.

Bring a beach umbrella if you are going before 4 or 5 pm, other than that i love it

Its really a great place to go out with your friends. It has café and a place to get ice cream or pancakes. I really liked it.

Make sure you have a good parking fee app on your phone. The beach is quite nice, one of my favorites in the far area. Really clear with a lot of fish if there’s not too many people in the water; I like some snorkeling here. Free showers which is a big plus. Not a large beach by any means but well worth the visit. Been there twice this week and we’re going back again tomorrow.

The beach was very crowded, and when we spoke English people looked at us and told us to move away. The facilities are great, but all in all the beach was not as expected, at least to me.

During my time living in Kostrena I have immensely enjoyed the morning walks and runs along the beach. The fresh morning air coupled with fantastic views make this beach a favorite. There are people walking, running and walking their dogs in the morning and evenings.

Lovely beach, clean and spacious. Best time to visit is early in the morning or later in the evening when the beach is less crowded.

Fantastic beach side

Nice gravel beach with many cafés and no parking problem. (large paid parking 10kn for 2h). The cafés lined up on a small cliff above the beach offer an enjoyable seaview.However there are only chemical toilet booths (cafés dont have toilets)

This is a nice little stoney beach. Has showers and a place to change clothes.Little bit windy. Still good tho

There is one great advantage of pebble beach - theres no sand. Bring special swimming boots and you are good to go. Clean water!

A beautiful beach, crystal clear sea, several beach bars nearby, reasonably priced parking available, 1 star short of perfect score because it was quite crowded.

Ovecrowded. Parking is a ripoff. Can only be payed with coins which noone changes. Beach prices are for Saudi prince.

Maybe the best beach in the area. There is a free shower on the beach to wash off the salt. The beach bars werent too expensive and even though it was a bit crowded we still enjoyed our visit a lot.

Beach is nice, but too much crowd and too much people in a bar. But sea, and beach is beautiful

Nothing really spectacular for the average tourist there, but theres some nature left preserved, which is true gold. Being an oil industrial zone must have made these beaches a little less attractive at first sight, but youll be rewarded with a little privacy. Bring the camera and diving mask and enjoy whats left without touching anything.Climb up the Solin hill and youll have a nice view, a place to workout and enjoy nature.

Nice, lonely, clean beach, away from city noise. Parking fee, 15kn/day (2€).

Beautiful beach and sea. A lot of people which is a minus for me. There is a parking near beach where you can park for reasonable price (2€ per day). There are restaurants and caffe bar near the beach so if you are feeling hungry or thirsty, you can go there.

Very nice beach, showers, cabins for changing, bars in the vicinity, cheap parking... Highly recommended!

A really lovely beach with lots of great places to sit, eat and drink. You have to pay for parking, coins only! 5 Kunas for 2 hours. Minimum 2 hours. The only real beach part is always full but there are artifical beaches which are pretty empty.
