Expensive drinks, nice view.

We were staying half board at the sister hotel, Kos Hotel Junior Suites, but our evening meals were served at the Kos Art Aktis Hotel. The service we received was excellent, especially from ERNA, and the standard of the food was second to none.

Great breakfast and lovely to sit and eat at the waterside overlooking Turkey. Had to pay extra for espresso though which seems a bit much for a room that costs 150 a night. Bathroom flooded a bit too after showers, and the hotel was generally quite noisy at night with bar down below. Overall a good experience

Perfect situated Hotel directly at the sea. The balcony are made of Glas, so you have a view from the bed directly to the sea and can look to the boats and ships passing by.The staff is very helpful and they all are eager to find a solution in case of problems. Very nice and friendly people are working in this hotel.We would like to say "Efcharisto" again to Thaleia and Rafaela, who made a great job that we could stay in this hotel after the big deception with the other hotel.

Very nice hotel. Nicely upgraded. Very good food indeed. Polite servers. Nice beach it has. You can spend all day without going out.

Great place for a cocktail, on the terrace overlooking the sea. Our only regret (apart from not having just one more..was that we didnt get the barman to share his recipe for an Exotic Senses, so we could re-live our evenings on that terrace!

We had a very lovely stay here and would highly recommend (especially if you book the marina view room). The staff were so friendly, breakfasts delicious and fresh, and the hotel was in an absolutely ideal location. The sunrises over the sea were absolutely gorgeous to wake up to in the mornings (you do have the option to close blackout electronic shutters down if you dont want to wake up at sunrise though!). Thanks for a lovely stay, we will definitely be returning

Lovely stay here.Breakfast was very nice, good selection however only black coffee available with the B&B which was slightly disappointing but you can upgrade.Room was beautiful & shutters are welcome as the sunrise does blind you first thing!Very close to everything you’d want to see/do around Kos. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful place and awesome experience.

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful hotel. The service was 5*, the rooms were spotless and the views are incredible. Breakfast was delicious and so fresh and we swam in the sea every morning.We will definitely be back.Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I have visited this hotel five times now, on business. I think that goes without saying that I am very pleased.The location of the hotel is superb, the rooms are modern, functional and spacious.The staff has always helped me either with a later arrival or very early departure or with any other inquiries.The breakfast is adequate not anything extra, but ok!Only one negative. The sound insulation is close to none. I can almost give a comment to the person next door who is talking on the phone.

We enjoyed our stay very much: great views of sun rise, sailboats, and harbor; access ocean from hotel for a nice ocean soak or swim; nice hotel services; clean modern rooms with wall of glass doors and ocean view balcony: walking distance to fast ferry port and many Kos ancient sites and ruins as well as restaurants with ocean side dining.

Our stay was amazing. Very beautiful place, gorgeous seaview, nice food and very welcoming hosts. Totally recommend!

Worst service, receptionist was super rude. We didn’t get any water in our room arriving at 3 am . We asked for a taxi service to the airport and she got it 3 minutes before when we asked the night before and we nearly lost our flight. Don’t go to this hotel!

Perfect and reasonably priced hotel for a few nights in Kos town. Helpful staff, clean & modern rooms - every one with an amazing view - fantastic breakfast and a great place for a drink in the evening. Ask for a room on the 3rd floor, but dont be too disappointed whatever floor youre on - all rooms face onto the sea.

This very stylish hotel is situated right beside the crystal clear waters of the Aegean Sea. There is a lovely happy and relaxed atmosphere during the day where plenty of local families and holiday makers relax and enjoy the delicious food and drinks.Our room was ideal. Tastefully decorated and very modern. The views are stunning.

Probably the best hotel in Kos ! Told them it was the Mrs bday and we walk into the room to find a bottle of wine and fruits ! Who does that ? Outstanding !

Great hotel, fantastic views from each room, nice waterside dining deck, steps down from beach into water, (a bit rockybeaches on each side of the hotel, convenient location, friendly staff, good room service menu, great restaurant (very full at nightand a good range of drinks. Highly recommended!

Clean,excellent service. Beautiful view of the sea, nice restaurant, well maintained, good modern rooms. Great breakfast, pleasant people. Great location .But... quite expensive, only room for 3 cars for parking. If parking full ,need to find a parking place in the street. Relatively small hotel. Small exercise room. However had a good time and will like to return ... when prices drop

Good accommodation, nice views, but the bloody awful music that’s playing constantly until the early hours of the morning prevents a good nights sleep and simply destroys a nice holiday. With music playing from the hotel itself and the bar next door, the clashing tunes provide a head pounding ache that would be lovely if just wasn’t there. Sound proof your rooms for the courtesy of your guests or just cut the wires of your speakers because music is unnecessary at this time of night especially when there is very few people sitting outside. Keeping everyone of all ages awake at night including children, meaning people sleep in to recover from the awful night of sleep (if we got anymaking the cleaners jobs more difficult as they have to come back at all hours of the day and people miss their breakfast which they payed money for. (As you can see in the photo provided there is 2 people sitting outside, close to the speakers as well, the music this loud at this time is simply not needed with this amount of customers.)

This butique hotel is a landmark for Kos!!!It is an exceptional and unique hotel, situated right in front of the sea and in the most beautiful area of Kos town!All room have sea view and its glass walls towards the sea gives you the feeling that you are in a boat traveling the Aegean.Its restaurand (H2Oand its cafe bar is a meeting point of the locals and the VIP visitors of the island!Many ministers, prime ministers and even the President of Greece have stayed in Kos Aktis Hotel!A "must" to visit when you are in Kos!!!

Excellent place to stay, great food and people. The rooms on the first floor and above the dining area are not most comfort ones because of the music and loud talk to late night and in the other side of the room door there are power generator and air converter outlets that make annoing noises and wont let you sleep. So if you like it quiet then take rooms on the other side (starting 101 to 109or higher floors.It is allowed to smoke in rooms. Somehow the cigaret smoke gets in to your room from other rooms. If you are a nonsmoker then it is a really disgusting. I woke up in 4am cause the smell of cigaret smoke.

We researched hotels in the Kos area pretty intensively and Kos Aktis met its expectations. It is more expensive than neighbouring hotels but each room has a balcony with a view of the water you cant beat. The breakfast is great, as is the restaurant for dinner. Beware if youre a non-smoker, though, as smokers arent separated.

Great location, right at the entrance to the old town but still has clean lovely seaside for a swim. Our room was amazing with stunning view. Staff helpful and great service. Will stay there again when I visit Kos

nicely renovated hotel from the 60s, the old Xenia, for those who know what that represents. its ideally located in the city of Kos. the only view from the window is the sea and the sound of waves is your companion for the night.a decent restaurant, where a generous buffet breakfast is served, is located on the ground floor. sometimes there are live music soirées, which could be annoying for some people.the service is excellent and the room perfectly cleaned. they offer laundry and room service.the noise is a problem though. Rooms are soundproof, but the entrance door leaves a large space underneath, so noise from the corridor is very present, which is a shame. its the only negative thing I can think of. If noise bother you, ask for the rooms on top floor, they are the most calm.returned there on January 2017 for a few days and the difference from last time was big. hotel was full, but much nicer to stay in.

Restaurant H20 is right on the water with a stunning view of Turkey. While having dinner there at night you can see the city lights in Bodrum. Excellent food with menus in both Greek and English
