Since there is no decent place to stay at in the entire city, this hotel is considered the best. It may be a little exaggeration to consider this one a 5 star hotel; rooms are clean but Ive seen better and room service is not that good. The wifi is terrible and super slow. Breakfast was very good!The sauna and steam room are always off :(

Great Place. Rooms are clean and reception staff is also very much cooperative.However when I visited they were accepting credit cards at that time.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 days and we were a group of 8 people. They responded to all our needs as we also had meetings in their facilities. 5 stars go to the staff, especially Hussein who assisted us at every moment. Would highly recommend the place for the facilities, good rooms and fresh food.

Great Hotel, it is unfortunate that its located in Missan where there is no guests to fill out this huge hotel.The Hotel administration keeping minimum staff because of that.Other than that it is a 5 stars hotel for sure.

Basically, it is designed to be a 5 stars hotel. However, it is managed like 2 star hotel. Poorly trained staff, poor rooms hygiene, poor maintenance in rooms and facilities...etc.With all that said, it is quite expensive....$160 for a single room....

Over priced!The hotel had only 4 guests when I arrived, no breakfast!!!!!!!!!!

Its very secure. Nice reception employees. I like the garden and river view. There are swimming pool, spa, and gym. Also very suitable room, clean and modern. A good breakfast options. I hope from them to modify the prices, so it will be more suitable to Guests.

Up scale Hotel i never been in the rooms, BUT i have been in swimming pool it is small, coffee shop little bit quit with nice decoration, prices higher than average, smoking not allowed, Alchohol not served

Its very nice 5 starts but Muslim type so no night club and no bar. But high quality service there and very nice pool there so can get very nice time at swimming so clean water also you can find the sport hall (Gymits not so big but you can say its enough. I like the Turkish sauna and bath . And also there is restuarant its good and very good coffee shop you can find what you need there. As you know if 5 stars hotel thats means expensive.I think you should try it 😉👍

The worst service ever , not welcoming ppl , dont surprise if you find out that the dessert or drinks are not fresh in lobby table . The info you could get on the phone call may be changed when you actually arrived, that what have happened with me and my friends when weve pre-booked in the swimming-pool then they told us that Friday is wholly timed for women. The only 1 star ⭐️ can be ranked for the hotel architecture.

I dont know if the place can be remarkably tagged as a five stars accommodation place ..... Ive done a visit with the family to have a meal in La Tabkha restaurant and as you can see, doesnt meet the expectations...... no one in the front desk to greet and control the hall , the captain of the hall seemed to be the only one working and roaming here and there, the reserved tables are not tagged by tag of reserved which make finding the right table an embarrassing job, Ive come to enjoy the Turkish cuisine by ordering kabab Adana but i was rewarded with a regular fatty kabab, Ive waited ages until I got my check ....... beside that Id love the place to get better but since tagged with 5 stars , it should be five stars.
