Absolutely terrible.A group of 10 of us went for a birthday and hired a private room. First of all they gave us the wrong room. We then had to wait more than 10 minutes to get a drink order, the restaurant wasnt that busy. They messed up the drink order. Another 20 minutes before we saw anyone else to place our meal order, how does a Korean restaurant not have Kimchi. We waited almost 1 hour for any meals to arrive and they were wrong and they refused to take them away and said that this was ordered. Over an hour later the rest got served, and they completely forgot one persons meal. All during this time we had no service so we had to go out and get someone to place drink orders. The service was awful. At bill time we still got charged for the wrong meal and they refused to take it off the bill. The manager was told about the poor service and the lack of a meal appearing, all we got was an insincere apology. Dont go in large groups in a private room you get ignored. In all the food looked good and was tasty according to those who ate. The very poor service and lack of response from management to our issues just made the birthday night with friends a big let down.
