Its almost a tradition to visit for breakfast every time Im back in town (my work is 100% travel and Im gone for months at a time); they made good food and I loved the locally-sourced Johns Steak & Seasoning Spice at every table.However, imagine my disappointment when I walk in half-asleep to a nearly empty store (I missed the sign since a worker held the door open for me), and the owner said that he has been operating at a loss due to the pandemic and had to close. Kopper Kitchen will be missed!

One of the best breakfast places in the Valley. Come and support this amazing business. Great food

Sat down to order some breakfast with my brother and there was ANTS crawling out of my soda. Not just one, but multiple!!!!! One of the most disgusting things I’ve seen at a restaurant before. -1/10 would not recommend eating here. Wish I could give 0 stars

I have a pretty big service dog and went in to eat breakfast today and the waitress tried telling me that my dog had to go under the table but she wouldnt fit even we tried. I left and decided to go to Dennys up the street. I decided to call and talk to the GM and she then hung up on me and after calling back to back till someone answered again she then yelled at me and told me "I know the rules the dog belongs under the table." I have never been in a place with her that requires me to put her under the table. I will NEVER be eating at this establishment again. I would really like the owner to call me or I am contacting the news and who ever else I can about discrimination.

It rates somewhat better then Dennys just due to a little better food and atmosphere.

I don’t know if this happens at other places but they charged me extra on whatever tip they wanted… they gave themselves a tip without my consent and I was very confused. I honestly didn’t know what to say. I’m annoyed by that and I didn’t authorize that. She also gave my kids water instead of asking what they wanted. I felt very uncomfortable. It’s very outdated and dirty as well . I won’t come back here lol

My friend and I went in to have brunch and while I went to the bathroom my friend ordered hot tea. When I came to sit down; my friend had a coffee cup with hot water, one tea bag and the little tea metal pitcher.full of hot water. I decided to have tea as well. A waitress who was older with white/gray hair was just sitting a family across from us. My friend said::"excuse me maam." And with a wicked scout and a roll of the eyes said:" what ?!?"" (that took us by surpriseI said: I would like to please have a cup to have tea in too. The waitress pointed and said: "there is a cup." I said;" yes...but I need a cup as well for tea," She pointed to the cup again....picked up the tea bag...tossed it back on the plate and with a mean loud voice said: "WHAT is your problem!!!????!!!!!!Oh my word ....Really ?!? Is that the way you want to keep a business running ? My friend and I just got up and left . No wonder there were only 3 cars in the parking lot and they werent even busy. I have never been treated in such a way in my life. I can assure you that I wont be back.

Hands down the servers here give the best service. So attentive, you never have to wait to be seated. Drinks were brought over immediately. Food is soooo good. Breakfast is my favorite here. I love bringing my family here for breakfast.

Stopped and had breakfast before my flight. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The server wasnt around much, but my Dad was being a crank, so I dont blame her.

Great staff, good food, fair prices. The coffee very good. Parking is not a problem.

It was ok. A pretty typical greasy spoon. Service was fairly fast. The food was adequate, but not necessarily good either.

Ambience is quant and inviting. Decor, though simple, is very nice. Food is great. Great flavor. Service can be a little bit more attentive. All in all a 4 star experience.

Been here twice, the service is terrible. They took forever and the food was cold when it got to us. Never even brought out all the food such as the toast. Place was dirty too. Two times in a row this place has been bad. Will not recommend

Comfy and cozy restaurant which could use some updating though.Breakfast was meh and just ok.Very greasy in my opinion.Wait staff was very friendly though.

I went for wings for NFL Sunday. Ordered two servings of wings to go.Waitstaff and service were great. Very friendly. However, the tater tots werent done. The wings were rubbery, and tasted kind of raw. I threw them out, cut my losses, and ordered pizza instead.I felt like giving another place a chance. An expensive lesson learned. I will not be back.

I would have given it four and a half Stars only because the bread for my patty melt was a bit burnt but it didnt affect the taste all that much. Our server was lovely forgot to get her name, the food was cooked nicely and even with the mistake of the wrong fries it was corrected quickly and no extra charge for having two different servings of fries which my husband enjoyed. Even during covid times you can go and have a nice meal and not feel rushed or pushed out quickly. I would recommend this place for a quick bite and it is a basically All-American diner with some lovely extras added on.

Drive from Washington to Colorado.Stayed in hotel in Boise, needed breakfast before we hit the road again.Friendly waitress (Kellyfood came quickly, coffee refilled quickly.The traditional breakfast, hash browns cooked perfectly. Would recommend for a good breakfast!

The wait staff was attentive and the food came out quickly but other than that, I can’t say we enjoyed our breakfast. It’s obvious that the scrambled eggs are from powdered which was a real disappointment as they lacked flavor and were a textural calamity. Stick with over easy or a non-egg dish if you must go.

Stopped in on an unusually busy night for them and was saddend by the fact that the short order Cook in the back had the mouth of a sailor when it came to a waitress asking about an order that was taking some time. You should never talk loud enough for your dining room to here you Sir!Going to have a hard time coming back after our food was over cooked and the Cook making such a sweet waitress cry!

I always stop there after a flight it seems I always seem to get off my flight just when traffic is the worst. The only reason and this is a singular time had a real bad waitress June 8th. Thankfully I believe it was during a shift change and a great waitress came in and we saw her and her professionalism and just great attitude. She went out of her way for everyone we saw. I believe she came on shift after or around 6 pm. Before it was some young shorter haired girl. All I am saying the one who either came on or around 5-6pm was a waitress that is pure gold. I would hire her away from you as soon as my restaurant opens. I would totally beat her pay rate. Thats not only an opinion I will literally will steal every person that is that good away from every place I go because its that old time friendly and go the extra step is what is missing everywhere. No tirade just an opinion. But my opinion will give people jobs and medical coverage and paid vacations. As far as the restaurant very good food great bar.

Matison and Kelly are the MVPs!!! Husband and I have been looking for somewhere new after our favorite waitress retired from Dennys. At Dennys we always said "someday we will try them!" Today, was that someday. We requested a table for my disabilities and had no issues being seated (some restaurants are not always willing to accommodate).We had a huge issues choosing food, because EVERYTHING sounded deliscious! My husband has never found finger steaks that he has loved, and we loved them here. The staff was great with the one issue we had. We will definitely come back! The portions are huge and the price felt just right. I love this place!!

Fantastic service! Here just to fly from the airport and stopped here to eat! They have the best staff! And fantastic food! I would eat here all the time if I lived here. Honestly never had better costumer service! Went on 06/07 around 7 at night. They offered a free dessert because they said we waited to long! Which we didn’t no wait at all and the waitress that helped us deserves a raise! Thank you guys for being so kind

A little busy so we waited just a bit for a table at 10 a.m. on a Sunday morning. Friendly and fairly attentive service. Food pretty good, nothing spectacular though. They had some senior/lighter appetite options but I was looking for something without meat so only thing I could find was a 3 egg build your own omlette. Did have nice green tea as a beverage option and fresh brewed lemonade. Other standard fare. Husband had a skillet which was a large portion. Provided butter on request instead of margarine. Clean. Restrooms handy in front. Good parking.

Was average for the price point. On par with Dennys. Friendly staff, no wait time for a party of four. The interior is dated but comfortable, food came out hot, and all together no one person in our party waiting. They do have a "pub" just a bar, but have most of what you are going to want for drinks. Walking distance to the airport, and supporting hotels.

Good comfort food. We had chicken fried steak and pork chops. We were seated and served quickly. Staff knows their business. They are a bit heavy set which is good as I dont really trust establishments with skinny cooks anyway. Would definitely recommend.

I was sadly dissapointed when I ordered the cheese curds for take out. After paying $11.54 I was not expecting the handful of curds. Even if the take out dish was smaller so it didnt look like I got someones leftover doggie bag, it is not a good value for that portion. I did give 2 stars because they tasted good.Edit. Now 1 star after owners reply. I am shocked anyone would back up their price of almost a dollar a curd. That is just wrong.

This Sunrise Skillet was the worst breakfast I’ve ever had.The massive blob of flavorless egg down the middle was so ridiculous that it made me laugh.The texture of the gravy sausage was tough, almost like rubber. It was strange to me. It made me think I had been served some type of mystery meat. The flavor was very offensiveFinally, the toast wasn’t buttered. It was soggy and spongyI’d only recommend this to scientists inspecting the contents and those who get a thrill out of tasting epically bad food

I ordered the traditional breakfast. It was delicious. Only suggestion would be to make sure the eggs get cooked properly. Ordered over med and got over easy eggs. Coffee was hot and fresh. Overall I will be returning while near airport. Thanks

Just completed my meal I ordered to be delivered and let me see where to start.Although I ordered the pork chop meal, I received the chicken fried steak, the meat was tender seasoned well and very tasty. The mashed potatoes and gravy were to die for and the vegetable selection sent was my favorite vegies. The slice of cherry pie reminded me of pie my mother used to make.You all did a fantastic job but wish for the price it would have been larger portion. Thank you for a great meal

Always friendly staff with great food and coffee. Large variety of choices from breakfast to dinner. Plenty of seating and conveniently next to airport and a few hotels.The BLT split is plenty of food for 2 along with the delicious huckleberry pancakes 🥞 😋

Great food at reasonable prices! Nachos were HUGE easily fed the two of us! Also had cheese curds with chipotle dipping, and open face turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes/gravy. We left stuffed and satisfied. Really sweet waitress, young gal didnt catch name. Will return for sure!!!

Nice clean place. The wait staff was just awesome! The food was great. Very flavorful. I would definitely go back again if we were ever in the area. Kind of off the beaten path so to speak. But, since were from out of town, maybe it isnt. We were there late in the afternoon, and there was hardly anyone there. Which was fine with us!

This place is so good omg it’s my Favorite. And their menu has so many options it’s hard to choose from but two of my all-time favorites are the omelette and the steak. Their pancakes are so Delicious and perfectly cooked not to mention the well put together fruit bowl. The delivery gals and the manager Matt are all Awesome people and I am so happy they are still open to Take care of their community. Keep up the great work everyone and if you are ever in the area or passing through make sure you give them a try you won’t be disappointed. Kelly is a sweetheart

Great food. Really tasty. My server was not the friendliest but the food made up for it and much more. Its got a cozy and old feel to the place but cool.

Great eating experience! The service from our server Anjie was exceptional, the food was very tasty, presented well, and affordable to boot. Way better than Dennys across the street. Nice clean restaurant environment. I will definately be back!

This place had super food and great service. No matter what I needed she was there. Also food was plenty with salad bar 2 pork c h ops mashed potatoes and of course apple sauce. Ummmmmmmm great I think others should stop there if you get the chance.

We stop and eat here all the time. Always get fast and friendly service. The food is always good. Plus I love their cheesecake.
