Best coffee ever!!

Place is garbage, 3 flavors of froyo, milkshakes and smoothies are watery.

Mostly run by teenagers. Cant trust the hours posted since they would rather have fun with doors locked instead of letting customers in when they are supposed to be ppen.

Clean place with fro-yo and lots of toppings. Pay be the ounce. They do have ice cream, it is in the back.

Frozen yogurt is average. You won’t hate it. You won’t love it. And they are sticklers about metering out sample cups. Makes the experience very so-so. I prefer de’lishi.

Will definitely be back! Great mocha chiller...watch out SBX! Kiddos loved the froyo. Bestie has been converted from "come over for coffee" to "lets go for coffee." I plan to try a muffin next time. Owner was working this morning and she was just fantastic. Super friendly and so smiley with my kiddos. It felt like visiting a friend more than being at a business. Just so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend stopping by.

My wife and I stopped in here after lunch at Subway. Coffee and creamery sounded interesting. The lady working was very nice and friendly. We ended up getting a Mocha coffee chiller and it was delicious! Even better than Starbucks Frapps. We had a wonderful experience and enjoyed our after-lunch treat. We will certainly be back if near the area.

There were three young people in the shop and not one had a mask on! The young man who waited on me who did not have a mask on said he would need to get my yogurt. I ask him if he was allowed to wait on customers without a mask? I told him it was dangerous and especially for the customers. He never answered me and looked as though he had no answer. They only had a few flavors and the yogurt was not that great. That is the first and last time I will get yogurt there. Bad business!This is one reason the Covid virus continues to spread!! If you are not concerned for yourself please be considerate of others!

Excellent frozen Fraps, especially the in-house whip cream. Although, the weather is going against wanting them. They also have great hot coffee and yogurt.

When I walked in there wasn’t a soul anywhere (not even an employeeand there were no cups for the yogurt. I waited 10 minutes for the girl who worked there to come out of the back after saying “hello?” multiple times. She informed me that she would have to get my yogurt and my toppings for me because of COVID. Ironically, this girl did NOT have on a mask and I was hesitant to even eat my yogurt after that.Also, they had very limited flavors and toppings. What an overall disappointment.

I am from Roanoke and was in town for a taekwondo event which means I’m busy all day. I was in desperate need for coffee but don’t like to waste money at the larger coffee chains. I love supporting local businesses. So I found Koolies. Best. Decision. The customer service was fantastic and the Vanilla Latte I got was delicious. I definitely would recommend this place to anybody needing a coffee fix or sweets.

So excited that they now open early and offer coffee drinks! Perfect en route for school drop-off! I got the equivalent of a SB Skinny Vanilla Latte except that it was so much better! I found my new coffee spot : )

Very cute decor! Not usually busy.

I like their setup its easy to figure out and flavors are original. Its accessible to all people. Persons handicap can reach and use the the equipment with ease. Reason for the 4* is the prices are kind of high. But other than that they great place to cool off from the heat. With free WiFi.
