Konark Restaurant in Dhanbad

Just one hour back my father went to you parcel chicken masala. You guys costs ₹280 rs and you gave only two pieces and dish was also tasted horrible.I was love eat food from your place and also were one of best in Dhanbad but now you are only looting customer.You guys deserve the biggest middle finger.Will never ever visit your place or order food from you guys.Worst place to have food in whole dhanbad.KONARK RESTAURANT IS SCAM PLACE AND I ALSO RECOMMEND DONT EVER VISIT THEIR PLACE.

This place doesnt even deserve 0 ratings.I discovered this restaurant a few days ago and was quite happy to find it very near to my place. Today I decided to try and ordered a parcel of a serving of mixed veg. The dish looked enticing but to my utter surprise tasted like something laced heavily with chemicals. When I called up, the manager said that they store the containers for parcels near the phenol bottles they use for cleaning. So there is nothing to worry I can have the dish without any inhibitions and he disconnected the phone. I was aghast.An hour later, the manager called me up and said that he was coming to my house to give a fresh preparation and take the one which I had brought. At 11 pm the man knocked on my door, took the parcel back, along with the cover. Neither had he brought any fresh preparation and nor did he refund my money.Once again I was cheated by a small establishment, likes of which do not bother for quality and customer satisfaction just as because they have more than enough customers and it doesnt matter if one remains unsatisfied. My bad luck...

It was a good ,clean and spacious place to eat the food was ok and the service was nice .

For Dhanbad , I guess Konark offers a good variety of vegetarian options. I normally order from them but once when I visited the place the waiter made really great suggestions and I am thankful for that. They could do with a little less oil but I reckon that,s what most of their clients enjoy.

Favourite restaurant in town since the very beginning. Have celebrated almost every event of my life here. The food is just next level comfort food but I have a set order list each time I visit because i can never get enough of it. Kudos to the staff and chefs. All the very best👍

Konark restaurant, Dhanbad is one of my favourites. Specially the veg, non veg both items are just superb. The behavior of the proprietor and other staffs are also very nice. When ever i come to Dhanbad, i come to this place for my lunch

Its a nice place to have a dine out with friends and family. Loved the Indian cuisine specially non veg and also the noodles. Reasonable price , fresh food , friendly staff and good taste. Idk what else should be expected. You have the option to parcel as well, but I would prefer dine in. Not too crowded and amole of space.

I ordered biryani, tandoori roti and chilly chicken. It was worst, I have never tasted such a worst things. Biryani was tasteless, chiken was smelling and roti was not even tandoor. It was a bad experience

The location of this place is very good. It is situated at steel gate. This place is a fully air conditioned restaurant. The food quality of this place is good . This place provides both veg and non veg food. This place serves good fish here. You can come to this place with your family and friends. Hope you enjoy your meal here . You can also order food from swiggy and Zomato,etc. Food is good. Service is also good. Interior design of the restaurant is closed but it is beautiful. It is clean and hygienic. The food for a restaurant of such name is medium to low. Starters are fine, but main menu are not at all good. The food is too oily, tasteless and too gravy. They dont know how to make missi roti, how about that. Fish Bengali is nothing like a Bengali style. Fish was not fresh too. Paneer tikka butter masala is not good too. Paneer was fried not oven roasted, which is a grave mistake. All in all, dont go for this restaurant as a couple, not even for parties as ur colleagues , friends will trash talk about the place and food. Coming to interior design and restaurant management, it becomes clear as soon as u enter the restaurant that they havent done the hotel management neither do they know about it. Furniture, wall design are all over the place. U can go for this restaurant only if u are running solo and dont have much option. Sorry restaurant people, if u want more stars plz improve upon u food quality, menu, recipe, prep and interior design. And plz hand the waiters a notepad to write everything down.

Nice place ...Cheap and good quality food... Especially rotis and its matka kulfi... But they dont accept any kind of UPI or paytm... Ambience is good fully ac...But space is limited, not for large parties...

It used to be a good place with a nice ambience and great food. Unfortunately since 2017 (as far as I can remember), the food quality seemed to have degraded as compared to the same items in other restaurants. I decided to give it one more shot a couple of days ago, but to my dismay, I was disappointed again.

Good and hygienic food with awesome taste chicken dishes of theirs is tastier than many others.
