Utter disgrace. Just save yourself some time and disapointment and avoid it.I wanted to try it out of sheer curiosity, for being a rip off fast food, but it wasnt worth the experience. You can find so many good restaurants in Tirana that there is no excuse for ending up in Kolonat.

Kolonat is a fast food joint that attracts a young and hip clientele in Tirana. The decoration tries hard to be eye-catching. It manages in a couple of spots. Theres a fairly rich menu of offerings. Food quality is average to better than average. If you are yearning for fast food in Tirana, this is the place for you.

Food takes to long to deliver and the service is very poor

Bad service and bad quality of food, not worthy

Its Ok the chicken nuggets and the burgers are fine but I have seen way better. Also dirty bathrooms and when you order the food it takes way too long to receive.

Kolonat è il mio mc donald albanese. Ottimi,puliti e veloci. Io lo sempre da asporto quanasportoo non ho voglia di cucinare. Club sandwich STREPITOSO.

Terrible food here.

Used to be albanian "mc-donalds". Now i am not sure what is it. The food is very expensive and not so delicious anymore.There are many other places with lower price and better quality.Also I have to mantion the fact that you have to wait quite a long time for your food to be served even though is "fast" food...

i give two star place is clean how ever food the burger was cold ,french fries cold , plus long time was waiting for service .Sorry to say not planing to go back many more better place to go

I had to wait 30 min and the food was cold. The portions are very small and expensive. Also they dont offer kechup or mustard, you have to pay extra for them.

The food is terrible

Ottima copia di McDonald, locale pulito e commessi disponibili. Parlano inglese ed i pezzi sono molto bassi. Allintero cè anche una piccola area giochi per bambini.

Decent food but sometimes the waiting times are absurd on busy days like you are eating on a restaurant not a fast food chain. The staff seems overworked and real tired some days and this affects how they interact with the customers.

I like Kolonat..it has decent food and I enjoy the Skander sandwich..prices are Ok and not very expensive..this is Albanias McDonalds, so stop looking for that one in Albania...enjoy the Albanian version

Not so good

We had a great time at the playground.

Nice atmosphere and kids play area but the food is terrible. We had chicken nuggets and a wrap. Both were awful. I would not recommend eating here.

Very very poor delivery service. The girl receiving orders in the phone, very impolite and shouting out loud, almost made me deaf.Order coming always late even if we are only a block distance.

A really great alternative of McDonalds. Fresh food, friendly staff.

Bad and slow service. Bad communication. One of the guys who makes the hamburgers was preparing them and the meatball fell on the ground. He took it and placed it into the hamburger bread again. It is horrible how these workers do not care about the quality of the job and how bad the staff is.

Its the Albanian fast food chain, they have two restaurants in Tirana. You can get hot dog, pizza, beer, souvlaki and of course burgers here. We ate a cheese burger and a bacon & bacon big menu, it was nice.

The best Big Mac in the region. :"Kolonat. I like it..."
