Good pastries and coffee. Its enclosed in a stuffy hotel and tries to make you feel like you arent in a hotel lobby. They do a good job of that and it isnt a stifling atmosphere. Famous cakes are their calling card and well worth a visit

Unfriedenly staff ! Not even the basic rules of politeness are practised. I would call this behaviour customer NON service.

All I can say is avoid this place even if you are staying in the hotel: mediocre coffee and the worst part is the morning shift staff, extremely rude body language and 0 skills. Not even a smile and you can easily tell they get annoyed the moment you speak in English.

Nothing lactose free available. Staff is unable to give information about allergens.

Alati leiab midagi põnevat kohapeal maiustada või siis kaasa võtta.

В 7-ых числах декабря заказала себе торт на день рождение по телефону, так как сайт не работал. Ответил молодой человек и принял заказ на большой торт (на 10 кусковна 11-ое декабря. И вот приезжаю я 11-ого декабря на место, а торта нет!! Как и малейшей информации о моём заказе!! Хотя в назначенный день я звонила и предупредила, что приеду не в 4 дня как договаривались заранее, а в 5 часов. И мне ответил, опять таки молодой человек и сказал, что "всё в порядке, ждём вас"...Так что доверие к этому заведению нет.Хотя, конечно же, если прийти на место, то у них много всяких вкусностей.

Huonoa palvelua, kassatyttö vaikutti aina erittäin kyllästyneeltä työhönsä eikä koskaan hymyillyt. Yövyimme hotellissa kaksi yötä. Söimme lounaan, johon kuuluu kakku jälkiruoaksi, mutta se oli loppu ja kysyin kahdelta eri henkilökunnan jäseneltä asiasta ja vastaus oli että kokki on tauolla. Eli se siitä asiakaspalvelusta, todella surkea suoritus. Ruoka oli ok.Edellisenä iltana pyysin nähdä ala carte listaa kymmenen minuuttia ennen kuin ala carte alkoi. Samainen tyttö pyöritteli minulle silmiään ennen kuin ojensi listan käteeni. Emme jääneet syömään koska asiakaspalvelu oli niin surkeaa.

Nice cafe

The hotel cafe workers were nice and polite during our stay in the hotel, sold us beer and cake after closing time when we asked them! Thanks to them our stay at the hotel was very pleasant! Merlin, Eva, Ave, Kristina, Marko and EliiseWould recommend this hotel tho others!

Gjatë qëndrimit tonë në Talin, vizituam shumë kafene Cafe Must Puudel, Boheem dhe Cafe Mademoiselle, nga 3 më të bukurat ishte Cafe Mademoiselle, punonjësit e kafenesë ishin të sjellshëm dhe bujarë, na mëson fjalë dhe fraza të reja estoneze! Faleminderit Eva dhe Marko!

Service is bad: Even though the Cafe is not the part of the hotel, it is located in one, and surprisingly the staff is very rude to any non-Estonian speakers. Instead of saying "Mida" if you dont understand the client, politely offer to switch to English instead of making a sour face.

Väga hea koht hommikusöögiks - hea toit ja palju ruumi, hotellid on ju praegu tühjad. ... Nice place for breakfast, good salads, excellent pastry and cakes. In top of all that - loads of free tables, not many visitors in hotels right now.

Worker picked up phone and told me to wait, after waiting 5 minutes on line i called the store again and my call was ignored.Clearly they are not seeking any business.

The place is nice and service is good, nothing bad to say about that. However, that had to be the most artificially tasting cake Ive had in a long time. It was dry, powdery, the cream part was, just, not enjoyable. Very similar to some cakes from Pagaripoisid.ee. Id suggest others to keep looking if they want to have good tasting cakes and desserts and I suggest Cafe Mademoiselle to look into new recipes or take inspiration from Gustav or someone like that. Sorry.

Позвонили по телефону, хотели заказать творожную пасху. По русски разговаривать отказались и даже не попытались как то помочь. Приехали в гости в Таллинн, где много русскоязычных жителей и туристов. Показатель сервиса и неприятный осадок.

Именно в этом кафе можно не только выпить вкусный чай / кофе с конфетами ручной работы, но и семейно пообедать. Выбор не очень большой. Обязательно есть суп и второе, салатики.

An elegant French style café near cenrral Tallinn. Located near Meiton Hotel with good parking possibilities. The place is even suitable for lunch as well as coffee & cake.Big selection of hot meals and pastries. You can also book the place for private events.

In response to the below comment - you are absolutely correct, for some reason I mixed up the locations, this review is indeed intended for the Mademoiselle Cafe locate on Liivalaia street. Apologies! Changed star rating accordingly.First time went there, they obviously had some issues in the kitchen which resulted in 45 minute wait for a simple English breakfast. Not even going into detail about the bad reception. Didnt even wait further that time. Asked my money back but I still lost about an hour of my time with my 1.3 year-old. Then decided to give a second chance and was still disappointed. The service and food vs price is not worth it. A hiped up place, not worth in my opinion and I wont be going back.

Замечательное кафе. Много места, мраморные столы - тяжелые, не упадут :). Хороший выбор десертов и кофе. Тихая обстановка, можно вести разговоры вдвоем или компанией.

Seems like they ignore requests in English — tried to buy stuff from them, got a response in Estonian. Left empty-handed. Weird, since its a hotel.

Просто ужас!!!!Пошли на день Валентина в это кафе в отеле Меритон.Решили взять что -нибудь сладкое.Праздник все таки.Выбрали по кусочку торта.Мне попался торт с плесенью и испорченный на вкус.Когда я сказала ,почему вы предлагаете испорченный продукт посетителям,то девушка в черной форме ,просто пожала плечами.Это сколько он там простоял и вообще сколько там все стоит,если они в наше время могут предлагать испорченные продукты посетители.Обед был испорчен!!!!
