We stopped here shortly before closing time. A very friendly consultant greeted me upon arrival. The consultant had great insight and knowledge about local attractions, made wonderful recommendations and provided me with a local map with notes and directions which made it easy for us to navigate the area.

Absolutely outstanding customer service, the ladies on duty during our recent visit (14th to 17th Feb 22were very knowledgable, extremely helpful and went out of their way to even phone bookings for us. A real credit to Knysna Tourism.

The lady there was so helpful and very kind. Suggested alternative things to do, due to covid-19 lockdown regulations closing all beaches on the garden route. They adhere to all covid-19 regulations.
