Very unique interior. Clean tables and toilets. Nice and helpful staff. Very good beer at reasonable prices and delicious vegan Indonesian food. This is everything you need the spend a nice evening! And you can pay by credit card when you spend above 10 euro.

Lovely waitress helped to translate some of the German we didnt understand and food arrived pretty quick , and was really tasty. Oh and the Hell beer was good.

Klasse Bar mit unkonventioneller Einrichtung und lockerem Ambiente.Kommen hier immer wieder gerne vorbei wenn wir in der Stadt unterwegs sind.Man kann auch draußen in der sehr ruhigen Straße gut sitzen, besonders in einer lauen Sommernacht.

Für junge offene Leute eine gemütliche Bar zum abhängen mit vielen Dingen zu entdecken. Leider waren nicht alle Getränke verfügbar. Eine kleine Toilette ist auch vorhanden.

Really like the place. From the outside it seems quite unassuming. When you go in, you notice the catholic icons and parts of coffins on the wall which seems a bit whacky. But it feels like a really cosy place, where you can meet with friends and have a beer. The beers change from time to time which is a big plus. Also it is not far from public transport,

Best alternative bar in Nürnberg. Very social

surely this is a popular spot. and we love stöckel. the service there on that specific night though: just bad. a bartender with open shirt could not handle it or refused to fill beers from a fresh barrel. instead he lied that its not available. sad, not recommended. there were 3-4 customers asking for easier-to-serve wine and we offered to be totally patient no matter how long it would take to get that fresh barrel.. no rush at all. understandably an owner could get defensive about such a service fail. but stuff happens - its not the end of the world. that night we simply chose to take our business to a better establishment and enjoyed the "Bierwerk" next door with absolutely amazing service. one of the very few one-star reviews i ever had to type and even re-edited. yet fair warning had to be advised, especially when there are so many better options in old town to enjoy a drink with friends.

Really cool bar. I loved the gothic catholic theme. They had all the basic drinks you would want.

This may be the best bar Ive been to in germany. It has a great atmosphere. The bar tenders are friendly, and willing to work with you in english. It is quite cozy, but not crowded. They have an iteresting haloweenish kind of decore. My only compliant is that they dont make margaritas.
