Quite a landmark I could say, this being a very frequent meeting point for both locals giving directions and visitors receiving directions. Even though it still harbours life by proving its adequacy in providing base to banking institutions, medical facilities and Insurance companies among others, the huge factors that make this building such a buzz is its prime strategic location in the heart of Kitengela Town (now municipalityand high foot traffic due to its familiarity with the Kitengela locals. In this regard, the place needs some vibrant changes and upgrades that will bring a breath of fresh air and crafty architectural vibes. Hope in the coming years it wouldnt fall to mismanagement and owners brushing off ideas to rebranding. "RIP..Heroin mall !!"

The building is quite big. It houses businesses including two banks, a university campus and the Aga Khan clinic.There is security check at the entrance.However, parking is limited which means you may be required to leave your vehicle elsewhere.

There also exists multiple insurance firms operating from here. The location of this building plays a huge role as its right on the Nairobi - Namanga highway.

This place is a buzz of activities, malls , meat eating Jointts, fast food restaurants, its like people never go to sleep. I like it that everything is within reach even hospitals like Getrudes and Aga Khan.

Its the biggest mall in Kitengela Town.The food court is amazing.Customer service is on point as well as ample parking space.

Building hosts several banks, insurance offices and real estate offices. Incase you need these services. Although the lift sometimes doesnt work, its not a bad place

This a very nice and well organized place located in kitengela town on your right hand as you enter kitengela from Athi River. It houses various business institutions ranging from banking institution, insurance company and learning institution. This is where KCA University Kitengela branch is located. There is a good parking though it is not good enough to gather for many vehicles. As most space is preserved for the institution under the building.

Still a work in progress, a few shops are set up already.On the plus size, its hosts a nicely stocked Naivas Supermarket as its anchor tenant.
