整體品質穩定。細緻度與調味都更勝初魚鮨這等級，個人覺得，如果初魚有到90分，吉兆大概95分。但這5分的差距是兩倍以上的價格換來的。雖然說好吃，料理缺少了一點驚艷感，大腹也還沒到入口即化的水準，有點小可惜。套餐份量充足，老婆不吃蝦蟹，貼心的將甜蝦換成鰈魚，松葉蟹換成干貝。最後的玉子燒，如同蜂蜜起司蛋糕的口感與味道。結尾松露蜂蜜優格水果（藍莓水蜜桃），十分好吃。松露味濃郁，和清爽優格水果搭配，讓人回味無窮。除了套餐以外，也可以在訂位時和櫃檯討論你想要的價位和菜色。這套料理可以感受師傅的用心，值得大家來細細品嚐。

No doubt it was an amazing experience. I really enjoyed the omakase in this restaurant. You pay the meal in advance, so all you need to do is to be there on time and tell the front desk your name. The restaurant has a decent size, around 10-15 seats, which is just about right for a two chefs’ omakase restaurant. The ingredients are fresh and presented in a nice way, and not to mention the generous quantity of each dishes. I had a blast. It’s not too difficult to reserve as long as you plan a couple of weeks ahead. The only fly in the ointment is I wished the staff could be a bit more chatty. But I guess it makes sense as customers were in and out and started their meal at different times, which is different from all my previous omakase experiences - in which meals started when all customers arrived and were seated at the same time. In short, this is definitely a fabulous meal. I really like it and will revisit next time I’m in Taipei. Great work!

Our third time here, lunch set for 6000 +10%. High food quality, fresh seafood.

It’s above average but underwhelming for its price.Service was great, people were attentive and very welcoming. They made sure you feel comfortable.Great ambiance and dining experience.Food was fresh and tasty, however, nothing was overly impressive or made me feel like it’s worth its price tag (7000+).There are other omakase places in the city with just as fresh and even tastier food for a cheaper price tag.

The first thing comes to you would be the smell of Hinoki , it brings the dining environment to the next level.

Great place located in east area, the chef is super friendly and the meal was set at a good pace! One michelin star for a reason!

Visited Kitcho for the third time.Very attentive service and comfort dining environment.The chefs skill and choice of items are wonderful.Id say different chefs have different taste and specialty,Enjoy meal experience and the quality of service staff is better than other Japanese sushi restaurants.No waste. I specially arranged a holiday to come to Taipei for dinner from Kaohsiung.I will definitely come again next time!Update 109/10/31 revisitA long-lost meal, still not disappointed.The sushi retains the original taste of the ingredients, but is not over-seasoned.It was a simple but tasty meal.Im always amazed by the changes in seasonal ingredients!

Definitely not bad , just not worth the price. I think there are other restaurants in Taipei with a better omakase menu for more competitive prices.

This place is very over-rated and totally not worth the price. I dont know how they got Michelin star. I had sushi in Tokyo and LA that was much better (ingredient, freshness, portionfor half the price. Go Try and youll see. Plus the chef has the most arrogant attitude.

A little pricy but you get what you pay for. Great experience celebrate my 10th wedding anniversary here enjoyed the food with Okinawa beer. For sure will come again.

This restaurant is certainly overrated. Food was okay yet the service was awful. One of my worst dining experience. SERIOUSLY, DON’T COME! THERE ARE BETTER CHOICES YOU CAN HV IN TAIPEI.

This was my far the best sushi I have ever experienced in my life.The clearly highly experienced chef provided us each dish with what it was and how to eat it. At least half of the items were seafood that I had not eaten before and it was all excellent and above expectations.The location is good and small enough for a very personal experience.The service by all staff was amazing. It is clear that he entire experience is orchestrated and all staff are well versed in the expectations of their service.I would rate this 10 stars if that was possible.

Personally i wasn’t too impressed with this place. I had much better food for much lower price. It was basically paying for 5 stars but getting 3 stars. I don’t think i would come back again.

The owner actually closed the reviews on the restaurant fb page because he doesnt want people to read negative reviews. I guess he cant stop people from posting on google. This restaurant is simply a rip-off place with bad tasting sushi.

Overpriced and sushi chef is rude. Treats customers differently even when paying the same price and in same party. Ive been several times and the last time I went is the last straw. So many places that are just as good or better for less. Sushi can be good, but not worth it if youre being treated rudely or sushi bar tries to overcharge
