Tried some keto options, not bad but would not come again

Really lovely service and professionalism among the staff we met one Saturday afternoon. We took away several desserts (cakes, muffins, etc.and thought that some were good and some we’d never order again. Overall not bad for healthier dessert options. A little on the pricey side but that’s expected. The venue is really cool. Lots of natural light. I’d consider dining inside next time.

Its a good place for people having intolerance on gluten but its over priced.5 small pieces of pizza for 8$.

Needs more items on the menu, not that much of variety. However, for gluten free and diary free and egg free and nuts free items, its your place for that!

One of my favorite places in Beirut. The cleanest, healthiest food, very tasty, lovely calm setting, great owner who’s always willing to listen to customer feedback and improve whatever needs improving - if anything at all. It’s quality you can trust, which is hard to have in this country. Highly recommended 😊

One of the few places that offer healthy food that are dairy fee and gluten free. i love how many options they offer to meet everyones tastes: from mankouche to hommous to avicado wraps and sandwishes ..to Pasta and Pizza and burgers. the staff is nice snd helpful and the location is strategic in Ashrafieh. the only reason I gave this a 4 stars rating instead of 5 is because the prices are too high. I understand many of the ingredients are imported but currently this restaurant is not accessible to everyone because of the high prices when compared to the portions.

Great food! You can choose your own flour, everything is gluten free, dairy free, they should also make more egg free & dairy free deserts. Would love to try some vegan pancakes!

Good place for paleo, gluten free, unrefined sugar, vegan...diets

Good food with all varieties on the menu. Everything is organic, a lot of vegetarian, dairy free and vegan options. Meat burgers, veggie burgers, chicken, fish, salads, non dairy nut based cheese in salads. Yummy vegan chocolate cake. Didnt like vegan chocolate ice cream but everything else was good.

More delicious Lebanese food! So fresh, well prepared, overt labeling about gluten/sugar free vegan or Paleo options. Nice alcohol selection including biodynamic wines and Lebanese wines. Gluten free pizza crusts, much care is taken in crafting each menu item.

Nice concept which promotes healthier eating, and everything on the menu is safe for my partner who is gluten intolerant. The portions aren’t huge and the prices are high but that seems to be the way in these places presumably due to the specialist ingredients. Servers are pleasant and the ambiance is nice.

Perfect for everything it has lactose free gluten free egg free everything you is there It is like heaven and if you want to do a birthday party there then go ahead.

By far my favorite gluton free pita. The version we liked the most was made of buckwheat. Pizza and hamburgers were also excellent. Oh and the GF deserts, yummy!

Great selection of wheat-free and yeast-free items: the widest choice of sweet and savory treats, daily staples, and full meals in town. The main drawback is the prices (even when considering the high quality of ingredients and challenges of cooking wheat-free, the prices are still on the high side).

As a vegetarian and transitioning vegan, I had high expectations of this place and really wanted to like it, but I was very disappointed! The food is tasteless, and the service terrible! We waited an hour for our food, the hot chocolate Cup I ordered came almost empty (Photo attached), they got our orders wrong, and most items on the menu were not available!

Their vegan, organic concept is great and should be encouraged, but how they actually delivered it in our plates (taste, choice, servicerequires some further polishing.

Love this place for organic clean eating, they have paleo & vegan options and you can order online on Zomato app, only problem is they take up to 1.5h to deliver your food, average waiting time i would say is around 45 minutes

As a vegan, Kitchen Confidential is my go to place in Beirut, when I feel like going to a restaurant, opening a menu and having a variety of choices to pick from, while knowing anything I’ll pick will be healthy and delicious!The menu has a wide variety of vegan dishes and others that can be turned vegan by simply mentioning it to the person taking your order!It also is gluten free, MSG Free, and their menu is very informative with labels mentioning what each dish contains and doesn’t!It’s a place not to be missed for health conscious people, for those who follow a specific food diet, and even for anyone else!This place will surely convince you to eat clean!

I don’t think I ever ate as much in any other restaurant!Being vegan, and having a gluten allergy (skin rashes and itches when I eat gluten), I am always walking on metaphorical eggshells in restaurants... and always worrying about a hidden ingredient, or a contamination...I had the greatest time, a delicious meal (meals, since I ate so many thingsand I left with a HUGE smile on my face!To be repeated, over and over and over again!

After hearing much about it I decided to try Kitchen Confidential for a delivery to work. The food arrived in good condition but the portion(especially the main mealwas small and thus overpriced. The food tasted average.

Simply healthy

A cosy outlet in achrafeye that offers healthy food with vegan options. The menu is diverse. Love their vegan cheese mankouche and veggie sfiha. Pumpkin soup is Devine. Love the salads as well. Quinoa salad and avocado salads. So fresh. Not to forget the guacamole and nachos. Good service and fair prices.
