Kipriotis Village Resort in Kos

Lovely resort. Rooms could do with a small renovation, but are absolutely fine for the price. Staff is friendly. Celiacs have nothing to fear here as the food is labeled, and the chef will talk you through all dishes if you have any other questions. Would definitely recommend

Beatufil place, lovely plants, but very large distances to walk.Untasty and low quality, cheep food. Disgusting drinks, both alcohol and non alhoholic. Very crowded.Rooms very basic and rather old, require renovation. Swimming pools rather deep, too deep for kids.

Standard room for 4* hotel was very disappointing with dated decor and in need of renovation!! To make our stay comfortable we had to upgraded the room and we were charged €15 a day. Not an ideal start of the holiday !!! Waiting, bar and housekeeping staff was very helpful, friendly and hard working! We really enjoyed the food in restaurant and I would give 5* for it! Great location, good hotel for families.

This four star all inclusive resort is an place where you can leave al your dayly worries behind. The room we stayed in was well cleaned. If nessecary every day clean towels. The pools are clean and the area around well managed. There is a lot of entertainment during the day. The beach is nearby. The food served at the buffet is different every day and tastfull. Some people i spoke wher complaining about the temperature of the food, but what can you espect of a buffet. The only thing they could do better is the drinks. The wine is watery and of inferiour quality. The rest is al sugarwater with some tast.The busstop is just outside the resort and brings you in a few minutes to kos centre for just 2 euros.

The hotel facilities were very poor and we had a number of problems during our stay..-The AC was too loud to leave on overnight as it runs as loud as a two stroke.-Receptionist was very rude and unhelpful.-All inclusive is anything but - it doesnt include bottles of water or any drinks after 11pm, and when we did try to buy drinks after 11pm they told us it was cash only and exact change only(!).-The pool also seems like it needs cleaned as there are very large brown stains all across the bottom - not very enticing.-no shampoo or body wash provided for the showers.The cleaning staff were nice, but they were the only ones.

Regrettably unhealthy food that is not worth the calories. You will have to lookup the phone number of reception online, to figure out how to get onto the woefully inadequate wifi, it’s almost funny. For some strange reason there are no ‘do not disturb’ placards, so Brace yourself to be barged in on by room service. Oh and it is shockingly hard to get drinkable water there. Cheap wine is included but water costs extra and comes from single use plastic bottles. Also, for some reason the glasses here are pathetically small, so that people prefer the larger single use plastic cups for everything. Nothing here gets recycled so the egregious single use plastic waste makes the whole resort experience even less classy. Oh yes and there’s no air conditioning in the convention center, so avoid any kind of congress here taking place here during the warm months. Probably good for families though.

Don’t book this hotel - it is old, badly maintained, offers bad food and the service is really bad. I talked to so many other guests and they were all not happy with this hotel.

It was ok. Room was pretty nice. Very nice balcony. Weather was lovely. The private beach was brilliant. Good safe. The problems, staff are unbelievable RUDE. most drinks are not included in the “all inclusive” dinner was very poor lunch, breakfast was good. BRILLIANT SNACKS. Poor health & safety 1 lifeguard to a 50 meter pool on their phone the whole day. Sump grill broken. Drains broken. The entertainment was just awful. I have never seen such unprofessional staff! Every day the shows start late, always problems. Very distasteful as well. Locks on public toilets all broken. Real Coca Cola in the Machines but fake from the bar... cleanliness not the best.

Would I recommend it - rather not , but it depends on you … check below.Family 2+3 (11,7,2August/Sep 2022Rooms: 1,5/5---we got quite bad one, two separate bedrooms, very used , bathroom - disaster, stinky … really bad , no ventilation, , no shower , just old tube where you cannot stand safety … and definitely you don’t want to sit there … Air conditioning was working fine at least. In the last day , water was dropping from the ceiling. Our room was located quite far from everything , this resort is really big so we had to walk a lot … Cleaning staff was doing great job. Cleaning every day + fresh towels.Pools 2/5---two main pools around ship … water was not so fresh, floor in the pool slipperywith dark marks around filters … doesn’t look good at all … , floor around pools overall slippery and dirty , hard to get place on sunbed, not mentioning shadow. What was the worst - one toilet quite far… with some many kids this is terrible---Big pool 50m- all sun beds occupied, hard to get place , very little shadow,--- Kids Pools with slides - this was our main point - less occupied, with more toilets available for kids , kids club, very friendly bartender. Water in better condition and quite nice slides. Basically, this part of resort made the best impression and save positive thinking during the stay. But we had to walk a lot to get there.Food: 2,5/5 - overall impression about restaurants, always busy with queue and not so clean… especially tables were quite fluffy… floor dirty and sometimes sticky…---Breakfast- ok but almost all the time the same ,---Snack bar- gyros very nice , hamburgers disgusting.---Lunch - good---Dinner - also good , but definitely you need to try few times Greek restaurant- registration during breakfast.---Drinks - beer ok, spirits - quite cheap staff but fine, if you asked for more ice or stronger you got it without a problem.---Some things like ice creams were not included in all-inclusive and that information was not always clear---Bartenders were friendly.Beach 3/5---small stones , take water shoes, in general clean , minus- just one gate to access beach - again you had to walk around to get there.---Sun beds extra paid, in the last afternoon you might find a place and try to get it for free.--- water clean and nice, during windy days nice waves 😉Sport courts 2/5--- we have not used them mainly due to fact there were very used … very bad condition.Animations 4/5--- nice Team trying to their best :so in plusOverall impression weak 3 out of 5--- for 4* hotel I would expect definitely more cleanliness and a higher standard … this was rather 3* hotel.We came home quite satisfied, but I would not go there anymore for sure…

Amazing place food really good lots of choices food through out the day late at night after 9pm you can get sandwiches at the pool bar we were here on my birthday in May this year for a week but we didnt have a kettle in our room so ask or demand for one 😀 lots to do for all ages the town is 10mins away u can get a bus outside the gate 😀 will definitely come back again

Rooms very dated. Staff are excellent apart from some of the pool attendants at the big pool. Life guards constantly on their phones. I reported this a number of times to management but nothing was done. A girl nearly drowned whilst I was there and my wife had to pull her out. When I looked for the life guard she was on a phone. This is ery worrying if kids are in the pool.

Avoid this place it’s definitely not a 4 star. It’s barely even a 1 star. We are here now and the rooms haven’t been touched in 30 years. Our tv is the old box style with no remote and it doesn’t even work. The mattresses are horrible and the air con barely works.The bars are massively understaffed and they use cheap spirits which taste horrible.The restaurant is like a meat market and although the food is ok the queues and people pushing and rushing makes it a stressful experience:There are so much better all inc hotels around than this place.I wish we could change hotels and we are only on day 2 of the holiday.Ignore the good reviews trust me this place is not good.

Had 7 days here family of 3! Room was nice food was good especially if you have gluten intolerance as the meals are labelled! Locations was spot on! Clean ,staff polite! Think they need a few more lifeguards at the water slides as you need a timetable to keep track! Why not have them all on all day! Would make a massive difference!.

Very ugly and dirty rooms. For us Czechs and many other countries, the hygiene is really bad. And compared to the luxurious, gorgeous lobby, its a shock. And such beautiful houses... Instead of duvets, old blankets suitable for bugs or dogs, uncomfortable sitting on the balcony, uncomfortable, old sunbeds on the beach. The staff at the reception were not very pleasant and they wont even give you a taxi contact. They will call you and you will wait like idi**s for an hour. Take the bus instead. The resort itself is beautiful, kids definitely enjoy it - not interesting or suitable for couples without kids. Apart from breakfast, the food was not good either, the vegetables were always old and rubbery, the meat was mostly burnt and of dubious quality. (Maybe thats why its burnt?So its really better to eat in restaurants if you want to enjoy yourself. Greek food is good, but you wont find it here. Who gets the stars? Only and only staff in restaurants and bars. I hope you pay them in gold. They are very hardworking and good people. We thank them for their care and patience.

The hotel and facilities are very old, the food and drinks are very basic and not taste good.We was couple with infant and they gave us room with 3 single bed in addition to the cradle, the rooms was very small and we wasnt able to move inside the room. Once we asked them to remove the additional bed they refused and asked for extra money to move us to other room, as we didnt have other choice we paid them extra to move us to room that match what we booked originally.

The actual hotel is nice with a great location, and with just 10 mins away from Kos Town by bus.The hotel is great for families with children when it comes to pools. Unfortunately the entertainment was the same every night, same dance routine with the same songs.Food wise, was a disappointment because there was not much variety to choose from, tasteless and some time rotten. Even more disappointing to see the numbers of wasps flying around when you are eating and cats walking under tables.Considering the season, there was a lack of staff available to prepare food which caused long queues upto 35 mins and by the time you get to your table, your food is cold.To be honest, the whole place is very unhygienic, the rooms are only cleaned every 3 days and not very well when they do so. The tables are cleaned with the same yellow cloth over and over again. The trolleys they use to move food around, absolutely disgusting. And to top it up, people were able to top up bottles of water from the drinks dispenser but it was unacceptable to see how they pushed the bottles right to the top meaning germs or saliva from different bottles were passed on to each other 🤮 and nobody said anything.The whole week I stayed there, I was not able to sleep properly because of the hard beds. I bet sleeping on the floor would of been a better option.80s tv available in the rooms with a banging noise, which staff blamed the reception but it was obvious the TV was not longer working.Please ensure you take your own toiletries because none available other than some shower soap from a dispenser by the shower.

Rooms very dated but clean and tidy. Cleaned every day.Great selection of food. May have to queue for some dishes but you dont queue for too long. Staff working exceptionally hard cooking, clearing tables and replacing food items.The pools could be great but they arent very clean. All the familys swimwear has turned green!! The pools with the slides are green, I only let the kids use them once as they were disgusting. If the hotel spent some time cleaning all of them properly, they would be great.

The wifi is so poor,the hotel is like 1000+$ (Im not so surealmost Evey day and the cant get a stronger wifi 🤦🏾the food werent great except the fries they were good but the rest were bad, i ate some chicken and i can tell they didnt season it. The shower water was cold and idk why we cant put toilet paper in the toilet. I wouldnt recommend anyone going there. The people there are so annoying at 2:00 they make so much noise. my hotel neighbors were ducking banging on the door at midnights i couldnt get get some sleep. Me and my mother are NEVER coming back here again.

First, I just want to say the domain is good. The palm trees are nice. Our room was big enough, but the bathroom was not done, there was a wall that was not perfectly painted, something was broken...The TV in our room is one of those old televisions. No flatscreen, no problem. I dont really mind... Now about the service. They apparently only clean the rooms once every 3 days. For us, they didnt clean for a week, and they didnt empty the bins! Some of the people who work here at the bar dont look very pleased to help you. My sheets were stained and they didnt change or clean them. We saw 3 pools on this domain. One of them is just bad (the one with the slides). If you have kids and you go for the slides, DONT. The slides are not well finished. When you go down the slide, it hurts. The other pools are big enough, but there are rocks and sand in them. The rocks really hurt, to be honest. (They didnt clean the pool). The pool drains were left to rust. There also was a pool drain open! It would really hurt if you stood on that.

The beds were very hard like sleeping on the floor. I know about many people who complained about it. No kettle for coffee / tea. At first night we come at 20:40 to the hotel due to flight delay (not their faultbut we are all families with kids some are very small after a long day and they closed the restaurant on us at 2100 not even to get water. in another time they throw a bucket full of french fries in front of our kid to the trash and not to give him.Beach you pay for beds (in private beach???pools works only 10-6pm so if you planned to train before your kids wake up you can only go to rhe sea.no gym (covid?only in other hotel starts at 0800 middle of the breakfast...(didnt goi tried to call the reception to get pillows no one answered, I know they answered others sometime and pillows got after a few hours or calls.Not all is inclusive, this is not Turkey, you have certain things that can be enough. But again ALL inclusive and you need cash for every frappe (espresso blended with milkor greek coffee is annoying.we will not comeback and the families went with us.we are with 2 kids 4/6

Terrible place. DO NOT BOOK YOUR FAMILY VACATION HERE.. :(This place ruined ours.Some of us left and moved to a different hotel shortly after arrival, not able to spend the night in the old smelly rooms.Everything is dissapointing and not as it seems in the photos. The facilities are old and run down. The staff is super rude and unthoughtful.Do not expect actual good included stuff, as they dont even provide free beach towels and demand extra money for ICE.The free food is not fitting for consumtion by anyone over the age of 5, so honestly you will end up needing to buy meals elsewhere (but nothing is close byand waste more money.To top it all off, there is a kiddy dance party every day until 11pm blasting super loud music next to the rooms.

Not worth £6,500 for a family of 5 for 10 nights. Use your money to go somewhere better - will never go back here. Not in any way shape or form a 4 star hotel. The rooms are very old, outdated and run down. Fridge and tv didn’t work, beds and pillows were so uncomfortable. The food is extremely salty, the restaurant is like feeding time at the zoo; an absolute free-for-all with people barging in to each other everywhere. The pool turns everything yellow and is closed at 6pm. The hotel at no point before of after we booked explained that one restaurant was closed (meaning the others were packed each nightthe indoor pool was closed and the gym didn’t exist - in fact it was in another hotel a 10 min walk away… The beach is all coarse sand and rocks so you have to travel to have a decent beach day, the drinks machines are often switched off so you can’t get yourself a drink (and the options are hideous, flat fizzy drinks and very sugary juicesand the food is the same junk every single day; hot dogs, burgers and gyros with chips…On our second to last night we had the most awful, salt filled dinner and ended up spending our last day in bed with sickness and diarrhoea. The staff were uninterested and rude, the entertainment is the same garage every night and the life guards around the pool were more interested in their phones than anyones safety. We had a trip to Stefano’s Beach which was an absolutely stunning area with beautiful beaches and hotels - we would have booked to stay somewhere there instead if we had known then what we know now. PLEASE take my advice and use your money to book somewhere MUCH SMALLER, on a soft sandy beach with better food and more comfortable rooms.

Visited in August and will never back there again,rooms very old,bathroom dirty,rooms are not cleaned avery day,wifi doesnt work,food was ok but need to get there early otherwise nothing will be left,peoples queuing for food,plates dirty,customer service at the reception very poor need to find the room ourselves after 20min waiting for the guy to help but still didnt turned up,no help from reception,thats very stretch 2star hotel

We were there 6 nights between 1.8.22 and 7.8.22. We received a room that was dirty and not at all like the room we were promised by our travel agent at booking. We get to the room and we discover, not only that the room was dusty and dirty as if it wasnt cleaned after the last tenants, the phone didnt work so we couldnt even call reception, the TV was from the 1800 hundred period and it didnt work, the safe didnt work so we had to go around the hotel and pool with our money and passport with us at all times until they changed the safe. It took them 24 hoursto do that and only after multiple complaints. Despite the good location of the resort, overall our experience there was frustrating to say the least. The beds werent comfortable, the sheets had stains on them, the towels had stains on them that we bought our own towels. They didnt clean the room but once. When we asked they said they only cleaned every 3 days. And when they did, the cleaning was bad and the room and bathroom were still dusty and dirty. We loved kos and love greece and will always travel there but I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone.

Avoid this place, not a good return on your money.A big hotel. A shuttle took us to our rooms, but when we wanted to use it during our stay, we were declined.We ordered at the executive suite, which didnt feel luxurious, it had 2 spacious rooms that were furnished weirdly, the beds were not inviting and the sofa was terrible. The refrigerator was old and rusty, when we opened it it made horrible noise, which prevented us from using it at night. The shower head should have been replaced a long time ago. In one room the shade was broken and sun got in in the morning.There was little shade in the erea the trees were severely cut, and it was hot to walk around. By the pools there were not enough beds and it was very crowded.There were some bars around, for self service they offered water, sweet soda, beer and wine. The beer was bad and the red wine sour. There was no plain soda water. Sometimes the soda was without gas. The most outrageous was when they told us that ice is at extra charge. The batista didnt know how to use the coffee machine, the coffee we bought was undrinkable.In the dinning room the dishes were not clean, there were lots of queues even for bread, there was no selection of fresh fruit except watermelon (sometimes served bad). There was good selection of food but it did not taste good. So most nights we ate outside.

Crowdy, stinky hotel. They use disposable tools like we’re in the 90׳s, dont clean the room and have terrible service.

The swimming pools make this resort! Very efficient staff in restaurants and bars. Food always fresh and plenty of choice. I loved it here. The only improvements would be to housekeeping - they need to brush the bedroom floors every day - some days were better than others, it must depend on who is on duty?!

Nice big hotel. Good location, only 10 mins by bus to Kos town. Service at the highest level, very helpful, always nice and smiling. However, I give 4 and not 5 stars for one reason. Regardless of nationality, tourists block sun beds in the morning. This is not acceptable. The service doesnt do anything about it. I asked the lifeguard and the front desk service about it. Nothing helped.

It’s a terrible hotel, ruined our vacation! They claim 4 stars, but 2 would be generous. They checked us in a really bad room at first (dark, dirty bathroom with mold, old furniture, bad smell, last time renovated in 90s), so we immediately requested room change and were told that all rooms are the same (LIE!and they don’t have any rooms available (another LIE!so we should come back tomorrow. Next day we were promised new room following day, but in the morning got the same answer again. Then I have contacted Spies and 10 min after conversation got a call from reception to move to another room. New room was much better, they were simply lying to us for the first 2 days. During the rest of the trip, we saw several families at reception complaining and demanding new rooms, so it’s common practice there. There’s a dedicated person handling complaints for 3 hours every morning and evening and there was ALWAYS a queue to her. Though she would tell the same lies, only with a smile and not help at all.Overall, none of the stay was nice. At every meal there were big queues and chaos. Few times we had to stand in a queue just to get inside the only open restaurant as they didn’t have free tables. Italian restaurant was closed which could be one of the reasons. Food quality below average, beer is at least half diluted with water (compared to any local beer). Dirty tables, dirty plates and glasses. Personnel were not helpful and often rude. Couple of times they would switch off lights in the indoor area during lunch 30 min before closing time while people were still seating there, telling us to find another table outside. In few words this place is a jungle and mess. We went out to eat every other day just to get out of this mess.No wifi anywhere except reception, embarrassing for any hotel in 2022!Cleaning ladies left our room open few times (no electronic locksand there’s no way to lock the room from inside, they can enter any time they want. Toilets around pools are dirty, many don’t have locks. Slides on the ship, which were one of the reasons we chose this hotel (2 small kids), were closed the entire time 08-22 July without any signs of repair works.Location not very good, far from everything. Only 10 min by taxi to Kos town, but taxis are unreliable, may come after 20 min or not come at all. 10 EUR to get to Kos town, plus 5 EUR to reserve in advance. Big queue for taxi to get back from Kos.

Besides the issue with the sun beds very good food and friendly hard working people. Good place to stay

Room service was non existant. Did not get fresh towels once in a whole stay without multiple talks to reception. Worst hotel Ive ever been to. Would not recommend.

The hotel is in good location the food is good.The rooms need to be renovated.The WiFi is not working good in the room and outside.If you dont ask to clean the room they dont clean.But we have good time there.

After seeing the mixed reviews is was really uncertain about this hotel! But I bit the bullet and booked it , tell u what I 💯% do not regret my decision!!! What an absolute wonderful place if ur just looking to relax with the kids and enjoy this place is great ... 6pools ( from new babies born to adults also lovely water slides , 2 games room ( 1 indoors, 1 outdoors , 3 restaurant ( 2 indoors an 1 outdoors plenty 😋 and I mean plenty off food !!!, 1 snacks bar next to the pool , very good for the kids , 3 bars 🍸 !! Different food themes ( plenty 😋 and I mean plenty off food !!! will definitely recommend this place to family and friends

The hotel is not 4 stars definitely! The rooms are old, terribly uncomfortable mattresses, it feels like you sleep on the floor, not on the bed. There are a lot of people in the restaurant, always looking for forks or spoons, food for 3. It’s almost impossible to take sun loungers near the pool, you need to get up very early in the morning! Alcohol and juices are disgusting, you can only drink water! The entrance to the sea is immediately deep, plus you have to pay for sun loungers on the beach! They don’t give an iron machine, they iron it only for money, one T-shirt is 5 euros))There is no peace at all in the restaurant, a constant flow of people, poor air ventilation and exhaust hoods. At breakfast while you are standing in line for coffee, your omelet is already cold. Definitely do not recommend this hotel for this money, its really not worth it!!!! People, this is not 4 stars!! When I read the reviews of other vacationers, I could not believe that everything is so bad, now I can see it myself.

Great place for family holidays with kids. Well prepared animations (by the way super team!). Nice water slides and pools and very good food.

We have just been advised by Jet2.com & Jet2holidays that only 3 restaurants are open, hence given the option to go elsewhere. Also so many bad reviews didnt want to risk it ..weve now changed our booking to Majorca.

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean and tidy. The food was delicious.

Poor cleaning in the room we got pest ants and stuff in the hallways. We lost the boat due to lack of taxi which never came when we were to reach the boat over to Turkey.The reception was not interested in solving the problem as we were desperate to find a means of transport.

Room - cockroaches, AC not working, mosquitoes, generally unclean - not cleaned 2 days out of 5 we were thereRestaurant - ok food but let down by poor hygiene, e.g. lipstick marks on wine glasses. Also long queues. My son was sick for 2 days and my wife has only just recovered after 5 daysBars - rubbish cocktails and watered down beer. Long queuesStaff - try their best but difficult for them with too many guests. Zero sign of any management people who probably only think about the moneyKids Club - really poor, staff although friendly enough are not properly trained and kids are not supervised, eg. they can easily wander off which is concerning as there is a swimming pool next doorMini Disco - not too bad and the staff make it a fun time for the kidsPlayground - it’s in such bad repair that my son tripped up and injured himself within 30 seconds of being there. The rubber floor tiling is lethal because it has gaps and turns up at the edges after years of being exposed to the sun and heatOverall - this is most definitely NOT a 4 Star hotel. I have travelled all over the world and as a seasoned traveler I know what a 4 Star hotel should be like and the Kipriotis does not come close. If you are able to re-book then you should but if you can’t all I can say is good luck

Rooms were old, hard beds. Lots of broken features. The cleaning was a disaster. We had to beg for cleaning of our room after three days without.The staff is friendly so its not their fault.Poolarea was good but only open between 10-18. The hotel could be so much more, the environment and building is good looking.Not a 4 star hotel though.Food was the same taste everyday. Horrible situation in the foodarea with people everywhere. Long queues and stress.

This hotel is run into the ground the only good thing about it were the lovely staff of which there were no where near enough of them but they carried on regardless which I truly admired while the hotel was in chaos !

Me and my cousin had a great 5 night stay here. The staff are amazing and very friendly. The food isnt the greatest, but for a hotel this size, I cant complain too much. Very clean hotel to spend a few night. I would return in the future if there was a little more to do outside of the hotel. Flors from the entertainment was very friendly and great with the entertainment 👍

Says 4*.. Wouldn’t even give it 2* in most cases, the air conditioning barely works, had to change rooms as it didn’t work at all in one of the rooms. The building is run down massively, the double beds are just two singles pushed together. The shower is a wet room and the draining is awful, it floods in there. I think it was 4 or even 5 star maybe 10-15 years ago but not now. Majority of the staff are reasonably polite but there are some seriously rude ones. The cleaners will literally take anything they can get ahold of in your room so be aware. Would not recommend, aqualand or any of the others are much better and a lot cheaper so would recommend going to one of them if you are wondering where to go.

Our one week stay was nice. we are the family with three kids. We had a lot of fun inside and outside. Some places and attractions are a bit worn, but overall it was nice. Food was delicious all day and night. Staff was friendly and helpful. I do not understand why they close all pools at 6pm? Beware of thieves - some stuff was stolen from our room at the beginning of our stay, just pieces of clothes, but anyway it is unpleasant. Some waitresses were not so friendly - to get some milk or juice for 2yo girl was problem at the pool bar. Entertainment team was good, fun and amusement for all age groups.

Please do your research. This is not a 4* hotel in any stretch.The only all inclusive Ive ever stayed where you pay 1 euro for a bottle of water!The rooms, where do I start. Room 234 or 245. We had to locate ourselves in the pitch black. We finally returned to reception and asked if they could take us. They filthy, ant riddled and very very old. We asked for room change on day 1 at 2.30am in the morning as the smell of foist was unbearable.Second room, 433, The patio door broke, no fridge, same foist smell. I asked 3 times at the miserable reception for a kettle. Im still waiting and Im home now.The food 🤮 Is horrendous. Gyro round the pool is full of fatty meat, tasteless like the rest of the food served. I genuinely cant believe anyone serves that as edible for human consumption.The buffet was no different. Be prepared to stand in a line for 30 mins to get dried, shriveled food. The desserts were OK but by day 7 even those became inedible.The concept of the place could be very nice, but miserable staff make is even worse. The 3 women at reception are joyous if you have a problem. Be prepared for shoulder shrugs and couldnt care less attitude.The entertainment is dire, no engagement, just dire. Both round the pool and at night. Painful. No kids club open.Lifeguard walking round the pool scrolling on his phone, if a child fell in he wouldnt have seen it.Overall, the worst room I have ever stayed in. I wouldnt return free.Jet2 need to make a visit to this hotel personally and see what they advertising and offering compared to the reality of it.Overall 0 star.

Hotel and outside areas were nice, but rooms really outdated and need refurbishment, food was good and staff were polite and helpful,

Visited at the end of May. Food is really good, great variety, each day serving something new. Tasty and well prepared. Very polite staff with good entertaining program. Basic drinks are included in all inclusive. Taking down one star due too very poor Internet connection. Wi-Fi working approximately half of the time. Randomly losing connection.
