Is there a deposit for this place because it is not stating that there is one anywhere that I can find. And I would assume that there is not one if I’m not able to find anything about it… I will update my rating after my stay!!
No soap in my room, was not polite, told me 2 different prices. Then charged me the prices he didnt offer. Stayed in hot tub room#5. Very clean. Housekeeping does an awesome job . Not sure why no soaps.
Cute place family owned, air conditioning is the best and nice water pressure.
The owners are very kind they have children who play in day and seem to have many repeat guests of many Years I hear the jacuzzis are very nice
Visited a friend staying here for a few days. Was amazed when I saw a hot tub in the room! Was not murdered in parking lot so that is a plus.
Small rooms. Jacuzzi tub was very relaxing. Place could use some repairs however for as long as this place has been here it could be worse.
Not even giving a star!! When a business allows employees to steal money from customers it’s sickening!!! Any employee who steals from anyone is disgusting!!! Hope Karma finds all of those involved, from the maid, to the manager, to the owner!! If a business can’t hold OBVIOUS thief’s accountable they are just as much to blame.People make mistakes and forget things, it doesn’t give anyone else the go ahead to be a THIEF!! Obviously would NOT RECOMMEND a stay here!
The most worst experience that I have ever had staying at a motel. Their maid decided that once she found my husbands wallet that it would be cool to steal all the cash out of it instead of turning it all in to the manager. Not happy about it what so ever.
They said we had a $40 deposit and then so we stayed the night and then when we went to get our deposit back they only gave us 20 and he knew it it was s*****
Very cozy I loved it. I would go again and again and again.
Small but well maintained little place.. jacuzzi tub worked perfectly and was great for the price. Nice manager
Nice rooms and great relaxing jacuzzis
This place is great for the price. The management is very respectful
Suprisingly, it was a nice stay, room needs some work but you totally can tell some one with either little time or little experience did the work on the room.
Overpriced for what it is. A place that will rent a room for an two hour time period. They remodeled the rooms recently and have rooms with hot tubs but it isnt a very good value.
The place is still not really refurbished. It has plenty of places you could use a can antibacterial spray .
It was ok rooms were kind of expensive for what you get
This place always looked suspect, even as a child. Ive been here twice and its absolutely gross. It stinks. Its shady the people are shady. Maybe if you re vamped the place like you did the office your get better clients to stay there which will only help you out and put cash in your pockets. Just a thought. Customer service skills lovely. Parking fabulous location great next to shopping and food.
Hot tub was awesome , place a little old but price is right so we were happy
Bed was filthy sheets werent clean and the bathroom standing shower was clogged
Rooms are old and look dingy. But the staff is great, the jacuzzi tub worked amazing and the a/c got cold. That was good enough for me. Due to Covid-19, I booked for the in room jacuzzi because it was private instead of for public use. Epsom salt, candles and bubble bath made it a cheap spa night for my husband and I.
This was my first time at this hotel. Just some thing cheap and close. There was blood on the toilet and on the floor next to the hot tub. Smeared grimmy finger prints on the bathroom wall. Dead moths in the window and wall sills.
The people that run this are super great!! Its small and not everyone but my friend Scott and I really enjoyed relaxing, enjoying the hot tub and having time and space to ourselves!
We stayed here one night because it was close to where we needed to be. I generally dont mind 2* motels, Im a motel 6/super 8 girl at heart but this was awful. The front desk guy was professional and quick to help us, the problem was the room and location. The first room we checked into had peeling paint in the tub (we picked this place based on the jetted tubs). Someones drivers license was jammed into a crack in the shower (at eye level). While the rooms are non smoking, this was definitely a recent change as the room reeked despite the windows being left open. We returned the license to the front (its astounding how housekeeping didnt see this.. Im going to assume they didnt clean the bathroomand switched rooms. The second room had a better tub (it was a corner tub which was even bigger, yay). The bathroom was uncomfortably small, my knees nearly touched the wall while I was on the toilet, the bed was extremely firm and the room had so much left over smokeyness that I spent most of my time coughing.I didnt realize until later that the gunshot sounds were from the gun sales shop next door.I wish this business well but Id never recommend it or return.
Good price but there were a few problems. When I arrived the door to my room was open and there were about 10+ flies, a spider and ants too. Also the bathroom mirror was pretty nasty. I killed most of the bugs and cleaned the mirror myself. The staff was nice.
The room was dirty .towels had stains on them . Bed was very uncomfortable and sheets and towels were ruff we couldnt sleep . Floor felt like it hadnt been mopped in a long time there was no coffe pot . the window lock was busted so we had to put our stuff in car and take it with us if we left. We were told on the phone that they would give us the room with a jaquzzi tub for 80 instead of 90 when we checked in that was not the case when we got there we left and room was cleaned at not clean. Batteries in remote were very old and had acid on them remote didnt work. Housekeeper was rude to us. I wont stay there ever again its a nasty place.
Basic clean recently remodeled rooms, owner is friendly and accommodating.
Found a small needle w/o syringe in the bed and my friend got poked but shes fine now.
Decent prices, cozy atmosphere, a bit dive-ish, fast check-in, awesome owner/employees, great location!!!
The jacuzzi tub was honestly the only reason why I decided to stay at this establishment. I did, however, bring my own bottle of bathtub cleaner and Febreeze.
This was one of the many places I had to look up on line after the the first motel I reserved in Portland OR at the beginning of my weekend vacation. It was around 3am Sunday morning when we check in and of course check out time was at 11am the same day. There was no pool but the sign sign outside advertized hot tub in the room and they had vacancy so we thought jackpot needless to say the hot tub turned out to be a jacuzzi tub instead and only fit one at a time.
The only place worth staying in Clackamas county in my opinion. The staff and I have become good friends because they are very warm and friendly people. Very willing to meet the needs of their guest at anytime day or night.
Ive been at kings row before. Back when they had hot tubs. The new people who took over a really nice people who have made a big improvement on the place. The rates are do able. And I have no problem staying at kings row again.
The rooms are a little run down and the heater doesnt work in my room. There should also be more towels in the room in my opinion. Elsewise its clean, rates are reasonable and the staff was friendly
Nice place to escape from the home front and hussel and bussle of life! Love the Jacuzzi bath tub!
Well we called 1st and asked for the price of a room for the night....they told us $75 . So we drive over and find the office. We talked with somebody at the desk and found that he ment to tell us $85 not $75 for the base rate . Also he to mention tax and deposit until the time that i ca
Would love to give 4 started because the man was nice at the front desk and the place has improved over the years. But the room service woman, whom I thought was very friendly, really upset me. She asked if we wanted room service again. Since they just came in and serviced the room the day before (said it was mandatory to come in to clean the tub.....?? I figured we could go without.Well, upon returning from an outing to the Rose Festival, we noticed there was a new trash baggie in the little trash can they provide in the room!!!!! IF SHE WOULDNT HAVE TAKEN THE YEAH AND REPLACED THE BAG, WE NEVER WOULD HAVE KNOWN SHE ENTERED THE ROOM WITHOUT CONSENT. Nothing was missing from the room, its just the point that we specifically said we didnt want the room serviced that day & she came in anyways. AND TOOK MY TRASH OUT!!!THATS VERY STRANGE TO ME. WHY DID SHE WANT TO COME IN THE ROOM SO BAD?*Maybe a trash collector?? Lol just kidding,Anyhow, the flowers look beautiful out front and the rooms have been painted and new tile around the jacuzzi. A nice modern touch.Just really bummed out about that woman entering the room like that.
Super friendly employed , easy check in ,fast, clean and the price beats many more. Only bad thing is location thank you for your service its proper
The room was small and had no microwave or fridge, but it was cheap. I thought it was strange a Jacuzzi room had no fridge or microwave lol. Convenient off mcloughlin between oak grove and milwaukie.
Was allot nicer than in the past. Got a room with a huge jet tub. Had a great time. Staff was frendly.
Love the in room Jacuzzi tub. Very cute and clean. Even given a bottle of wine upon our arrival.
Right on main road set back so you donut here the traffic afforable quite and clean great tv line up hot tub in da room
the cleanest, quietest, safest Inn. Thehe Inn keepers family here is very easy to get along with, respects all cultures and just An over - all Breathe of fresh Air. The Senior maid is GREAT People.Tenants are respectful 9-5 working types. not Like Portland!
Very nice, friendly, staff. Stayed two nights. The housekeeper came up to us the morning after the first night, said her name was "Mama T" asked if there was anything we needed and if we needed anything during our stay not to hesitate going to her house and letting her know. When we asked if they had a particular item, she said no we dont have that for the rooms but I have some at my house I will bring you a little.
Nice place. Got it for the jacuzzi tub but there are some kind of baby flies or gnats in it. Nice and small for a romantic get away but the buzz in door for the office and bulletproof glass is a bit off putting. OK for the price paid I suppose. 4 stars though because they allowed my mom to come before we checked in and set it up to surprise my wife with some flowers and candies and the office kept really good notes of all my calls and requests.
Very nice tv and cable. Big tub in room. Very dirty. They need to bleach the place from top to bottom.
The service was great and the room looked awesome. But there wasnt any soap. Well there was but two little bar soaps arent enough
Family owned and operated, The kings row inn is a clean, comfortable and well maintained establishment. Each room is unique and the customer service is excellent. Also cable tv and free Wi-Fi! I felt at home at kings row inn.
clean room with friendly management. stayed for a few days. the price is a little high for a fly by night motel $65 should be moreso around $40-$45 a night considering how small the room is and how little amenities are offered. the t.v. was a small tube tv from the 90s and the place obviously hasnt been remodeled in years or since its been built. would stay there again though its solitary and quiet. but you could get a 3 or 4 star hotel for the same price.. all in all for my needs i give it 4/5 for basic necessity usefulness.
Small, but pretty clean. A little on the spendy side for what you get but been in worse. Really not a bad place to crash for a night or two.
