Kings Fast Food in Stoke-on-Trent

Ordered from here for the first time. Since living in Stoke for over a year we haven’t had a decent burger yet. Thought we’d give these guys a go…ABSOLUTELY delicious, best burger I’ve had in Stoke by 1,000 miles. Will definitely be ordering again. Cheers for a great meal :)

Speechless once again there food is scrumptious.

DO NOT ORDERNot only spent 11.50 on a mix grill but added an extra skewer of steak for 3.50!! And the amount of meat and salad was a pisstake (excuse my language).When I called up, obviously mad. First time they put the phone down half way of the complaint. And then I called back even more mad. I got told " you get what you pay for" and put the phone down yet again.Disgusting customer service, grim food and not enough.DO NOT ORDER!!!

absolutely awful, didn’t eat a thing, ordered 2x cheesy chips and cheesy naan bread also a cheesy garlic bread, the chips were undercooked, the cheesy naan had no cheese neither did the cheesy garlic bread, rang up to let them know and i was told the Manager was not in and he would call back, didn’t hear anything back for almost an hour and had to call back myself and the manager was all of a sudden there, the situation was addressed poorly and i was made out as if i was lying, the manager is extremely rude and could only offer a 10% discount next time i order (which i most definitely won’t be). absolutely poor management and will never be ordering from here again, do not recommendwaste of £18.

Absolutely vile and terrible service. Food was cold and undercooked, ordered cheesy nan bread and it had no cheese 😭we informed the staff and they were rude about the situation trying to say we were lying will never ordering from here again and don’t recommended it to anyone else!!

Excellent food , massive selection, really good prices , and they dont stint on the portions. Really worth a try .

had a takeaway tonight it was disgusting zinger burger was bland tasted like coriander also had box meal with combo burger chicken was like mush burger like a piece rubber the chicken shawarma was grose so wont be ordering again waste of £21

Ive got to say the food is really nice from here I am a big fan of their burgers, Chicken Shawarma, and certainly their fried chicken. The last order I had we ordered for a family of 5 adults and 1 child, and everyone said the said that their food was hot and fresh, the only disappointment was the chips were slightly undercooked and a bit soggy just needed a bit longer then they would have been perfect. Always deliver on time or earlier than expected. The only reason I didnt award them the full 5 stars is they need to be better at customer service skills and interacting more with customers they really lack skill in this department and considering I work in the food industry myself, I know for a fact they are badly lacking at this. However I still rate Kings as one of the best in my top 5 takeaways in Stoke on Trent.

Food is excellent here. Its true to their word it really is fast food. Ordered food at 7:30 and was delivered and was eating it within 20 minutes.

I love the food here made a mistake on my order today but a pelight phone call and the problem was put right and i gained a free meal the staff here are all so pelight thanks for a lovely meal once again and thanks for the free meal

Food was good, but the website and what was recieved was not, we ordered the family value box which states that It can come with a choice of either shawarma or donner, I rang up as I never recieved the shawarma and the excuse was "you added extra cheese" not ordering again for lack of info on website.

Ordered from here lastnight I had hot spicy wings chips cheese garlic mayo n chicken tikka pizza all of it was vile iv been up all night throwing up n having the runs n Im still ill now the next day definitely got food poisoning will never order from here again!!

I ordered food and it didnt taste nice the chips are oile. I asked them not to put sweet chilli but they still did. We always oder from here but today im just so disappointed. Didnt enjoy at all. I also asked them to call me then they are outside but they knocked on the door.

Ordered 2 pizzas and a value box last night 3/8/20.. the pizzas were cooked to perfection.. value box the same.. lovely food..ordered online. Delivery was on time. Will definitely be ordering again

Absolutely shocking food tonight. Undercooked. Took literally five mins after order online for food to arrive. Kinder bueno milkshake tasting like aero mint. Will definitely not be ordering from here again. Not the first time the order has been appauling

Get it delivered. I went and ordered there and picked it up. And it was under cooked. According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way a bee should be able to fly. Its wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground.

Ordered family meal online to find the zinger burger meal I ordered was sent with cheese even though the menu online doesnt state it comes with cheese which they deny. They werent prepared to change the burger and put the phone down on me. Very rude

It was the third time that we used this takeaway ,the food was great as always . They are always on time and thats a big point in my opinion .Everyone needs to try Kings pizzas at least once .
