We have order a chicken 65 briyani @ 2:30 they told half hr to deliver but since 2 hrs we are waiting still it is not arrived and we are calling them and they are telling it is no the way worst service

Very bad experience on food quality and quantity. I ordered beef 555 which was the worst beef cuisine I had in my life. Beef was under cooked and low quality pieces. The quantity also was very less for the value. Please dont go for it.

Dear ManagementWe are your regular customer of your restaurant from some years but the taste and service is not like before and you need to improve a lot.Please train your staff to talk properly and give the correct information on phone, if we are asking for some more details they are getting irritated and say no delivery or item is available now.Experience with your restaurant was really disappointing.

The biryani taste has become pathetic. I am ordering since 2-3 years there was no compromise in the taste, however since the time the Chef has changed Biryani is tasteless and soon it will be worthless as the Menu price will be Increased… Worst Biryani since few days.

A decent hyderabadi restaurant in Abu Shagara. Their biriyanis are a must try especially chicken 65 biriyani and mutton.

They dont deliver if the distance is little bit more... told them to take delivery charges even they have not agreed to deliver... taste is very good as we love it.

These Hyderabadi restaurants taste amazing like Shah Ghous Restaurant and pista House. We ate mutton biryani there which was great.

Im eating from this restaurant almost 2 years and they always delivered. But today happens to change y coz I moved out from that location to different location. But they way today I was rejected for taking my order for my new location was humiliating and insulated. Im feel sorry for this restaurant and plz change the attitude.

Very Bad quality of food. Not grilled properly, and also the food smell is really bad and the taste of the food is the worst i have ever had in UAE. The restaurant is very bad in hygiene and is not at all clean and tables, floor and walls are also not clean. Overall i wont suggest this restaurant to anyone and i wont eat its food even if they give it for free. Worst restaurant in the whole UAE.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!The place is empty of customers and full of delivery boys resting inside. No wonder why nobody goes to this restaurant. The service is very poor, only one guy for taking your order and he too is not very interested in dealing with customers. The quality of food is not that great, i won’t even talk about the quantity compared to the high price! Better visit the restaurant next to this waste of money and time place.P.S:. recently ordered Hyderabadi Dum biryani.. felt like original hyderabadi dum biryani taste....!!!really love the taste..a bit spicy but if we ask them less masala.. it will be adjusted...!! will try other items in my next order... :)

Unforgettable disaster biriyani.. I bought a jumbo pack mutton biriyani with my friend, also he bought a mutton biriyani pack for two.. I throw out almost half biriyani in garbage. Even we both doubting that they have used some other animal meat instead of mutton. Dont ever try this restaurant even if you are dying with hunger!!

I had a very good experience with Kings Palace Restaurant near Rolla Park, Sharjah. Feel like the best Hyderabadi Biryani tasted in UAE and the Royal recipes from the heart of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Famous for the Hyderabadi dishes. Biryani is one of the famous dishes.

Food quality is excellent. Daleem is really amazing and so is Tala Gosht. I think they serve the best Tala Gosht in UAE. The portions however are small :)

Very stuffy interior, must seriously do something about their AC.Briyani is not worth it, despite the enthusiasm of the waiter. Plus with Morning Star right next to it, dont waste you money on their biryani. Rest of the items, nothing great.The only reason for 2 stars is their mutton fry, that I order medium. Nice.

What if... Ur hungry.. and u want something spicy to eat.... We all know Hyderabadi cuisine known for its hotter.. spices.This place said that... Its a Hyderabadi cuisine restaurant... This place is located opposite Rolla Square.The biryani here both Chicken and Mutton is YUMMMMMMY.The quantity here is good enough for 2 people.The mutton here is so soft and tender.The biryani is full of spices and yet it doesnt have any excess oil in it. That is like a real beauty.Staff here is friendly.Place is spacious too.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Haleem quantity is very less, not even a single person can eat. As per the taste and quantity its not worth the money. When asked, the person is arguing. I have changed my 3 star to 1 as per my latest experience with them. The service is going down and down. There are also polite ways to deal with the customer instead of arguing.

I love the biryani Kings Palace Restaurant...it has many varieties of Hyderabad homemade dishes like Bagara Dalcha Khorma,Haleem and many more which very authentic.......

Try their Hyderabadi Dum Biriyani, both mutton and chicken are available and is cooked to perfection. The curry with the biriyani is a must, its made perfectly with peanuts and brinjal. The taste is heavenly and is among the must try restaurants in Sharjah.

Haleem and Biryani are must try items here. Haleem is available only on Thursdays. Handi Biryani is available which is sufficient for 2-3 people. Seating area for family is available. Achari chicken is abit spicy. Tandoori Roti resembles Pakistaani roti which is very big in size. Food is good but parking is the biggest problem here.

First & Last visit to this place.They should learn to respect customers.Gave order and after 15mins they came and asked what did you order?. Shame

I had purchased yesterday 14 the march 2018 two mutton biryani. Biryani rice was fine and quantity was also good. But mutton was not cooked properly it was hard. I buy for my guest as I had experience before when king restaurant was open mutton was cooked properly and tasty and after few days of opening there is difference in cooking . I had buy several time mutton biryani but I thought maybe sometime happen but when I buy yesterday for my guest I was sad for making their quality. Down.

Best Hyderabadi restaurant in Sharjah. Mutton Biryani and Chicken 65 were super tasty. Hyderabadi tea served after dinner was amazing. Will surely visit it again soon.
