Fantastic venue. Good meeting rooms, plenty of space, good good and a brilliant cafe.

I absolutely love this place - go there for conferences. The facilities are amazing and the staff so welcoming and provide excellent service.

Team meeting, used one of the upstairs rooms. Large room, and had coffee and cakes provided with the booking. Good place to hold meetings.

I spent about 6 weeks here for an intensive training course with Serco and was very impressed with the standard of customer care and slick management. Also very much enjoyed using the on-site cafe which provided good quality food & drink. 😊

Called in for coffee as passing. Croissant nice but Americano weak and tasteless. A smaller mug, less water, might have retrieved it. Quantity not quality?

Gave blood here the other evening - it was all very well organised with outdoor queueing as expect, but whilst lying in the chair bleeding, it was just a tad irritating to see one ceiling tile orientated wrong. Sad to notice this I know, but I was lying there with nothing else to look at...

Came here for my Covid immunisation shots and its an absolute model of efficiency! From the greeting at the gate everything is well signed and the staff and volunteers are all freindly but efficient. The one way system and cleaning regime makes for a very reassuring experience.Well done to all involved.

Totally useless for Disabled people having 2 entrances making a Disabled person having to walk quite a distance after receiving their jab, I explained to the car park I had difficulty in walking any distance without severe pain and there was no mention of the distance between the entrance and the exit

Pleasant experience, everyone were friendly and kind, I was greeted with a warm smile by all the members, from the car park, into the building and to the nurses.I walked in with a smile and walked out with a smile.

Had my covid vaccination today at Kings House . Very good experience .they have it very well organized from the car parking to the actual vaccination and waiting areas .felt totally safe at all times . In fact I may volunteer as a helper .

I went for my covid vaccine and I have to say that every one was friendly and helpful. Inside was clearly marked with 2 metre stickers and it was clean and tidy. Sadly as I left, the path down to the car park was littered with used masks, gloves and the stickers they give you if you have been told to wait 15 minutes. Its disgusting, why cant people put it in a pocket and take it home! 😠

I went here for my covid vaccine, it was well organised and everyone was friendly and helpful. It was all clean and tidy inside, but as I left, as soon as I stepped outside the door, there were masks, gloves and stickers that are given to you if you need to wait for 15mins, strewn all over the path heading back to the car park. Why cant people put them in their pocket and take them home? Its disgusting!

This building is so user friendly and in normal times has a great coffee shop. We had our vaccine jabs there today and it was so well organised and nhs staff and volunteers so welcoming

I just wanted to say thank you so much for your amazing food. I love the way you serve us and put so much love into the lunches. Todays chicken skewers were great. Really tasty, especially with the dips. I also loved the rice salad...it had a bit of a kick which is always good. So well done and thank you for what you do. It really enhances our times on those Thursday mornings. Have a great rest of the day.

Great venue for corporate meetings and for smaller workshops too. Coffee shop which serves light snacks is delightful and large comfortable seating and dining area is a nice touch. Access to the internet also available. Good amount of parking spaces available

Pretty decent inside, large carpark, which is actually the problem. Ehen the place has got a lot of visitors who all leave at the same time getting out is a nightmare. There is only one exit, which is on a very busy road. Not for me...

Fairly big conference rooms for large meetings and equally big car park. Quite convenient to get there. I believe they allow outside catering. They do provide tea/coffee and biscuits and theres a bar as well as a snack shop as well. I did not get a chance to explore everything as my meeting was long and boring

Great professionally run building. Cant say that I often post about the toilets in a building.... but these are sparkling clean and worth a visit! (Cant speak about the gents ;but assume the same goes for them).

Very friendly staff, quick service.Good place to have meetings as there are a variety of areas to sit in, comfy sofas and armchairs along with small and large tables.
