Wonderful business great service

My wife and I just returned to Lubbock after touring the Canadian Rocky Mountains with Vickie, Tom, Debbie and Jeff of King’s Highway Tours. This was a spectacular trip through the northwestern US, British Columbia and Alberta, Canada that we both felt was one of the greatest vacations of our lives. Our hosts were extraordinarily competent, friendly, and knowledgeable about every site we visited. They worked tirelessly to make everyone comfortable and satisfied with each stop we made on the tour. Their choice of sites to visit was superb, including some of the most spectacularly beautiful scenery and wild-life imaginable. Only an expert traveler could have found many of the sites we visited. Hotel accommodations were terrific, the frequency of rest stops was perfect and everything they did made site-seeing enjoyable. The tour exceeded our expectations and was easily worth the price. We can’t wait to travel with King’s Highway again.

Thank you Tom and Vickie for such a great trip. This was a Bucket list come true. We had so much fun. The Balloon Fiesta was so wonderful. Definitely take this trip if you have a chance. They take you close to the gates, take you thru all the traffic. Was so easy for us. THANKS !!!

Had lots of fun on tours!

Met with Tom and Roy ( a driver with the company and I was so impressed with the integrity of company and the lengths they go to, to make sure everyone is safe and has fun. Buses are top of the line!

Kings Highway owners, Tom and Vickie Walters, made the effort to meet with us in person at Rise Academy when we did have a very real customer service complaint related to a recent school field trip. They met with us at length to hear out the details of our grievance. This meeting ended on a very positive note, in prayer actually, as the Walters offered to escort Rise students and chaperones personally on next years bus trip at a $1,000 discount. Achieving this "win-win" resolution was refreshing, as we had several rather upset chaperones at the beginning of our meeting. Although the resolution of our complaint did not occur as immediately as it ideally could have, I was impressed by the owners sincere efforts to ultimately make things right by us. I stand behind all the principles this company was built on. It is sad that when an employee leaves an employer, without notice and walks out in the middle of a busy season, that said employee feels like writing a bad review will make her feel better. But it happens and life goes on.
