More than 35 years ago, a friend in Seremban introduced me to try the famous seremban beef noodle at Kings restaurant. Later on, i brought my wife there and she fell in love with it too! Afte we would often stop by in Seremban to savour the dish on our way to Melaka. The original Seremban Beef noodle is a unique dish different from the beef noodles in Klang Valley. Its a dry version served with lai fun with the texture of loh see fun. The noodle has a flavourful light brown thick sauce base with tender beef jerkies and soft innards which is topped with a thicker sweet dark sauce and special chilli sauce,. its garnished with groundnuts and diced pickled vegetables. A side of tasty beef stock soup is included. Another recommended side dish is the yummy beef ball soup. We usually order the freshly make orange juice.

Heard that this is a famoisnbeef noodle in Seremban, went there to check it out, it after lunch hour and the shop is almost empty. Ordered theie mix beed noodle, didnt really like it as I can find better beef noodle in Subang Jaya. The soup is not thick and cant smell the fragrance, the portion was ok and the the beef is ok. Will I visit this shop again whenever I visit Seremban, no, I will try other beef noodle shop.

Service horrible. I would say actually zero. Sat with family for 15mins to be ignored. The owner thinks the world of himself.

I think this is the best beef noodles I ever had but the price is a bit expensive(my last having is 10 yrs agostill rmb their beef soup with meatball and the ice lemon tea

Good beef noodles with thick and flavorful sauce. Beef balls were good. However, price is at the higher end with non justified amount. Otherwise food is authentic and tasty.

It was very different since I came 5 years ago. Dunno what happen to Kings beef noodles that used to be crowded and packed. Go to other shop.

Awesome beef noodles. Good amount of quality beef. The soya drink is a tad bit too watered down. The beef balls in the soup is just ok but the soup is a bit sour.
